This location is one of the best! 90% of all my workouts during the week are executed in this location alone. I remember when this location was grand opened as I used to work for this company in upper management years ago.
As you walk in, everyone is kind and willing to help. Such as Ohemaa, always carries a smile from ear to ear, and is more than willing to help out in members' needs. I've seen her give advice and guidance when needed.
George keeps this place very clean. This location may have some years, however, considering the years, this location is very clean. The men's lockeroom is always spotless, and if it is not, George is already working on it. I rarely see toilet paper on the floor, sinks are always decent, and my personal pet peeve, the lockeroom doors are always shut!
The pool recently was remodeled. Water is very clear compared to other locations nearby. A/C units have been all replaced, so comfort is great during the summers. Most machines in this location are original, and some people may not think much of it, however, little do they know, these machines are the best because they hit the best muscular angle possible.
This location is obviously managed well and ran well. Peter is the Club Manager, and built this location with great comoradity and team work.

The general manager, Peter, is also very professional and friendly.

I have been a member at this location for a month and half now. My experience has been really solid. The facility is very clean and has variety of equipment.
What really stands out is working with Kelly, my assigned trainer. She is very knowledgeable and aware of my limitations. She is genuinely invested in helping me to reach my goal.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that Sauna gets noisy, not the gym fauls. Some members don't respect other's privacy.
That said, I would definitely recommend this location.

About 1-month ago, I hired a 24-hour fitness coach from Brea, CA (Kelly Craft) for 3-months to 1. reduce my weight, 2. tone me up, 3. improve my lab blood test results and after (1) month, I and everyone else can see the dramatic effects on me. I even recently took a blood test and saw an improvement. Kelly even gave me her high protein / low sugar daily meal plan, which anyone can see she follows as well. Thanks Kelly! I really enjoy the Saturday morning Pilates 8am classes with Shannon. Great vibe, music and great way to start the weekend. Class materials are refreshed every week giving us opportunities to learn a lot of new moves, exploring our body and it is something I always look for when coming to class. I’m member since since 8 months ago, I got messages every week from 24 hours to get back to the gym and finally I got the membership, after two months I had a emergency and I had to travel for almost 2 months and I call to freeze the membership and they didn’t do everything, when I came back I try to call to verify and the manager answer the phone and I explain the problem with the membership and I talk in English but my account is Latin, and he told me I’m gringo I can speak Spanish and I call again and he told me the same, I went in person to the gym and I explain that this happen and he told me the same again I’m gringo I’m not speak Spanish and I was talking in English. He look like a Latin and no gringo, and he treats me whit racism, but today 0ctiber 5, 2025 I went to the gym with my two kids and was a girl who work ther who speak Spanish and she told me one month ago she is going to help me, and I ask her and she answer me they are not going to help resolve nothing and if you want to cancel your membership I can cancel with voice agresive and I answer yes and you are going to returnn my money! ? And she told me of course not. And I get angry. And I told her do you think this is help the costumers , and she told me if you want go out and your boy can not enter and he is in my membership. Brea 24 hours is the worse place I know in all the Orange County, never in my life I was treated like that as a customer, I always I a good customer. The personal should be kind with all the customers. When my membership finish never going to come back and no friends and my friends are here I’m going to said the same

Great gym with everything you need and a really positive atmosphere. I have been training with Jared here, and he’s been awesome. The coaching session went way beyond what I expected, and he set me up with a diet plan that actually works for me. This gym need an overhaul. It's called a 24 hour sport, the gym equipment at my apartment is better. The wet area is closed, no air-conditioning in the middle of summer. Carbonated drinks with damaged cans for sale. Poor management.

This has longtime been one of the better maintained 24 Hour locations in NOC but the current lack of AC in more than half of the gym day after day week after week is no longer acceptable, particularly during a heatwave. Placing a couple of fans on the floor does ZERO to offset the oppressive heat in the weight and machine room areas.

Hire a competent and reliable company to fix this STAT so we don’t have to drive further to other less desirable gyms that at least have functional AC!!

On a positive note, shout out to Stephanie who is a friendly smiling face at the front desk (before the wall of heat hits you)!

Because of my busy schedule, the only time I can attend the gym is before work. I live closer to the gym on imperial (which is 24 hours, so you’d think it would be more convenient) but I choose to come ti the brea location for many reasons..
1. The cleaniless, the gym is either always clean or a team member is always cleaning it weather it’s refilling the hand sanitizer or making sure they’re is always paper towel.
2. The people, the woman at the front desk! GOSH! I don’t know how she does it. 5am and she always has the brightest smile on her face greeting every person that walks in with a smile and a good morning! Very nice to see hence, she is the first person I see in the morning and her personality just gives me the boost I need to have a great work out.
3. Not so crowded, I’m not sure about other times but the morning I don’t ever have to wait for the machines and if I do I have enough time to use another machine without feeling like I have to rush back to use the machine.

I was looking to get a gym pass somewhere with my wife, and we ended up being contacted by Eric O’Connor, who helped us with choosing the Platinum yearly pass. We were happy that we live so close by to the Brea facility, which makes it super convenient. Eric made the process of signing up smooth and timely! Went in today (5/24) to sign up for a membership. Eric helped us out and showed us around the location. Really surprised it was empty for a Saturday. Really big facility and a lot of equipment to choose from. It looked clean and had plenty of fans running through the place since the AC is out of order. Eric was super helpful with choosing the best plan for my husband and I.

Great service at Brea location, especially the manager Eric was providing me a phenomenal service for my mom and me. I had no hesitation to buy my personal training session. He felt and comforted me from the horrible service I had at the Yorba Linda location. There is no comparable.. between hell and heaven. I almost give up 24hrs fitness, and change to LA fitness. Eric’s service convinced me to stay. He is a kind person with a compassionate heart. We need more people like him around.

Visited this location for the first time in like over 10 years. Staff were super welcoming. Caleb was so helpful and answered all my questions. Bum they no longer offer Kids Club. But instead they now have a karate studio which seems pretty cool and unique. Club floor was super clean didn’t see any trash. I don’t recall any machines being out of order. Women’s locker rooms looked like they got a facelift from what I remembered. The toilet area could use a little tidying up but compared to other locations, I’ve been to not bad at all. (I only saw two male workers so there might not of been a female staff member at the moment)

This is a gym that has it all. Not only is the location quaint yet inclusive, it is run smoothly and efficiently. The team is often found actively engaging with patrons, which makes it feel like if I have a question it will actually be answered. I don’t ever feel unseen walking in. Not only is the service indicative of the standard of service for what I’d expect, but goes above and beyond!
