Told the manager that I was being harassed my whole work out by another member. The member asked me how long I was going to be there and I said I don’t know, whenever I get finished because I just got here ie I’ll be here for a while. She stood there for 10 minutes as I worked out calling me names and saying that I came in to play on the machines when I was working out minding my business. She was bullying me as I worked out, when she could have used a different machine. She smelled like cigarettes, what a weird interaction. The manager didn’t do anything they didn’t even talk to the member. First visit to this location and first impression of its member/s. Put me in such a bad mood, and honestly no gym should allow another member to bully someone.

By far the dirtiest gym I have ever been to. The workers there never clean just on their phones letting the bathrooms stink like urine. The steam room smells like feet and vomit. The sauna smells like a toilet. Fix your staff and your gym.

I have been training with Justin for about two years. He is an amazing coach who both supports and challenges me. He has been flexible with my schedule and the surprises that pop up in my life. My mind/body connection was virtually nonexistent when I started. However, with his help and his patience and helping me understand what I am doing and how to do the exercises, that connection has vastly improved.

This is the first time in my life that I’ve ever applied for a gym and Brooke the lovely manager not only showed both me and my sister around but she also helped us pick out a plan that would benefit and work with what we’re looking for. Worst customer experience
This chick working there, "leanore"
Was extremely rude and disrespectful to me, despite being a member for 3 years straight.
For some reason the auto pay renewal this year did not go through, and I was planning on doing a quick work out then shower before heading to work, she told me I can't until auto pay is fixed, I told her that's fine, I won't work out today then until I get my wallet and fix it, but I at least need to take a shower before heading to work and she said no, you can't come in at all.

I always pay my bills, and I pay the annual fee in advance.
I believe the auto pay did not go through in error and she could have acted differently.

From a customer service stand point, her behavior is completely unacceptable

Well after 18yrs not being in this 24hr gym came back to it and to my not so surprise same machines same atmosphere, I will say they have added a new turf space which is nice , but machines weights , are all the same. Overall it’s a cool gym. Sauna room is clean , lockers are clean, front desk are friendly. It was 3 out of 5, 18yrs ago and it’s still a 3/5.

Very poorly maintained. The staff are all very professional and friendly. It’s just very outdated and dirty. Need new floors, equipment, bathrooms, sauna + steam room. Couldn’t go today because of a gas leak, which pretty much sums up how poorly the upkeep has been by higher management.
(Edit) The Staff and the members deserve a remodel so i’m changing my 1 star to 5 stars. Staff goes above and beyond getting to know each member with events and mini games during the holidays.

URINE, COCKROACHES, FILTH. You're hit with a wave of urine smell when you enter the front door. Then you go into the locker room where there are massive roaches. If you want to shower before you go to work, showers are absolutely filthy and disgusting. 24 hour Fitness does not care that breathing all this mold and contacting roach feces, urine, bacteria and human fungus is a serious health hazard. They should be shut down for such blatant neglect of health and safety standards - BEFORE someone gets really sick or WORSE from their filthy environment.

This is a gym you go to when you want a diverse experience across the board. The wide variety of sports equipment, activities to do whether that's just swimming in the pool or resting in the hot tub, all available at an affordable price makes it a Wonder to behold every time I walk through its doors.

If you have the chance try getting the regional or national memberships. It's a great way to encourage travel and you'll be able to experience a wide variety of cultures.

Also keynote: mobility exercises are underrated and those should be the ones anyone who's looking to improve their health to keep an eye out for.

I recently attended this gym and oh my gosh was this a hidden gem!!! I spoke to Jacqueline and General Manager Brooke. They both were absolutely amazing! Approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. Additionally, this location is super clean!!! Freddy in Maintenance is always working to ensure the facility stays maintained. He is doing a wonderful job! I’m happy that I now consider this my home gym.

I’ve been a member of this gym for a while now, and unfortunately, the condition of the facility has gone downhill. The cardio area is especially disappointing — most of the machines are either making loud noises or not working at all. Some have been out of order for over six months and still haven’t been fixed.

On top of that, the cleanliness is a major issue. The cardio machines are rarely cleaned properly. They're often sweaty and dirty, and it's clear that only light sanitizing is done, if any. It feels unhygienic and uncomfortable to use them.

It's really frustrating that these problems have been going on for so long without being addressed. As paying members, we deserve a clean, safe, and properly maintained gym. I hope the management takes this seriously and makes immediate improvements.

This facility and staff are great 1 problem though it's not 24hrs . I spoke to someone there and they stated they were 24hrs prior to covid , the corporation doesn't want it open 24hrs if it's not busy enough . False advertising on them.

Someone has already posted about cleanliness of this gym , men's bathroom stinks so bad from not cleaning , the urinals have build up from not cleaning and your paying 42$ for a dirty ,over crowded and not 24 hour gym . Found a new gym
