Really small gym, the women's locker room was pretty clean but too much hair all over the place. I dont blame the staff for that, people should throw their hair in the trash. They do need to stock up though, they have a bunch of staff in front but no one cleaning. My husband told me that the men's locker room is disgusting as if they never clean. I hope management sees this and start cleaning.

Longtime employee Jon-Sales Manager longtime employee Derrick (many bad reviews about these two men doing bizarre and rude things with club members) are extremely rude and disrespectful. Jon, with a passive aggressive approach who is clearly upset to be working at this job for so long, PRESSURED me to buy a membership instead of being on a monthly plan. When I didn’t sign up he became irritated and rude, grabbing my water bottle and taking it behind the desk and not giving it back to me until, and per his words “You can have your water back when we sign you up”. Are you kidding me? I expressed to him and the other employee Derrick that I severely needed my water to workout and was thirsty as I had already been moving. They both laughed in my face and he never gave it back. TIME FOR NEW EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT 24 HOUR FITNESS!

P.S 24 HOUR FITNESS: THESE TWO SPECIFIC EMPLOYEES JON & DERRICK ARE NOT HAPPY TO BE WORKING HERE. THEY HAVE BEEN HERE A VERY LONG TIME AND NEED A CHANGE. Pushy rude sales people, the 3 day free pass requires a 45 minute tour (sales pitch) the dude at the front implied I didn’t work out when I didn’t want to do the tour because I told him I have a gym at home. We referred someone but they attached the wrong credit card to their account, fraudulently charging it then the solution the proposed was to have the friend Zelle back the money. They also didn’t disclose that the second buddy pass was a recurring charge (we went for the second buddy pass because I didn’t have 45 minutes on top of the time we needed for our workout)
Don’t go here, there is literally no difference between here and crunch, golds, even planet and all of those are the same price or even less.
Planet - $20/mo for premium
Crunch - $10/mo
Golds - $10/mo
UFC - $30/mo
This is the used car lot of gyms. Train your sales people. Like if you’re thinking of joining a gym and you’re concerned about judgement on your looks or your experience, that will happen here, but not from the members, from the employees. 30 seconds into meeting me this man was judging me I’m assuming based on how I looked because… that’s all he had to go off of at that point. I’ve never had someone judge me at any other gym, including all the gyms listed above. So clearly this is the culture of the workplace there. Dude was jacked so I’ll give him that. What’s annoying is that I could use a gym. I have a gym at home but no leg press, no hip machines, I don’t have dumbbells up to 100, so I could’ve used a membership here if they treated me with respect. However they don’t do that.

Customer service? Insane. Morgan really took the tour by the reigns and made sure that we not only had all of our questions answered, but made sure the other team members around the gym saw us and sparked up a few conversations. Digimon really got the front desk going on some conversations. Shout out to Jon for helping with the memberships. Customer service was on point all around. Didn't catch everyone's name, but it was all smiles and good vibes.

How busy was it? My wife and I signed up around 330pm and came back around 7 or 8. Was mad busy! Definitely need to find that sweet spot to come in and make sure the equipment is free and available.

Things to do? Tons. Cables to free weights. Cardio machines as far as the eye can see. A 3 lane lap pool, 2 saunas, and a hot tub. Basketball court?! I havent seen a gym with one of those since my Army days - and they had some ballers in there, bring your A game if you trying to pick up.

Tons of side rooms for quiet work outs or spin bikes if your into a little self hate lol

Only negative I have is because the showers werent stocked up with soap. Pretty much all the mens showers were out and everyone was trying to get the last drops out. It's later in the night and busy so I'll just wager it was bad timing.

