Wellbar offers so many different opportunities for anyone who is wanting to make a healthy change in their life. Iβve participated in group fitness and personal training. Iβve always felt welcomed and felt as if I had the support needed to push myself. I highly recommend Wellbar if you are interested in making a healthy change or just want to push yourself a little further.

WellBar is the first place I've gone to exercise that I wanted to return to. Trina is very encouraging, yet pushes just the right amount. She's the perfect trainer! She's a physical therapist so she knows the perfect exercise to target every area of your body and if it's too difficult or there is any unusual pain, she knows how to adjust the exercise to prevent any damage and give you the best workout. I would highly recommend WellBar and Trina Abraham!

I really enjoy the Hiit classes! The workouts are well planed by the instructors and they do a great job of leading! These classes are great for cardio and strength training. Itβs definitely worth trying!!

Love, love, love WellBar! Classes are perfect for beginners as well as advanced levels. The instructors are amazing! They are energetic, encouraging and will help you modify workouts if needed during class. I love that they ask for input after classes and are always there to answer questions. If youβre new to group workouts or just looking for a new class WellBar is your place!
