This is one of the best 24 hour fitnesses in the nation (Santa Rosa is the best). The staff is attentive, helpful and professional. The weight room is kept clean and in good working order. Highly recommend this gym. Today I was helped by a nice young gentleman named Alec. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and also kind.

Tonight was my worst experience at 24 hour fitness . Usually, I work out alone then after my workout, I will join my boyfriend and watch him play basketball. Unfortunately, a fight broke out with a 40 something year-old man beating up on a 21 year-old kid.
The 24 hour employees did not know how to handle this situation and instead of believing the 21 year-old kid who kept refusing to fight this older gentleman. Just because the older gentleman had a video pressing the little kid. They believe the 40-year-old rather than the 21-year-old that got beat up and was bleeding from his mouth. The older man is named Chris! Always causing problems on the basketball court!!! This is so unfortunate for this Gym. That older gentleman kept pressing a 21-year-old who did not want to fight him. 24 hour employees do better and protect your consumers and customers that pay monthly/yearly to have a good experience at this gym! It's also sad that this older man has got into it with other kids and people on the basketball court. Pressing wanting to fight other people yet why are the 24 hour employees believing him and not the individuals that are being bullied and harassed by him? They should immediately kicked him out the gym instead of what they did and handled the situation last night. Retrain your employees how to handle fights or call the cops!

Most employees here are kind and helpful, however when I went in with a friend who wanted to redeem the free 3 day pass to try out the gym a rude employee insisted that he must pay $30 and the offer was only valid online. I had redeemed this offer in person two months ago and my friend who signed me up did too.
Then after he did the sign up she insisted he can only redeem the offer if he intends to pay the $30 after the 3 day period ends. This never happened to me or my other friend who used this offer, which we were told its no strings attached.
Disappointed in the customer service from this employee. Eventually we got his redeemed when we explained to her my friend is interested in an annual membership like I have, but after much headache and feeling like we were in the wrong. Now instead of looking to sign up my friend to this gym we are exploring other options.
After looking up online also it says for this gym it can be redeemed in person. Feels like this employee was trying to scam my friend out of $30 for who knows why

Clean, Huge Gym, all the amenities. Feels like a caring community there. ALEC is excellent and professional. Knows his stuff and a good resource. He frequents our coffee shop, always cheerful, and always brings friends.
We tried hiring him, he likes the gym life to much. Big Gains he's after. Would totally recommend him for a pay raise or promotion. He brings the community together.
