I'm disabled and I came in last week because both my doctor and I discuss a plan for the next 6-8 months by dedicating myself to the gym and physical therapy so I decided to go 24 hour fitness. First off right, upon walking in is very impressive. It's a magnificent gym with state of the art equipment in a big spacious setting. It also includes a heated pool, a basketball court, USANA and many other great features.
Immediately upon entry, I was greeted by the warmest personality with the biggest smile, Miss Jess. I explained to her my situation and why I was coming there. I explained that I specifically to improve mobility and gain strength. She was very helpful during the sign up process, which by the way took less than 10 minutes. Very different from the old days when joining the gym took 30 minutes to an hour. Oops 🤫 I'm showing my age, lol.

Anyway, back to Ms Jess like. Again, she was extremely helpful, respectful and human. I hope you guys can understand what I mean by that. In today's world, so much going on and a lot of the times people are so nonchalant and they just don't care. You can tell that Miss Jess was sincerely eager to help me with my goal for coming to the gym. She set me up with a trainer I believe her name is Kimberly, she's especially trained in kinesiology and that's really good because I have a lot of ailments and I'm sure she can show me exercises that will not trigger them or worse in them.

I have my first session next Thursday at 2:00 p.m. I cannot wait. I'm very excited to see what exercises can be modified and what type of regiment she thinks will be best for somebody in my condition to get the results that I need. If you're looking for a spacious gym with plenty of protein based drinks and snack variety, come to 24 hour fitness. Ask for Ms Jess and tell them Big Geri sent you! 🏃🏿‍♀️💨😃🏋🏽‍♀️♿👩🏽‍🦽💪🏿👍🏾

Your staff member Brian makes our visits enjoyable. He goes above and beyond and greets every member when they check in. He is the only employee that makes sure that all of the vending machines are fully stocked and that your 24 store is clean and well arranged. We had an issue with tracking our visits on your app and he was able to give us an answer on our next visit.

Overall, this gym is great. It has what you need whether it’s equipment, a pool, sauna, and/or fitness classes. The gym staff is professional, but one staff member that is always willing to help is Brian Cates at the front desk. He’s professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and you always see him working and not standing around especially because it’s early in the a.m. I recommend the is gym.

The pool is supposed to be drained out completely and clean you can't keep the same water that's nasty drain out and clean with pressure gun same thing with jacuzzi drain out the water and showers same thing pressure gun wash with chemicals not just a broom because that's all they clean the showers with by using a broom they could drain out the waters when the gym is close this should be a reason why it's not open 24 hours but even for this gym not being open 24 hours they still don't clean don't think that only picking up the trash restocking the weights back in order and broom is actually doing something because that's all they do one time I was there on a Sunday they closed at 8pm I was outside it was 8:15 PM the front desk workers got out quick aren't you supposed to be cleaning the gym by the time everybody's gone and when it is closed that's how you know this gym is a big embarrassment inspection people don't even go to the gym you don't see any inspection people with a clipboard or anything like that the gym manager doesn't even walk around the entire gym making sure everything is safe and good he's supposed to be checking the pool steam room sauna room showers but he doesn't do anything like that for a gym that is not open 24 hours it's obvious why they don't want to open 24 hours the pandemic is gone bro you guys full of excuses and lazy workers both managers are lazy all of the front desk workers lazy and the guy that cleans the pool the guy that fixed the steam room fix the machines he always comes every 3 to 4 months 5 months whenever he feels like it shout out to Brian the only one that does everything Brian is the man the rest of the other people are jokes and big embarrassment

Whe I first got my membership, I got charged for the first and last month, when I canceled, I got charged double, I canceled because they raised my monthly fee, I've always chose 24 hour fitness, but over all, I am very disappointed, this gym needs major upgrades, when the sauna or the jacuzzi broke down, they take forever to fix.
The A/C vents are horrible dusty and drains by the pool are disgusting, as well as the pooll walk ways, the employees are very nice though.

I was on my way to another gym, looking for a personal trainer. I decided to call 24 Hour Fitness, which is closer to home, while on my way. Abel answered the call, and answered my questions, with a friendly voice and helpful demeanor. After hanging up with Abel, I turned around, and drove to 24 Hour Fitness. I’m glad I did. I feel I made the right choice. Abel connected me to a personal trainer, which I will meet on Wednesday! I’m looking forward to it! I’m confident he will be as helpful and friendly as Abel is! I will update after meeting/working out with my trainer. 😃

I normally go to the Riverside location, but I tried the Moreno Valley location yesterday. I only did cardio. The treadmill was clean and the ceiling fans helped keep me from overheating. It was around noon and there were not many people working out. The shower and bathroom area was clean. I wish the equipment and shower area in the Riverside location were as clean!

Not happy. No hot water again. Everything is breaking down. Locker room is always filthy. The showers are always gross. Really thinking of looking for a new gym. It used to be
such a great gym. Ever since covid,they let the gym run down. Bathrooms are always dirty. I don't think they ever clean the steam room or the sauna. I only see 1 guy ever clean the men's bathroom floor. I guess he is the only guy thats knows how to use a mop. 3 people in front not doing a darn thing. But be on the phones.