Steam room is down every other week (can take days to weeks for it to be back up), hot tub jets down every other week, if more than 3 people are using the showers you’re taking an ice cold shower. If these amenities don’t apply to you it’s a good gym, kept pretty clean especially the locker rooms compared to other gyms I’ve been to in the area…but if you specifically want to have a gym with a steam room I would say to look elsewhere

My membership was set to renew and although I didn't end up renewing with him, he didn't over pressure me to sell me somethin else and helped me out the best he could. I've had a great experience at 24 Hour Fitness in Fullerton! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a great variety of equipment for all types of workouts. What really stood out to me was the amazing customer service. Jon and Derrick were incredibly helpful in getting me signed up for personal training. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained the different options clearly, and made the whole process super easy and comfortable. This is my favorite gym! I have two other locations that are closer to me but the basketball courts here are cleaner with better lighting compared to others. The staff is amazing and so welcoming! I’m always sweetly greeted by Anissa, Hannah, Derrick, and John :)

This is my favorite 24 Hour Fitness! It’s super spacious, and I love how the equipment and machines are perfectly spaced out—nothing feels cramped or claustrophobic (I need my personal space at the gym, lol). I've been to quite a few gyms over the years, but this 24 Hour Fitness location truly stands out than the others clean, well equipped, and staffed with genuinely great people. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of.

Special shoutout to Jon, who goes above and beyond. Whether it’s answering questions, helping people get set up on equipment, or just making sure the vibe stays positive, he’s one of the reasons I actually look forward to coming in. You can tell he takes pride in the place, and that energy carries over to the rest of the staff too.

The gym itself is spotless too. I’ve never once had to wipe down someone else’s mess, and I always see staff walking around keeping things in top shape. Equipment is modern, pretty spaced out, and everything works (which is more than I can say for some other places). Whether you're lifting, doing cardio, or hitting the functional area, there’s plenty of space to move around.

Overall, this gym has a great atmosphere, good people, and everything you need to stay consistent. Highly recommend and if you see Jon, tell him he’s doing an amazing job.

The best gym around! I’ve been to UFC, fitness 19, golds and LA fitness they are all either dirty. Packed or have horrible staff. I’ve been here for years and will never leave. The front desk is so nice to me as well because I’m a regular lol. Say hi to Jon and Derrick for me they are the sweetest

24 hour fitness is a good gym. For the most part the equipment is good but lowkey they gotta fix the out of order cables quicker especially when it gets busy. It’s clean for the most part. The workers are nice and they all do their job well, especially Derrick. Derrick is a hard worker, he’s pretty cool, I’d say he’s a 10/10!

The gym is okay overall. It has a decent selection of equipment, but one big downside is that when machines break, they tend to stay out of order for a long time without being repaired. That can be pretty frustrating, especially during busy hours.

On the positive side, the staff is friendly, and I have to give a special shoutout to Karla. She’s always super attentive, helpful, and has excellent customer service. She really goes above and beyond to make members feel welcomed. If the maintenance and equipment issues were taken more seriously, this place could easily be a 4-star gym.

I was consulted by an employee named George B.

He was very arrogant and rude.
He was wagging his fingers and telling me to come here and go there.
I felt very bad and uncomfortable, but I endured it.
When I was wearing a mask, he asked me if I was sick.
When I didn't say anything, he got angry and asked me why I was going out when I was sick.
I don't want to join 24fitness with an employee like this.
24fitness' sales will vary greatly depending on the kind of employee they hire.
I ask 24fitness to hire properly trained and not rude people.

Terrible management. Men's urinal has been broken for ages now. On top of that, all the sinks in the men's bathroom have no pressure at all. I have left complaints with the manager and employees several times, but they do not care.

My mom’s belongings were stolen, according to several reviews, this gym seems to have been robbed several times due to incompetence from the management. Police was called for report but they refused to give out security camera footage. The manager was supposed to call my parents yesterday, and so far none. Now my mom is scared to even go in to this place.

I have a Personal Trainer whose name is Carlos Melendez. I am 80 yrs of age. I have been going to the gym, training with Carlos for several years. He is so very aware of my age, body problems and the fact that I really want to be in the best condition possible, all things considered. He took part of his “lunchtime” to train with me so I wouldn’t miss a day. He is kind, considerate and conscientious. He makes my gym experience a pleasure. Thank you Carlos!
