I’ve gone there in the past and I just started to go back there again, and I noticed that the locker rooms for the men were dirty. It didn’t look as though the shower area had been cleaned with disinfectant bleach whatever. The one thing that did remain the same is the other clientele so to speak. They were as discourteous today as they were two years ago. people sat on the machines looking at their phones and when asked if I could or if someone else could work in they said no. Also, it’s three dollars for parking. There’s no real street parking in the area. It doesn’t have a pool. It does have a smelly steam room.

This is by far the grossest gym I’ve ever been to. Avoid this place at all costs
-nobody picks up their trash. The paper towel dispenser is always empty. There’s garbage scattered throughout the gym and it’s disgusting
- staff will not look up from their phones to acknowledge anybody
- nobody puts their weights back
- don’t even walk in, but walk past the bathroom it smells awful
- the place is falling apart with parts of the wall coming off
- trash everywhere!! Never seen a single person cleaning inside
- dumbbells are everywhere and nobody cares because the employees obviously don’t care about this place

Pay 2x the cost and go anywhere else!! Every time you walk out of this gym you’ll feel like you went dumpster diving

The staff is nice but the weights are never racked, dumbbells are always missing and the locker rooms are really dirty, the bathroom is kind of smell like a bus station. I want to like this gym, people are nice and it’s got everything you could want, but the lack of racked weights, never being able to find the dumbbell or a bar or plate that you want, combined with the general dirtiness especially in the bathrooms but even little things like the cleaning solution for the machines is out – just makes me kind of not motivated to go. Replace the missing dumbbells! Pressure wash the bathrooms! Could be good!

No ac, $3 to park, dirty.

I was looking at gyms in the area. It wasn't even hot out and this place was like 90 degrees. One employee said maybe corporate was going to fix it next month, the other employee said they were going to tint the windows. I used to work out in a gym with no ac, that means you will leave a sweaty mess. You will need to wash your hair, redo your makeup, wash all your workout clothes-- no thanks. Also their parking was $3 with validation... so if you go every other day, the parking will be more than the membership. Also the place was old and the locker rooms were dirty. The prices were the same as nicer gyms in the area. Pass on this place.

Love my Saturday yoga and bodypump classes along with my instructors, but the workout room is way too dirty and we need to turn on the AC. We have to turn on the fan as it is too hot, but the dust from the floor is blowing everywhere when we workout. This is NOT healthy. So please fix the AC for us, and turn it on.

The air conditioning in the gym (specifically class room) doesn't work. It's incredibly hot and impossible to work out! There aren't enough equipment or mats for everyone! Also, try to keep gym clean and respect your members and trainers, otherwise everyone will leave!

Update: although I’ve received a reply on pending improvements I still see nothings changed. I have NEVER seen a person mopping here, there continues to be dust bunnies all over the corners and machinery, and the staff is always idle on their phones. I don’t understand how this is okay with city hygiene standards.

This is the nastiest gym I’ve ever been to. The paper towels are never restocked, the trash beens are always overflowing, the place is never dusted and has dust in every single corner of the gym. The bathroom constantly has a foul odor and there is trash left all over the counters. I would never shower in this club. The staff is constantly saying they are understaffed and will change at their soonest availability. Today, I was here 3 hours and not once did ANY of the paper towel dispensers have a single sheet inside. The only good thing about this place is the size of the club, variety of machines, and proximity to my house. Otherwise, I constantly have to call the staff in the middle of my workouts to remind them on custodial necessity.

My Fiancé and I went here to check out the gym and it did not disappoint, unlike LA Fitness. Aaron at the front desk was fantastic he helped us out and showed us around. We went to LA fitness before and were sorely disappointed the person that helped us seemed like he couldn’t be bothered by us. Aaron on the other hand killed it, definitely going to signing up!!

Vey difficult to find. 0 signs outside the building. You just have happen to make your way inside the correct unmarked parking garage. Once you finally find the place they are limited in what they have available. Literally only one stall in the men’s bathroom so there is always a line. I would avoid this place at all cost if you have another 24 to go to.

Tried 24 Hour Fitness for the first time today and honestly, it was a great experience. The gym was clean, the equipment was in good shape, and there were plenty of machines and weights available. Gym is dirty and cleaning supplies aren't restocked enough. Not enough equipment: you have to hunt for weight plates. Staff is indifferent (except for making you check in) and usually on their phones. Lazy members leave weights all over the place. Management promises to do better but never does.
