I liked this gym at first but I signed up for Personal training and my trainer quit half way through and she assured me my account was frozen and I wouldn’t be charged. Well the next month comes and I have been charged for services I have not used. I call up there Allison tells me that’s for the prior month and there wouldn’t be anymore charges until I met with a new trainer. That makes sense but then the next month comes and I am charged again. I haven’t met with a new trainer yet I’m not even sure there is a freeze option on the personal training accounts the lack of communication and miscommunication has been disappointing to say the least.

I love this gym! I love the 24/7 access it provides, I feel safe here when I workout in the mornings, it’s always clean and has all of the equipment I could ever need and more! The price is very affordable - Highly recommend!

Just recently moved down here from Wisconsin and was looking for a gym to serve my workout needs. Workout Anytime 24/7 fit the bill perfectly. Allison gave me a tour, introduced me to Tammy a fitness instructor, and ended the tour with a Hydro Massage. Great facility, and the massage is icing on the cake! Allison and Tammy are beautiful inside and out, and are happy to answer any questions I had! Highly recommend this gym.

First impression: small but friendly. This must be a smaller town than Jonesboro bc the gym is small also. One stack of towels and disinfectant right at the door when you walk in. Whereas other WOAT gyms have rolling carts of towels and spray strategically placed throughout for convenience. The exercise mats are draped over another machine and where difficult to find, whereas other gyms have them on pegs on the wall, easily accessible and easily identifiable. Feels stuffier and hotter since it's only one level. That certainly became evident after a while. It just smelled like sweat and BO but, as I said, it is a small, one-level gym with no vaulted ceiling and no fans to move the air. Other than that, it's a solid, small-community gym. I like being able to use them no matter what state my work takes me to. I can "almost" always find a WOAT nearby, if the town is of a significant size. Decent parking lot. Only one squat rack with fixed arms at the bottom. The seated calf raise machine was very loose

They have great equipment... It's really nice I can workout whenever I want. The one complaint I have is there is hardly ever any staff there. I'd love to be able to use the tanning bed more often, but staff must be there to let me use it. Sadly, I may need to find another gym.

DO NOT COME TO THIS GYM!!! They are very unprofessional and rip offs. They make you add a bank or debit card and then tell ya they don't do leases anymore so you won't have to worry about getting charged the months you don't come but that is a lie. We had to quit coming bc my husband got put on hospice and for the last wo months we have been nothing but harassed everyday saying we owe for the months we didn't go. When I called them I was told I had to come cancel with them first. When I went up there, the guy was ride and told us we had to pay for the last couple of months before they can cancel and I said but we haven't even came up here and he said if we don't pay it and cancel it will continue to charge us and after 90 days gets picked up by collections which hurts your credit. I told him we are both on disability and he is on hospice we don't have the money and asked him to help since it was their fault for not telling us at the very beginning! Trust me they are not worth all the problems that comes with!!!

I very highly discourage anyone from joining this gym! They have excellent equipment, that is definitely not the problem. PLEASE KEEP READING! My husband and I CANNOT get a response from the owners. The manager(s) keep putting us off. We are about to take legal action against the business if we can't get a response. I really hate to be this way, but we DID NOT renew our membership and made it very clear (for the past 5 months!) that we had no intention of renewing it due to some very fishy charges on our account and untruthful communication from one of the owners when we signed up before the gym opened. We are STILL being charged a membership fee even though it has been much longer than a year and we never renewed a membership. I'm hoping to AT LEAST get some sort of response from this review before getting in touch with the corporation, seeing how this is a chain franchise. Surely the corporation expects their franchisees to be more professional than this.

Sorry but I cannot get an answer for anything when I'm tanning my bed shuts off and no matter how many times I call it's ignored. I love the quality of equipment but no staff to answer me was lucky that a couple guys I knew from school were there to help. The black hair girl Brook I think is always available and attentive to any questions. Other than that I picked it because its close to me house.

Been a gym member here for about 6 months, probably been inside about 15 times at different points of the day. Mornings and afternoons have a good amount of people, but not so many that you have to fight for machines. At night it is empty or near empty.

I'm not a big gym goer and only been a member of 1 other which was terrible, but this one is clean for the most part. Equipment is always in great shape.

The only reason I don't give 5 stars is all the small print. There are alot of startup costs in fine print which is why I haven't cancelled my membership. You also can't upgrade or downgrade without paying all these startup costs again. I'd like to try the hydro massage for a month, but to go up and then back down the next month would cost me well over $100 dollars instead of the $10 it should cost. Wanted to upgrade to the family plan for at least a month to try and get a family member to go with me, but the same problem applies, if they didn't continue and I wanted to cancel after that month I would lose over $100 in startup fees from switching twice.

Also if you plan to sign up, be sure to check online for deals. I could of saved around $45 when I signed up if I did it online. The staff did not tell me this and I learned of it the day after signing up. Was quite mad at this. That was the only interaction I have had with staff.

Staff is very unwelcoming, a blonde girl was very rude and sat on her phone like she didn’t care about the members and I called the gym manager saying I wanted to cancel my membership and he said he’d get it taken care of, 3 months down the road they’ve still been charging my bank account for a gym that I haven’t stepped in in months, I’ll be filing a claim tomorrow to hopefully get it sorted out.
