The yoga place is special to me due to the
space
Huge stained glass windows
Wooden ceilings
Wooden floors
Art all around
Even the lights are art pieces
The process of entering: taking it all in
Then going through the the various yoga movements
Breathing
Listening to your body & sounds
Each yoga instructor is able to guide each person through movements that improve your health; awareness and joy.
It is a place of healing; rejuvenating yourself in the present
All right here in Hot Springs

Beautiful atmosphere in a converted church. Great instruction from Karen. Signing up for a class was a breeze on their website (no Mindbody or any weird log ins required).
Really a must-visit if you're a travelling yogi coming to Hot Springs -- they have props like blankets, blocks, and straps, so no need to pack those. Will come back when I travel this way again!

My bridesmaids and I had a yoga class at our Airbnb while in town. Karen did an incredible job of leading a class and also helping us relax from our travels. It was the best part of our trip! If you are thinking of doing some yoga in Hot Springs, you should definitely reach out to Karen! Thank you Karen for making our trip very memorable!!

I stopped in Hot Springs as a part of a longer roadtrip, and had a yoga lesson with Karen in her charming space on Whittington Place. She was very thoughtful, knowledgable, and accommodating--I would highly recommend the Yoga Place and working with Karen to anyone seeking a yoga lesson in Hot Springs!

Discovered this gem while on a girls trip to Hot Springs. The flow class with Karen was the perfect way to recover after a full day of travel the day before. We did two classes that week. Both instructors were lovely and the local students were warm and welcoming. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!

When in Hot Springs try to make time to yoga here. It's a really neat space. One of the most striking yoga studios in the state and beyond. Hope for full sunshine to enjoy the fullness that is The Yoga Place.

I have been on the road for weeks now, and I can feel it in my bones. My Google search for "Yoga in Hot Springs" led me to this listing. The pictures of stained glass windows and the description of wooden floors caught my attention, as well as the Tourists Welcome adage on their site. In fact, the instructor, Karen was wonderfully welcoming! There were yogis of all ages, sizes and skill levels, and the space was as beautiful as it was described. Working the kinks out with Karen at The Yoga Place was a true pleasure. No visit to Hot Springs would be complete without it.
