To the person in charge of Jennifer. Jennifer does not want this gym to succeed. She works from home and will not get off her lazy behind to enroll new members. Please replace her ASAP.

I have contacted the office as well as emailed the preferred staff member as well as called their suggested phone number in the window and yet have got a phone call back or email. I am sure he or she will say that they did not get either. This is sad you can join the local gym.

The guy has been gone for a week. The last week of the month and there is no number to reach a live person. There customer service is a joke. I want nothing more to do with the company but can not quite service because it must be submitted to a guy that is never there. It's little better than a scam
