I've been in a lot of gym club, but 24 hour fitness is where im comfortable with. The place is huge and has all the equipment you would ever need. Me and my partner trained with coach Kiana, she has been so helpful at all times, she made sure we have the right posture, pushing us harder every session and most of all she always have a smile on her face giving us the positive vibe.

Avoid this gym. This gym has really fallen behind since the soft remodel. Been here on 3 different occasions within the last 45 days and the jacuzzi is broken, the steam room is completely broken, and the sauna is barely working at 90-100 degrees. When I ask about it they say they are working on it. Itβs a freaking joke. The machine/weight selection is garbage and the cardio machines are also garbage including the elliptical. There good things to this gym but this is supposed to be considered on of the better 24 and honestly itβs not.
Also locker rooms are disgusting with dirty sitting water all over like literal puddles. None of the drying machines work and only blow out cold air and some done even blow. The shower are also disgusting with the shower heads having so much calcium build up and I had to walk out of a shower the moment I opened it up because there was literally poop in the drain.
It was by far the most disgusting gym experience Iβve ever had. Will probably avoid this gym moving forward.

Never never never buy a yearly membership . If you buy a membership in January and it automatically renew in October for next year. By the time you notice itβs too late . 24 hour fitness will not refund you. That is how they increase their membership. The facility is very very dirty. I originally bought it to go swimming but the water is always dirty. Parking is horrible. Most honest review.

Worst customer service experience. I tried to get a membership but no one was at the front desk. I waited 20 minutes until staff came back and they somehow didn't notice me sitting on the waiting chair right in front of them. Staff were just laughing amongst each other and didn't ask me if i needed anything, I had to grab their attention and ask them about their membership basically doing their job for them.
