Nov. 17 is when they should be fully open but are only providing half-access to the gym (more like quarter access). You only have access to the first floor which is the weight room. The weight room is much smaller now, since the bathroom is also on the first floor and it takes up a good portion of the first floor. They only have machines, and a powerlifting platform available, nothing else. No one has any clue when they will fully open.

I’ve been a loyal member for over 20 years, and this club has always felt like a second home to me. But after what happened on 9/28/25, I’ve never felt more disappointed in management. My tire was stolen off my Jeep in the parking lot, and when I reported it, the staff told me to call Andrew, the GM. Instead, Giovanni stepped in and claimed he would help. His “help” was brushing me off and telling me to call the police department so a detective could come out—because he was “too busy” to look at the surveillance footage from 7:30–8:00 a.m., when the theft occurred.

The dismissive response I received from Giovanni showed a lack of accountability, urgency, and basic support. Situations like this are exactly when members need management to step up, not brush them off. A crime happened on the property, and management couldn’t be bothered to take ten minutes to review the cameras.

After two decades of loyalty, I expected far more than excuses and indifference. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic support makes it clear that member safety is not a priority here. For a place that has been like a second home to me, it’s devastating to know that when something serious happens, management won’t take action to make me feel safe. Giovanni’s dismissive attitude reflects very poorly on this club, and it’s deeply disappointing to see how little management cares about long-term members.

Great location. Good staff. Many things don’t work here though. Dryer in men’s bathroom hasn’t worked for months. Upstairs water fountains don’t work all the time(hasn’t worked for a month). They also removed the only punching back in the gym? For apparently no reason. Very odd decision. They seemed to be more focused on getting rid of amenities than than fixing things that are broken.
