I stopped by 24 Hour Fitness today and was helped by Maddie, and I have to say she made the entire experience easy and stress-free. She walked me through all the best membership options tailored specifically to what Iβm looking for, and her explanations were super clear and concise.

There is no remodel, only moved machines around. Machines still broken. It is a shame. Just like most places lots of talk but no substance. Plus steam room donβt work and sauna is as warm as your car when you drive. Shameful and a joke.

Amazing Experience with Princess!
I had a great experience at 24 Hour Fitness thanks to Princess. She was extremely friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. She even took the time to show me around the recovery room and explain everything in detail β and honestly, she sold me on it right away. Her personality is warm, genuine, and welcoming. Customer service like that is rare.

Well....we were out out for roughly 3 weeks for a "remodel", came back and it looks nice....HOWEVER....after walking around I noticed that some of the machines that were already broken for 3 months or so are still broken, so you guys took out the broken machines to "remodel" and then loaded them back in? 24 Ontario has been open about a week now and you have some newly broken machines, so tell me....when are you guys going to fix these machines in a timely manner? You expect us as members to pay in a timely manner right? When machines go down here it takes about 4 mo to get fixed.....unacceptable.

Poor management! Soft Grand opening after being closed almost a month and so many things are broken or simply not operating properly. Most of the equipment are over 12 years old! The gym needed more than fresh paint and new floor.

Closing the gym for almost a month just to shift the broken equipment 90 degrees isn't an upgrade, its a slap in the face. On top of that the men's locker room has 5 showers that are out of service; how do you close and reopen with worse conditions for customers than before? Horrible!

Nice upgrades. Love the non-slick flooring. More equipment which is easier to find some place to workout without waiting. Just need to adjust on location of certain weights since other members donβt rack them back where it should be. Recovery room seems nice but just need to stretch on the new turf area. Nice upgrades but need to adjust to what Iβm used to.

Review of the renovations is a good one and the layout is great. The improvements needed has been addressed and the members appreciate the effort to turn around a horrible gym to now one you could be proud of.
I do hope they address the sauna and pool area with renovations needed with the wood panels and dirty floors.

First day back on the reopening remodel. I had my doubts but it was a good surprise to see the facelift and how they rearranged the equipment. The paint job, new astroturf and arrangement of equipment was a great improvement. They removed the racquetball courts and made more free weight space. Added more hack squat machines and leg presses. They kept the same number of 6 Olympic platforms, but they are new and function nice. Only criticism right now is that they need at least 1 more flat barbell bench and a couple hip thrust machines. But thereβs room to add more equipment and I hope it happens soon.
