My visit to 24 Hour Fitness today was a good experience. I had a very good workout today
I was really pleased with the way the gym and the wonderful changes . I will be back. The only thing I have a problem is some of the showers flood out, other than that I am so very pleased with 24 hour fitness

Staff were super helpful and took time to understand my needs. Facility is well maintained with good capacity:

A small club, no pool, no sauna, very basic, but it has most of the same equipment found in their bigger clubs. Most of it works, most of the time. 😆

I have Silver Sneakers through this 24 hour fitness. The staff is friendly and the Friday morning yoga class is great. The equipment is ok. But buyer beware of hiring a trainer at this time. I spent $400 for 4 sessions with a trainer. Only after my first experience was unsatisfactory was I told there were only 2 trainers available through this gym due to post Covid shortage. I worked one session with the remaining trainer who no-showed for our next session. Staff said “he no longer works here.” They told me another trainer will be available soon. The contract states they can match me with any trainer, so my money is not refundable. I know folks are trying their best in this post Covid time but in this case “trying” is way overpriced for a level of service this gym cannot deliver right now.

The crew is friendly, and some equipment could be updated or replaced, but I get a good workout every time. I didn’t want to add this to the review - I wanted to write an email but there’s no option for that on the website - It’s about the cleaning crew at 8:30pm. It’s hard enough to motivate myself to come work out, but now I feel like I’m in the way of the four person crew in this very cramped gym. Can’t they come after hours? They do a great job, I’ve never seen the gym cleaner, but it’s a bit much when people are still working out.

A nice gym with a separate machine area, cardio area, weights area, and open floor area. The weights area is something that I can speak first hand of, and Is actually a very good place to workout at. It is never too crowded and is loaded with anything you could need to use. It is also cleaned up and organized so that finding weights is not hard. There is music playing at all times over intercoms, along with TV's stationed across the cardio and machines area. There all plenty of clocks to tell what time it is even when distracted.

I only joined 24 hour fitness just because of their fitness classes. I dont really care how old the gym is. All gyms are dirty imo. It's a public place common.

Too small for the number of people who go here and cramped parking. Inconsiderate people too as I have gotten far too many car doors opened into the side of my car. But it is a gym where people go to workout and not to "be seen" or troll for dates.

I agree with the other reviews. With all the money the company chargers members they should be able to provide clean and working bathrooms, replace the old smelly work out mats, and repair the treadmills to say the least.

I stopped going there because it has very old machines and if I workout there I can't keep up with my workout log since the machines are different. It gets packed!!!!! I have taken more then 20 min just waiting to start my workout!!! Impossible!

It's a Dump, there is no WIFI- get with the program. The restrooms and showers are so smelly and out of date...

I've been coming here on and off since 1998-99ish way back when it was 'newer'... Now it's old and the weights (barbells and dumbbells) have wear. Feels like an old school gym. The cardio equipment is relatively new and it's studio dance/exercise floor has lots of space. It often gets packed out.
Can't really 'complain' about a gym. You go in with a plan, execute the plan, and get out.
Even though it's not my 'home' gym, I still like visiting it from time to time, because it's a nice change of scenery at times plus there are workout equipment in that gym that you don't find in others.

New to the area, came in to check the place out as its close to my place. Friendly staff but the place is a dump and its pricey. Old equipment in poor shape. Paint is half missing on a lot of the equipment. Stinky bathrooms etc. Won't be signing up, especially not at the rates they charge!
