Went on 12-28 (Saturday), for the as advertised
9:AM Zumba Class. The class is NOT a normal high intensity Zumba Class. It should be
labeled as a low intensity Zumba Gold class.
For those of you who are fit; I suggest you use the 24 hour Super Sport facility close by on the same st., or use a cardio machine such as
a Stairmaster at this location. The following
Monday, 12-30; I went to the 8:30 AM Zumba
Class a half mile away at LA Fitness & it was
great! Captain Arnie, Durham Raleigh, N.C.

Predictably, every time I come to work out, I am warmly greeted by a friendly, genuine “Hi, Bob” from one of the staff members. These excellent public relations ambassadors daily assure me that this is the most comfortable, positive environment I want to be in for the next couple of hours.
I fondly view them as:
-An efficient, happy, compatible staff who enjoy serving all of us in any way they can.
- Courteous, approachable, helpful and respectful.
- Each capable of performing his/her responsibilities competently.
- Each one ready to respond to our questions and needs promptly.
In all, their collaborative efforts make me feel much better than I did before I came in to work out. Thanks to each one of you for making it so. You are the BEST.

This place is digusting!
Globs and globs of hair on the floor, showers, in the entire ladies room.
The smell of the locker room and the shower area smells like raw sewage.

Their new cable machine is not new. It’s used. Also the cables stick and do not move freely. No paper towels in men’s restroom. I heard the women’s do. There are holes in the ground just covered with caution tape. Also their scale is not working. Sometimes they don’t have staff that do not know how to work the register. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Was a member of this gym for almost 10 years, recently move to Crunch Gym. I stayed so long because there many people there that I liked and the staff is actually very friendly. However this facility is small, the equipment is very old and outdated and often broken. The gym itself is very dirty, particularly the men's bathroom that doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years. I am not a clean freak by any means, but the men's bathroom facilities are disgusting and smell like a public urinal. The ceiling has water spots all over the place, the walls are old and have stains all over them. When equipment breaks at 24 Hour Fitness, it's usually out-of-service service for weeks. I've been at Crunch now for a month, and I have yet to see a broken machine.

i really like this gym cause the staff is always really nice and there are never many people there so there's almost never a wait for the machine you want to use. The place over all is very clean and well managed.

It's a small gym, friendly staff, recently updated and cleaned. You won't find all equipment or classes here, but it's close and relatively easy to get in and out of, so I like it. Weekend hours are limited, especially Sunday so check first.

I have been a member of numerous health/fitness clubs for over 20 years and this is the nicest club I have been in. They have large facility with allot of equipment, and because of it's location, respectful members. I never have to wait to access training I am looking to do and this is a BIG plus to me.

I have been going there for years and though I have an all club membership and do use Lakeshore Towers . I find the staff has been great. Its just an express gym and it serves its purpose just fine. Is it my Dream Gym, no, but is it close, easy to access, and clean, Yes it is.

The franchise is called 24 hour fitness. It baffles me as to why not all of them are 24 hours. There is nothing better than going to the gym at 3am. I feel cheated
