I’ve been going to this 24hrs fitness for years… I enjoy coming to the Redlands location. No matter where I move I will continue to be a member at the Redlands 24hr fitness. From the moment I walk in the gym, you are greeted with phenomenal staff. Who seems excited about being at work. Two in particular are Adriana and Alana. They always ask how my day is going, what I planed to work out. They also are able to tell me about pre-workout supplements that are on sale. I compliment this location on the cleanliness of the gym and locker rooms. I constantly see workers walking around
cleaning and or picking up weights and returning them to the correct area. Also during guest visits I’ve seen Alana and Adriana being able to connect with the guest and help guide guest on their fitness goals. Every chance I get I am telling friends and family to come join my gym, and few have. Great staff all around. There is no better place than my Redlands 24hr fitness.

This place is not safe. Thief broke my Lock and stole my car keys and went to my car and stole my laptop and my IPad and school book bag. When I told staff they told me they would get security to escort me to my car to make sure no one was there. Security made me walk to my car while they drove in their car to where I parked (which made me very uncomfortable because the thief could’ve still been in the car and possibly attacked me) Once we saw no one was in the car security told me to have the staff call the police. When I went back inside and asked them to call the police they told me to call them. No one was there to show me the video footage yesterday so hopefully the manager is there today and the police can find the person who did this. Please don’t leave your items here even if you have a lock.

Recently moved to Redlands from Washington and tried to get a 3 day pass to see if I liked this facility. But because I had a membership with 24 hours in Washington before I moved they wouldn’t let me see the facility for free. They said I couldn’t get a guest pass and wanted me to pay $10 to workout for the day. Total scam!! How do I know what I’m paying for? Sales guy behind the desk which obviously only cares about commission told me to go try the EOS Fitness gym down the street. Kind of weird they directed me towards their competitor, super weird experience

I recently joined the gym after several years of not going. I started personal training with Christy about two weeks ago and have really enjoyed working with her. She’s been very kind, acknowledgeable, and supportive during this process. She’s been available for support throughout the week and makes time to check in with me outside of our training sessions. as a recovering quadriplegic, this gym has provided me with everything i need for my recovery. the general manager, Adrianna, is an absolute sweetheart, along with the rest of the staff. my trainer, Mary, is an excellent coach for my condition and all the machines are well kept. I like 24 hrs but this particular place is lagging behind on fixing non-functional machines. It takes a month or more just to fix a minor issues. See the attached picture. This machine has been on the fixing list for ages.What does the man in-charge of this doing everyday? Smoke outside? No wonder why a few of my friends left and move to the new gym closeby.Also, the wash area, the toilet are dirty. They need to hire more people to maintain the cleanliness just like LA Fitness and Esporta.

I have been going to this facility since 2015-2016. I have never had issues until Adrianna the manager on duty started working there. She is very unprofessional and left a bad impression on me as a member and potential member. It is a shame to be someone who works out after a long day and experience the situation I did. She is rude, tries to talk down on you and upper management knew the situation prior to even me showing up and the potential member even asked them for help and they didn’t do anything. After talking to them to explain the situation I could tell they put up a facade of caring and tried to put it back on me when really I’m not being paid to work and be nice I already do that for 10 hours and there is a different level of expectation from managers. If they can’t see that I shouldn’t have been treated poorly then there needs to be new people here.

This gym fails at the most basic standard of hygiene. There are no paper towels or any way to sanitize machines, and when I asked the front desk, they admitted they didn’t have any. That’s not just inconvenient it’s irresponsible. For anyone who’s immunocompromised or simply values cleanliness, this puts your health at risk. A gym should promote wellness, not spread bacteria.

If this continues, I’ll be forced to escalate the matter to the health department and make sure others know exactly how this place operates. Members deserve a clean and safe environment, not excuses. Until management takes responsibility and addresses such a simple but essential need, this gym will remain a disappointment

Front desk staff have improved their interactions with members but unfortunately there are still a few not so engaging characters. The excercise equipment, machines & tools are ample & well maintained for the gym members.
If only the membership prices were discounted would I consider getting a full year.
