The Exercise Coach provides 1-1 guidance for lower, upper, and total body exercises. Being low in endurance & strength which decreased over several years, after almost 3 months, these are both improving.

I’ve been coming here 1.5 yrs and it’s the best. I walk out after 20 minutes and feel like I used when I spent an hr at the gym. And the best part are the staff. Very knowledgeable and motivating to get the most out of the workout. Love this place.

Started first of February after ending out insurance would pay for one session per week. The workouts are great, so far I have lost 14 lbs and gained muscle. About a month ago, I started going twice a week. Highly recommend twice per week. The trainers stay with you to make sure the form is good and keep you motivated. After my physical yesterday, the doctor took me off my blood pressure medicine and one diabetes med. I am 72 years old.

I like having positive, friendly coaches who hold me accountable for showing up. The sessions are challenging enough that I feel it the next day, but doable enough that I feel successful. The gym itself is clean and quiet, and clearly laid out. This place is awesome, start of the art equipment!

I have been using the exercise coach for just over a year. It is the only program I have been able to use without injury. Within the first 3 months I had a significant difference in my muscle tone. The coaches work with you on what specific areas you want to work on. Changing routines often so you are never bored.

It’s small and quiet. Very clean. Great trainers. Never crowded. I like the machines—and in a regular gym I don’t usually like machines. 20 minutes is very doable.

The staff and program are great! I was skeptical of the 20 min workouts at first, but let me tell you that I’m completely exhausted after each workout. The work outs never get easier as your progress is tracked and adjusted each session. I’m completely satisfied with my results and progress so far. This was a great decision for me as the workouts fit into my crazy busy schedule. They are also very accommodating with changes. I highly recommend this program especially for busy professionals.

Soon after I began I got a lingering case of bronchitis which took weeks to recover from, then came down with Covid. Put me back 2 months. The Exercise Place never gave up on me, continued to text about how I was feeling and giving me encouragement. I am now back to exercising and regaining strength and energy. They are working closely with me to reach my new goals.
