Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a part of.
It’s a smaller, more personal gym where the trainer is genuinely attentive, encouraging, and actually teaches you. Form, technique, purpose behind every movement.. everything is explained thoroughly so you feel confident and capable every session. There’s always laughter, motivation, and a whole lot of support.
I left another gym I went to for almost a year… and I’ve seen more results in just 5 months here than I ever did over there. The difference is real.
What I love most is the atmosphere.. it feels like a little family of fighters, all pushing each other toward the same goals: being happy, healthy, and strong. It’s welcoming, uplifting, and built on real connection, not ego.
I wouldn’t change gyms for the world.
If you want results, community, and a coach who actually pays attention, this is the place.

Don’t waste your time and go to a real trainer . I switched to Solid Rock Fitness in Brentwood and in few classes I can see and feel the difference.

Jorel is an EXCELLENT trainer. Workouts are always fun! He really listens to what you want to accomplish, & does it in a safe manner. He’s all about correct form & helping you to accomplish your goals. I highly recommend!

I started working with Coach Jorel/Owner in Jul of 2024. At that time I’d worked with several trainers in Brentwood for well over 3 years (including but not limited to: 24 hour fitness and private practice) and I’ve made THE MOST muscular gains in the shortest amount of time with 1st Fitness Class.
He is not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. The gym is always immaculate:no callouts and/or scheduling changes from the trainer, a transparent payment and cancellation policy, no heavy dust or debris at the gym, he is punctual, knowledgeable and charismatic. His workouts are always “pre planned” and I am able to see positive gains without diet modifications (although this is not encouraged-lol).
Prior to my arrival, I’d just completed a holistic wellness retreat and loss a substantial amount of muscle but gained weight center mass. The severe nerve damage resulted from a car accident. Between the debilitating pain that I experienced in my fingers, wrist, arm, shoulder, lats and back, I couldn’t even sweep and was forced to retire because I could know longer type. I gained a substantial amount of weight after 3 years of being bedridden.
Within 3 months, my circulation, mobility and flexibility has improved and I can perform deadlifts, bench press and perform a number of squat varietals (among other things). I am excited about the gains over the made with my health as well as my body composition.

I’ve been training with Jorel for about two years now. He is one of the greatest trainer, I’ve trained with. He truly cares about ones health and motivates his clients every class. His classes are very organized and has one of the cleanest gym out there! Training in his gym not only do you get the best workout in, but you get to train with an outstanding group of people who work out together and motivate one another to achieve unbelievably awesome results. I've been going to 1st Class Fitness for about two years now, and even though my schedule hasn’t always allowed me to be as consistent as I’d like, I’ve definitely noticed a difference since I started. I love the classes here compared to a regular gym; they provide a full-body workout and the routines are all planned out for you.
The community is incredibly supportive and friendly, which makes a huge difference. Jorel brings so much positive energy to every class, no matter the time of day. He really encourages you to push your limits, whether it’s lifting heavier weights or trying new exercises.
I recommend 1st Class Fitness for anyone looking to reach their fitness goals. 10/10!

I have had the pleasure of being a member of 1st Class Fitness now for almost a year! The members are welcoming, helpful and kind! Jorel the owner and trainer is amazing! He is knowledgeable, fun and coaches each member during class in a personal way. The workouts are consistent and complement one another. The gym is clean, well layed out and the equipment is “top notch”. If you are not training here, you are missing out!

10/10 I always leave the gym feeling rejuvenated! I almost want to gate keep this place When it comes to the group classes they are very well organized. I love the fact that he has the whole workout written out from warm up upper body lower & core so I can always go back & look! The gym is always so spotless & helps that Jorel provides water if I ever forget my water bottle. The environment is unmatched definitely can’t put a price on my healthy physically & mentally
