November 2025: Maddy’s customer service is amazing, she genuinely has a gift for how she interacts with people. 24-Hour Fitness is honestly lucky to have someone like her because she consistently goes above and beyond. She really knows how to connect with people and make them feel welcomed.

I remember losing my AirPods once, and she actually talked with me to help me retrace my steps and figure out where they could be. That level of care, attention, and dedication is rare. Her customer service and people skills are "chef's kiss," she’s an excellent addition to the 24 Hour Fitness team. I just had to share how awesome she is.

April 2025: Wes always provides the best customer service. He consistently greets me with a smile when I come in and is just as friendly when I leave. It’s that kind of service that makes my dad and me enjoy coming to this facility.

No soap in any of the showers for the whole weekend 11/15 and 11/16. On top of that there is no soap in the men's or women's bathroom. They are out completely.
