Love 24 hour fitness. I’m going on my 4th year of being a member of this gym and I have had no complaints. The staff is friendly and professional. Great amenities. I love their sauna. They have all the equipment I need for a good workout. Currently they are going through a remodel so equipment is limited but obviously this is temporary. All this for a very fair price. Every time I’ve thought of switching to a new gym I can’t seem to find another as convenient and affordable with the value they bring.

24 Hour Fitness has been frustrating during the remodel. I understand the recovery room has always had an extra charge, but with equipment limited during construction, it would be nice if members had temporary access to it or received some kind of accommodation. I have a back injury and rely on specific low-impact machines, and right now my options are very limited. We are paying full price for less access. Update. Tisha is very professional when explaining the membership costs and benefits. She is always attentive and respectful with everyone, and she greets members with a warm, welcoming smile every day. I originally felt like there weren’t many workout equipment options available to me, but she took the time to show me several alternatives I hadn’t even considered. I really appreciated her patience and support. She also made sure I was aware of the special offers the gym currently has. Thank you, Tisha , for making my experience positive and helpful!

Omg so over the years… I returned so many phones…. Over 10 phones. And I never thought I would lose my own phone and not be able to locate it. I was having an EXTREME panic attack…

Until Ashley from the Front Desk -24 hour Fitness Chino-specifically THANKFULLY gave me the Strength of Presence and Calm of Mind when she ENTHUSIASTICALLY and WHOLEHEARTEDLY sympathized with my Dire situation. I thought I was going to die a billion times while the thought of losing my phone kept painfully flashing my mind but Ashley EARNESTLY did everything in her power to help me locate my IPhone 16 Max.
It turns out…
I had it in the wrong locker 😅

I could give this gym a five star review but to be honest that’s doing a disservice to Ashley’s brilliant rescuing of my over $1000 dollar phone.

As a man who’s been going to the 24 Hour Fitness on Central Avenue in Chino for a while, I have to say this place has become incredibly unsafe. Every time I come in early in the morning or late at night, I see people just lurking around the parking lot, sitting in cars or wandering near the construction area. It doesn’t feel secure at all. The parking lot is extremely dark, barely any working lights, and it’s honestly a perfect setup for someone to get robbed or have their car broken into.

I’ve seen multiple cars with broken windows and people talking about their stuff being stolen, yet management still hasn’t done anything to improve lighting or get security on-site. The construction only makes it worse — it’s chaotic, messy, and feels neglected. This is supposed to be a place where people can focus on their health, not worry about who’s watching them walk to their car.

24 Hour Fitness really needs to step up and invest in proper lighting, cameras that work, and at least one security guard during peak early and late hours. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who values their safety.

I tried to go in on a late Sunday night to use a trial day pass . This girl at the counter told me I couldn’t use it because the address on my drivers license said it’s not in Chino. Mind you, I got my dl YEARS ago and I explained it . At one point it just seemed like she was rage baiting me so I just left respectfully. I’ve never heard of this rule at a gym. Yall could do better and goers beware :-) I feel this gym frowns upon you for using a free pass but we’re literally using it the way it’s intended idk why yall got a prob with that
