To be honest..... If I could give this place a six star I would... Welcoming front desk staff ... Clean, and also the sauna is kept well.... Showers are extremely clean so make sure to help and clean up after yourselves please. This is a hidden gym... Especially with the nautilis machines...A1 ...one machine in particular that caught my eye was a specific nautilus machine that replicates a conventional hack squat but instead, your laying on your back which gives you more of a free range motion on your thighs.... I absolutely love this gym!!! It’s super clean, the staff is always friendly, the atmosphere is great. I’ve been a loyal 24 Hour Fitness member for a while, and recently needed to switch my monthly plan. Otis, the general manager, was incredibly helpful literally within 10 minutes, he had me set up with a better plan that’s actually saving me money each month!! Rachel’s yoga class is the best! I’ve been a member since 2020 and I have taken her classes for the last 8 years. Always a great workout and the energy/vibe is always good. Get there early as the word is out on how good she is and her classes do tend to fill up quickly. That’s a testament to how amazing her classes are. Also, woody is always so helpful. Last weekend I was visiting the Anaheim location. When I attempted to check in via app, an error would occur. I had recently signed up and I thought this was resolved at my home gym.

Initially, I was a bit upset thinking I wouldn’t be able to gym for the day. But the attendant, Woody was very patient. He went above and beyond. He looked further. And sure enough found my account. The alternative method he found would be to check in via telephone and fingerprint. THANKS WOODY!

Woody is the main reason for this one star review. This man dogged me for 3 days straights. This man dogged my workout buddy for 3 days and gave him a hard time everytime I checked my workout buddy in. The worst part is that Woody is the only person to check people in, and Woody makes checking in so uncomfortable.

On the third day of this Woody being a jerk, I spoke to this Woody and tried to break bread. I explained that I don't understand why he dogs me, and I said my bad if I did anything for making you upset. Woody tried to escalate the situation, and was confrontational. I had to tell Woody that I just want to workout and I walked away. That same day, Woody was giving some small Mexican girl with tattoos a hard time. Woody was a jerk to her while ahe was checking in, and they had an altercation while checking in. She was upset and taking on the phone while working out. Woody started yelling across the gym for the female to keep it down. That women accused Woody of being racist toward Mexicans. Im not saying Woody is racist I just find it interesting that my workout buddy and I are also Mexican.

I spoke to Oddis the Manager, but after reviewing old reviews about Woody attitude specifically I don't think anything will get done. Oddis explained that my workout buddy needs to get finger printed and I understand. Oddis explained that he has worked at 24 hours for 23 year and I hope he is able to control this situation. I have not gone back to this location, and doubt I will go back becuase I'm not treated with respect at this location. I just want to workout.

I usually don’t write reviews, but today I decided to do so. I wanna give a special shoutout to Nathan at the front desk! Man, this guy is literally so hospitable and has a bulletproof attitude! I’ve been in the restaurant industry most of my life and I’m telling you, management, take care of this dude!

This is the type of employee that builds a positive and strong culture. These types of people are so genuine and make great leaders with the proper guidance. He always seems to go above and beyond with literally everything. By the way, NO ONE paid me to do this. I wanted to be vocal about this employees attitude and performance. I came up here from San Antonio Texas & I have to say this gym was the closest to Gold’s I’d get! The location and aesthetics were very well put together. The gym had everything you needed. The cardio area was separate from the weights area and I loved that! The team was exceptional! I was helped my Otis the GM & he set me up easy and stress free with my free pass. This is the first time I write a review. There are several reasons why my mom and I choose to go to the 24 Hour Fitness Orangewood location instead of the one that is close to our house. First of all, the manager, Otis, is very nice, competent, and professional. We love to see him burst out laughing, it will definitely brighten up our day. Second, his staffs are helpful and friendly. I have been coming to this gym for about 2 years. Since my time here I enjoy my workouts and made new friends here. I also meet amazing staff. First Chris was here and he was amazing and friendly. Then came Woody after Chris. Woody is very kind, friendly, and greets everyone when we walk into the gym which makes my experience better. Especially since I come in the morning and makes me happy to see someone in a good mood early in the morning. I’ve been a member of this gym for a while and generally enjoy the facilities and atmosphere. However, I’ve recently had an uncomfortable experience with one of the staff members named Woody that I feel needs to be addressed.

