We are a locally owned 24/7 weightlifting facility located in the heart of Fayetteville, Ar. Dedicated to building the mind, body and spirt while developing a community based around it. We are deeply influenced by the teachings of Stoic philosophy and have centered our brand around it. We boast a 7,300 sqt 24/7 facility with an Infared Sauna, Inhouse Barber, Private Posing Room, Supplements, Trainers and Nutritionists on staff.
Our facility consists of state-of-the-art equipment from Rogue, Cybex, Lifetime Fitness, Precor, Arsenal, Magnum and Rep.

Good: Great environment, great equipment, posing room is dope
Bad: not alot of square footage so it can get really crowded at peak times, sauna is really small and needs a deep cleaning, no bikes or ellipticals
Conclusion: great gym, but has room for improvement
