I love the new space, and the community here is so welcoming and supportive. Of course you get a great physical workout during class, but the engagement with yoga as a whole life practice is really what makes Yoga Deza special to me.

Although I really like Alexandria and feel I could've learned a lot from her, the prenatal yoga teacher training program was a disaster. I paid a lot of money for a program that Alexandria wasn't fully present in. Her assistant had to step in and although she is very sweet and knowledgeable, she isn't registered to teach this program to teachers. I completely understand how important motherhood is but feel that there should've been some separation from the training and kids from the beginning. Before we said something about the distractions and because Alexandria wasn't upfront about her kids and husband being present for the training, it came to us as a surprise when they all came in and stayed. I paid for her full attention, not for her to be taking care of her kids or husband who clearly wasn't happy about sharing the time with us or being away from his wife. If her family needs her time and attention 24/7 then she should do what her heart is calling for her to do. Not try to split the time. It isn't fair to anyone. Boundaries and respect for the space we were in were lost during the training and no apologies were given. Instead we were accused of not being patient or understanding of her needing to take care of her family and for having too much male energy and not being in touch with the divine feminine. I hope that this review as the one left on YA by another person that was in the program will serve as an opportunity to learn and grow.

I've been to studios all over the US and Deza offers something so special! Hands down the best studio I've ever been too. I ❤️❤️❤️❤️ YD

Update: since moving to Boston and traveling around the northeast and dropping into many different studios the love and true community that Yoga Deza offers is something I have not found anywhere else coming close to. YD is not simply a yoga studio, it is a home and a space that nurtures everyone that walks into its doors.

I practiced at Deza for about a year and learned so much! After moving away from Fayetteville in 2015 I have yet to find a studio and community like Yoga Deza. I felt incredibly accepted and befriended fellow students and teachers alike. They offer a variety of classes for all levels and I felt that I grew a ton while practicing there, as a yogi and as a human being. I still pop in from time to time when in the area. Thank you Yoga Deza! Highly recommended!

This is an amazing yoga studio in Fayetteville, AR. Awesome classes, awesome instructors. They offer different classes spread out during the day and evening which fits any schedule. I really love the pace of the Alignment yoga, but also the dynamic of Vinyasa and Power yoga. Instructors provide clear instructions. With special classes (e.g., yoga nidra, pranayama, meditation class, 40 days of yoga, etc.) offered at Yoga Deza I can further enrich my practice. The space is beautiful.
