Awesome Management and Staff! Came here for a quick workout while in town on business. Blanca went out of her way to make me feel welcome and get me acquainted with the gym. Her manager Patrick is doing a great job with his staff and the gym. Regional manager Scott popped in later that day, so I searched him out to let him know. It was nice that he took the time out of his busy schedule to recognize Blanca.

This is one of the most disgusting gym I’ve been too. For the price of their membership, I would expect them to have good cleaning standards. Not once have I seen anyone cleaning the machines or free weights or barbells.

I go here because my health insurance pays for membership for physical fitness. I love the big heated pool, the jaccuzi, steam room and sauna. The exercise equipment and treadmills are great and in great shape. I don't like there scales, not accurate. They offer Zumba classes and private lessons. Friendly staff.

Huge amount of diversified equipment, something for everyone. If another 24hr gym has something you like, your welcome there too. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Don't be shy, you'll see every level of fitness, age, weight, etc. and a great mix of cultures! Come on in and enjoy a healthy hang out!

I joined for the heated lap pool, hot tub/jacuzzi & sauna steam room, all in the pool area. Pool area closes 12am until 4am. This gym is immediately off the 99 Fwy @ Rosedale. Gym and pool are clean, workers are friendly. In the late evenings 8-11pm, I have not seen it busy. NO hand towels provided. Bath/Pool towels for purchase are $10 for 2.

I have been coming to this gym for a couple of months and I have no complaints about the gym directly just the members. They have all the equipment you would need plus a pool and two types of saunas (dry and steam), it's a good gym and like any gym they have to put up with their members.

Visiting the area on business and this gym had most of the serious equipment needed. All the old school Hammer Strength and dumbbells up to 125lbs. What was most surprising was there were no crowds! Plenty of room to move. Want to trade this place with the others down in Irvine.

I had a membership there for 10 years and they kept raising my rates. They have less locations then when I started and the 2 remaining are run down. They could have saved my account but their customer service rep on the phone was content with letting me walk.

This location is decent, but I think there are better gyms around for similar money. The staff here are nice, but the policies regarding cancellation and changing gym membership types are clearly a grab for more money. I came from another state and I was paying extra to use the nicer 24hr gyms, but this location is only the basic location. So to shift my membership to the cheaper type I have to cancel, then reapply and pay another initiation fee. Also the yearly 'maintenance' fee is quite pricey. I moved to InShape. It is cheaper for me, since I have a 2nd person on my account. In shape has a cheaper 2nd person add on, and also the 2nd person doesn't pay the yearly $80 fee. And the gyms are a lot better equipped and just overall nicer.

Good costumer service except around the graveyard shift time. Th staff member who works on graveyard shift is rude and lazy. He usually socialize either at the weight room or the pool area. What if a non member sneaks in when he's not at the front desk?

I live closer to this gym than I do to the southwest gym, but there is no way I would ever consider using this gym. This place is an absolute tragedy. The locker rooms are always dripping wet, and they smell horrible. I understand locker rooms are smelly, but it appears that these don't get any kind of cleaning-ever! The cardio area has carpet that is appalling and a health hazard as well. The machines are in poor working conditions--the cables are frayed or broken, the machines are not lubed up, seats are torn, and the lighting is horrible as well. The free weight area is roomy, but I have seen mismatched weights everywhere. Again, the seat cushions here are all broken or torn. The mirrors are never clean, and this room reeks!
