24 hour eastvale gym just got remodeled and new equipment. Had the opportunity to meet with Jonathan sales or service manager and coach Colin. They seem helpful patient and nice. I hope they fix some of the broken equipment it also needs more 2.5 plates which are hard to find same with the 5ibs. Other than that great gym and environment keep up the good work eastvale gym.

The new 24 Hour Fitness gym is impressive! All the equipment is brand new, well-organized, and spaced out perfectly so it never feels crowded. The entire place is extremely clean and has a fresh, modern vibe.
I also had a chance to speak with Brooke, the GM. Sheβs incredibly helpful and genuinely excited about making this 24 Hour Fitness location the best gym around. Great leadership goes a long way, and it definitely shows here.
The only thing Iβd like to see improved is the Wi-Fi in the sauna areaβthereβs currently no signal. Other than that small issue, this gym is top-notch and definitely worth checking out!

Also bring back the double sided squat racks that were by the basketball courts. There isn't enough squat racks to go around. The boxing bags are nice but really just an obstacle. Maybe they'd be better off in one of those rooms upstairs.

Sauna temp still not at 180 degrees as manager said it was mandatory yet they have been open since Friday 5 days now and the temp is not back to βmandatoryβ temperature. Sauna was not renovated with new remodel since it was done 3 years ago. Ridiculous! Didnβt even bother to fix the lights!

I've been a long-time member of 24-Hour Fitness. This location has continued to drop the ball when it comes to having machines that actually work and stay working. Recently the facility closed down for a month with "major" renovations being done. It has since opened up, and they still have broken machines (from treadmills to cable machines). With the renovation, they've added a ton of machines, ultimately opening up the ground floor, however the layout is not advantageous. Four squat racks???
There are not nearly enough weights, from plates to dumbbells. When this was expressed to staff, I was told that there was a delay in receiving them. I then have to question the planning from management. They knew when this facility would be closed and for how long. There is absolutely no reason for this being missed. Not to mention opening back up and having broken machinery. At this point I am weighing the option of taking my money elsewhere if things don't improve quickly.

The remodel came out great. The layout is way better now, everything is placed where it actually makes sense, and it feels a lot more open. Adding the three hack squat machines was a great move. The staff is very friendly and outgoingβ they always greet you, theyβre easy to talk to, and they actually make the place feel welcoming. Overall, the gym looks better, and is way more enjoyable to train in.

Iβve been a loyal 24 member for years and have been patroning this location for almost 5 years. What I enjoy most about this location outside of it being close to home are the amenities. Love the sauna and steam room which I regularly use. The layout of the gym itself is quite spacious and offers a plethora of machinery and equipment. I love that itβs two story and provides gym attendees the option of utilizing machines and equipment upstairs. It can get crowded during the post work rush-hour but Iβve never had much of a problem being able to navigate my way through a workout even with a higher volume of people. The check in process is easy and quick and things stay relatively clean for the most part. The membership pricing is a little more on the expense side I will admit, but youβre also paying for access to multiple gym locations as well as around the clock workout availability. The fact that it is open 24 hours is what sets 24 apart from some of the other gyms. One thing I will say that I think can be improved, which is really big for me is customer service. The overall demeanor and attitude of some of the staff is lackluster at best and at times can come across as disengaged and lax in greeting or acknowledging people when entering or existing the gym. There can be a full front counter and not one person will acknowledge or look me in the eye on occasion, which is off putting and rude. But the manager Brooke, is a bright spot in the overall experience of the gym. She is warm and welcoming always with a smile and quick to say hello and engage in conversation. She is the example of what a manager should be and is one of the reasons why I will continue to patron the Eastvale location. Since making Eastvale my home gym the management has always been solid and much appreciated. Excited for the new upgrades and completed renovations that will serve to make the gym that much more alluring. The recovery room is gonna be a game changer. If youβre looking for a great place to workout consider Eastvale 24!

Iβm updating my review of this 24 Hour Fitness primarily because they have a new GM., Brooke Raya. She is fantastic and truly cares about the cleanliness of the club and I have no doubt it will be kept clean. As far as whatβs happening now, the gym just got a major upgrade with all new flooring, a new turf area, and they blew the basketball court out to make room for more equipment. You will be blown away, thatβs for sure!
