Recently moved to diamond bar and started using this facility. Compared to my old one, it is drastically different. Sign on the glass by the door says 24/7 but it is not. Staff is friendly, machines could use some maintenance, but its missing many of the machines i am used too. And with some machines only have 1, my workouts tend to be a little longer than normal waiting for people to watch their tiktok videos while sitting on something doing 1-2 reps every 10 minutes. Plus since its not 24 hours, i now workout in the afternoons and lots of kids running around taking up space.
Mix of actual members, some will let you work in, some wont, some will offer a spot, some will completely ignore you. I had someone move my bag and take the cable i was going to use because i went to change the attachment and he looked at me like i was in the wrong. I offered him to work in and he said no then stared at me the entire time doing my sets.

I have been coming to this gym for over a decade. Business is good and always crowded but what bothers me is the equipments are often down waiting for maintenance. Actually almost all equipments are having issues. Honestly no maintenance is not necessary here. Corporate needs to be less greedy and invest on better equipment here. Planet Fitness becomes successful because they update equipments every 3 years.

I've been to gyms all over the SGV and North OC area and this one is poorly maintained. The locker room floors are seemingly always wet and dirty, the lockers themselves are dirty and beat up, with the plywood exposed in quite few of them. I recently saw a stream of ants around the doorway leading out from the locker room to the pool area. The upstairs cardio equipment needs TLC, only half the stair climbers work. And the sauna has been smelling foul.

This is one of the newer clubs too. Please improve the maintenance of this club. The LA Fitness in nearby Diamond Bar is older and significantly better maintained.

I love this gym, great staff! They are all super cool people. Windows are huge so it makes the facility look open and big. Only issue i have is with how disgusting the older men leave the locker rooms. They walk around balls out, shaving literally their whole body. Never clean the hairs they leave behind. I don’t know what this Jessie J guy before my review is rambling about. The manager was very nice and considerate when allowing people to try the gym for a day. Granted, the 3-day guest pass is only for those who have never been to a 24. But if you are interested in checking it out, the staff and manager will welcome and allow you to try it for the day. I’m pretty sure this Jessie J person is just trying to leave a bad review just because. It’s clearly obvious when checking out his profile. Dont listen to this person who doesn’t even know how to use a period when writing a sentence. See for yourself and judge the gym based on your own individual experience.

I suspect 100% that the members you saw practicing there didn’t actually got memberships there, but instead purchased membership from other 247 clubs nearby.
Based on my experience, even if you apply for the "3-day free pass" on their official website, their young laday “manager” won’t let you use it. She’ll tell you that you need to pay $30 to try it out，cause too many people were coming in use this promotion pass，so their club suddenly changed the rules—now the official pass code doesn’t work, and only the $30 option is accepted…But as far as I know, when I first came to the United States 15 years ago, the 3-day pass already existed.
Since you haven’t tried it yourself, how would you even get a chance to spend money there or purchase a yearly membership?
So I politely left and went to another nearby gym. The front desk staff there were skilled and friendly, and after a quick tour of the club, I signed up for an annual membership right away—it took less than 10 minutes.Lol

I started swimming at 24 Hour Fitness in 2018. Overall, the experience was okay—although the environment was sometimes a bit dirty, the staff were generally very nice.
Everything was fine until this Wednesday (5/28) around noon. I went in for a swim and came out just 20 minutes later to find my lock missing. I immediately checked my wallet and phone—over $100 in cash had been stolen. The kind-hearted thief didn’t take my wallet or cards, and even left me four $1 bills. Thank you, I guess? I was completely stunned and immediately reported it to the front desk. The staff member was helpful and recorded the incident, telling me I could follow up with his manager the next day.The next day, I found their "Mr. No" manager and reported the same issue. I suggested adding more lockers in areas covered by cameras, or placing some lockers near the pool for swimmers to store personal belongings. Mr. No said, “No.” I then asked, “Is there anything you can do to help members protect their personal items so they don’t have to worry about theft while working out or swimming?” Mr. No responded, “No.”
I said, “We're paying members—you should be helping us, right?”
Mr. No replied, “No matter.” I walked away feeling disappointed. As a 7-year member, I was heartbroken. Not a single word of sympathy about the theft—just one “No” after another.
The locker room security at 24 Hour Fitness feels like it’s stuck in the 1990s. Why not upgrade the lockers to metal ones with keycard access? Add cameras at the entrance? Limit access to locker rooms to members with keycard entry? There are so many ways to better protect members’ personal property. But unfortunately, 24 Hour Fitness has too many "Mr. No"s. So the answer is always “No.”
I’ll keep working out—but from now on, I’ll be keeping my bag right next to me.

I needed a quick workout and decided to stop by this gym since I was in the area. The ample parking made it easy to access. The facility is spacious, clean, and inviting, with every piece of equipment I wanted readily available. The trainers were friendly, and I appreciated how considerate fellow gym-goers were about sanitizing after themselves but not all. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, a fantastic spot for a quick and effective workout!

I been coming to this gym for years now. Such a friendly staff Corrina is one of the best very friendly outgoing and helpful and never late when opening. My only complaint is they need new treadmills alot of them do not work and equipment is dated.

I’ve been coming to this gym since 2008 and it’s always my favorite 24 to go to out of all of them. It’s clean, feels spacious, and the staff is amazing/super friendly.

Randale is the best. He always greets me and asks how I am and spends the time to get to know me on a personal level.
