It's ok, considerably cleaner than other 24s, certain machines and equipments are on the older end. Definitely can so some upgrading , but overall spacious and good for a quick workout session

These guys will make false promises on member ship dues credits when we join, please careful with them ,and the Lady recently joined as a store manager Angela is very rude,I had really very bad experience with her, customer service is really bad, totally upset with this store customer service.

I have been in this club for many years. The clerks there were always friendly. but recently they had some new guys there whom make me fell really uncomfortable, one Friday night, the new guy can't find my membership, after I asked him to check carefully, then after searching for more than 10 minutes, he said I have too many since I'm with 24 fitness for so many years, and said I need to reduced the No, so it can be easily found in the system.

I didnt see anything super about this gym. Staff is cool cant complain, equipment, not enough to go around. There's always alternatives but when you have to go that route, something is wrong. Sport and Active gyms have the exact same thing if not, a lot more choices, bigger aquatic areas sauna and steam rooms at a cheaper price. I give it 2 stars only cause I was still able to get a pump.

The worst of all 24 Hour Fitnesses I’ve been to.. I signed up for 24 because this one is nearby but now being a member here has made me regret that decision, it’s a pretty gross beat up gym

The best part of this gym is the size of its fitness class classroom. It's spacious and doesn't feel too crowded. The staff is kind. The locker rooms are a bit run down and could use some help. Other than that they have the basics for everything you need.

Decent 24 hour fitness, not outrageously busy during the peak hours. Parking can be rough when people come in for their yoga or body pump classes around 5-6pm though. Suits my needs for proximity and wait times for equipment.

I've been a 24 hr member since 1999. My son and I have been attending this location in the Brookdale shopping center since Feb of 2016 It's amazing! The kids club is the best. My 2 yrs old son is safe and has lots of fun. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager is very professional and engaged with everyone and everything. She leads by example. The gym is clean and well kept. I definitely recommend this location.

The conditions of equipments are great. It's crowded at weekday nights but it's fine. The staffs are friendly and willing to help.

The weekend staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have a corporate pass which I am allowed to use anywhere and any number of times. That person doesnt even understand what a corporate pass is. Even after the manager saying it is a valid pass he has problems with it. Even though it is a couple of minutes walk from my place I never go there, I prefer a center close to my work

The bathrooms are very dirty, stinky and the shower curtains are disgusting. The shower area is constantly smelling with bad odor and water doesn't drain properly causes for bacteria and viruses. They should really remodel and clean their shower areas. And provide towels and such!!! Health hazard!!!

I had really bad experience with one of the staff manager, her name Start with D, Deliema or Something, her customer service is really poor, when she talk with other race people her expressions are completely different. This gym is near by my home and i go there very often

I converted from Bally's and it was a very smooth process. the gym is clean not very crowded and Staff (Bryan) was friendly. Lots of new machines and a separate free weight area.