On several occasions, this individual has made comments or behaved in ways that crossed professional boundaries, making me feel uneasy during my workouts. Whether intentional or not, the attention felt inappropriate and has affected my ability to feel comfortable and safe in the space.

Dealing with the manager, Otis, has been a nightmare. I cancelled my membership over a year ago, yet they continued charging me—and when I brought it up, Otis was unbelievably rude and dismissive. He refused to issue a refund, acted like it was somehow my fault, and gave zero effort to resolve the situation. It’s unacceptable for a manager to treat customers this way, especially after the company has been charging for a service I haven’t used in over a year. Shady practices and awful customer service—stay away.

Paid $275 for a year membership while I was in California. Got a notification I got charged again, called exactly 15 minutes later, and manager told me they can’t give me a refund even though I’m now in south Florida nowhere near a 24 hour fitness. Not sure what happened with the previous manager. I've been coming here for a couple of years now, this gym was generally clean and not packed. Recently however, the staff has changed the sauna and pool areas which used to be cleaned nightly are at times disgusting. Equipment stays broken or out of service for extended times. And now these guys wanna go home even earlier by shutting down the sauna an hour before closing, seriously?! I will be reaching out to corporate and everyone i know who works out here will do the same.

Opening my membership was a smooth and geniunely pleasant experience thanks to Otis for the Customer Service he provided. Yoga at 9 AM with Rachel is something I look forward to every week! She is especially kind and greets people by name. Rachel offers modifications for every practitioner and always challenges her class to try something new. Her cues are clear and her flows are the best! From all the gym this will have to be the cleanest and I give big thanks to the lady. That’s always cleaning the woman bathroom she does such a great job. The machine needs a good deep cleaning. Not sure why this 24 hours gym isn’t open 24 hrs. So many people come to this gym for it not to be open 24 hrs.
I don’t know when 24 fitness will actually be open 24hrs. Especially this one it’s always so busy.

I love the people at this gym, but the equipment is a bit sad. Weight machines don't get fixed when handles and cables break. Also, the free weights aren't in good shape. If they fixed the equipment, I'd give them 5 stars!

Training with Coach Celeste

My goal was to develop a deeper understanding of how to optimize muscle building and its execution. Celeste was extraordinarily invested in my venture. With her help I adopted much healthier eating and sleeping habits as well as developing the mental fortitude to push myself through my previous physical limits while maintaining my form. On top of that I gained 5 pounds of muscle during the first 1 and a half months and stayed below 14% body fat. Celeste has a sincere and disarming nature, a wealth of knowledge that is coupled with a spectacular athletic background. She is the perfect coach for gym newcomers to seasoned athletes. I’m extremely lucky to have her as my coach.

I've been coming here for over a year now. I've worked with Celeste (personal trainer) who is AMAZING. She takes the time to build out a nutrition plan, hear your struggles, and reach my goals. She's helped me lose 70lbs and I feel wedding ready.
I've also been taking this yoga class Sunday mornings with Rachel. Rachel, also AMAZING, who is very sweet and leads a relaxing yet challenging class. She always changes it up and makes us shake!

Ants everywhere. The longer you stay, the more you see them. They are inside the women’s locker rooms, by the showers, upstairs, everywhere. I am always scared of them coming inside my luggage. Also had to stop going to classes because they are marked as available even if there is no space or equipment for more people. The other locations I’ve gone to always show when a class is filled up. But this location just lets you get disappointed when you show up.
