Highly disappointed with the management and the powers that be, Quick to highly talk about the remodel, BUT NOTHING WORKS.. Half the equipment upstairs in the main room, BROKEN and has been for months, and there is NO anwser to when it will be fixed and why it takes soooo long to even get it fixed. And onto of that who ever was the brains behind it didnt factor in the amount of people would fill that room so the air-conditioning doesn't provide enough conditioned air to cover the square ft and amount of people moving in and through there, so its exhausting and the heat is retart3d to have to stand at the lil portal that is providing the air to the masses, Its like we are in prison, with some swamp coolers, danggg, Such a DISAPPOINTMENT , started off good, Now its crap, older spots no remodel are wayyy better off then this high efforts to spend 2mil in a remodel , and nothing, 1/2 OF THE EQUIPMENT IS BROKEN.. I have been waiting for the jacuzzi to be working for a long time. Last time they lied to me saying that part had arrived they were just waiting for installation. Know after week I call back to make sure it is working before I make the trip. Due to my pain in my body. Representing told me it’s is not working . When I questioned him about what I was told? He said “ I only say what the manager wants me to say” I responded to him” Wow! They must not pay you enough to care” thank you.
I pay monthly dues and extra for massage chair do to my leg pain. To not take medication this brings sothung to my legs.
Not only the place is filthy in the sauna but there has been many things not repair even the simple thing like a shower head in handicap. The floors water accumulation in corners of sauna and a awful smell. You can literally see the dark water. They have not maintain the place. If you call main number it send you to call the location you are complaining about. The manager tells you how expensive the part is and how they are just waiting for part. How can a business with so much money coming in monthly continue with this? If you are a member please help me to get this matter taken seriously.Thank you. If you are not a member you might want to look for a better alternative.

decent 24hr fitness (Sport tier). still pretty fresh from recent reno, decent condition. but a lot of weird things: people don't have great etiquette or sense here -- like putting the weights in the wrong places rather than grouping them by weight, which makes you have to shuffle weights around to get what you want. plenty of platforms (12or 14!!) but not enough weights for them.. like why didn't they stock 25lb plates for the amount of platforms?

great that they have 3 nautilus glute drive stations, kinda weird that they face towards the grass lol.

overall cleaner than most 24s i been to but the reno seemed poorly thought through, at least with the stocking of weights.

Pagué $90 por supuestamente 2 meses, a los 15 días me llega un correo donde cancelaron mi suscripción, cosa que jamás solicité, más un cargo extra de 60 dólares, no hubo respuesta a mis correos o llamadas, no conforme me llega otro cargo más de 45 dólares, todo ésto en solo un mes.
El lugar deplorable, se nota la falta de mantenimiento, no hay variedad en máquinas y las pocas donde hay variedad no funcionan, no estuvo disponible la piscina los días que fui.

I take pool classes and swim at a bunch of 24 hour gyms around town and this has by far the worst pool.

The floor is literally coming apart and cuts your feet when you are walking. There are piles of rubble in the deep side and all along the sides.

Seeing how most of the attendees to the aquatic classes are our senior citizens, I can’t image what these cement shards do to their feet. This could cause an infection to our most vulnerable.

This is a pretty nice 24hr location, I loved the equipment options and full amenities. However I can only give 4 stars rather than 5 because the sauna REEKED. I have seen other posts mentioning that on here and let me tell you, they are not exaggerating. I gagged upon entering and left the room. Too bad about that, but otherwise a complete and modern gym. I will be back, but not to the sauna haha.

Update: 16Aug2025 - New facility layout terrific. Kudos for the redesign.
However, leadership and staff leave it up to members to ensure other menbers have a decent and equitable share of the membership benefits - why? The menbers don't work here. Dumbells spread out in two completely different rooms for members to retrieve and then use. I just saw a man leave 360# loaded for someone else to unload. Yes they both agreed to it but the person would have left it for anyone else to unload except himself. Need different bags besides Muay Tai bags. Excessive showering times and not clean in bathrooms .
It's all about yourselves isn't. We're all here for you aren't we!

UPDATE: 09/21/24 Horrible experience continues. Machines not fixed. DBs not to be found or racked. Ghetto experience. Shane on corporate and local leadership.

Weeks without swimsuit centrifuge working.
Staff does not place weights in reuseable stands throughout the time I am present.
Weights sit where they're used and left, meaning you have to search for the weights yourself. Good luck finding DB weights also.

Leadership at Imperial location continues to "sleep" when nembers monopolize equip, don't return weights or when equipment is unmaintenced for months to years. Bathroom soap isnt replenished frequently enough. Initial sales are perhaps their only concern. Handful of patrons are legends in their own minds and clearly need remedial gym protocol training to match their machismo. The equipment isnt any single patron's personal property. And yes I see and frequent other locations.

I recently signed up with a year membership. I came here because it was mentioned online, they had a remodel. I came here years ago and it was so disorganized and disgusting.

I do like the remodel and how everything is set up now. But I have a few things that I really don’t like.

I can tell the staff really hates their job. The bathrooms are disgusting and I mean disgusting. The urinals have mold and gnats flying around. The floors are really filthy and gross. The trash cans have gnats flying around them and they are dirty. The disinfectant bottles are always empty & the paper towel dispensers are always empty.

The staff needs to organize all the dumbbells and put them in place. It’s so disorganized with the free weights. The staff should make it a point to tell their members to re-rack their weights. I think if everything is set up properly, everyone else can learn and re-rack their weights themselves. If 24 hour has gym has staff working on the clock, there’s no reason why things can’t be cleaned, gym equipment cleaned, things be organized.

I think the management and staff should take more pride in this facility and also care about the people that are paying to come to this gym.

I really love this gym, I come every morning from 3-5:30 am mon-Saturday. But lately there has been people stealing from the lockers and people looking into cars in the parking lot.
From what I observe every morning is that the guys let anybody in, (also, during the week from 4-4:30 the gym is alone… the night guy leaves at 4 and the curly haired guy gets there till 4:30 if it’s a different worker they do get there at 4. Maybe let the curly haired guy go?)
Just today Saturday 7/19 the curly haired guy saw a homeless couple inside and did NOTHING. The homeless girlfriend went inside the bathroom like nothing. He literally doesn’t care. A month ago I told him about an incident by the pool area and he looked so bothered that I was even letting him know and that he had to get up. The paper towels are hardly restocked at that time. It’s honestly a good gym especially after the remodeling (except for the stinky sauna) but it’s starting to feel unsafe.

Terrible customer service. Attempted to use a three day trial pass that was available online at this facility. When I arrived the receptionist told me that they are not accepting any three day passes and that you need to be a member to enter the gym. I asked if I could at least fill my water before I leave, she told me that I have to to be a member if I wanted to fill my water. Not planning on joining this gym.

Management made a big deal on how the upgrade of this place was done- they even had an big event for the opening on the parking lot!!!! However, the problem still persist!!!! This place is very dirty, they need to have professional cleaners on a daily basis, 24 hours a day, the men showers, toilets and other areas are so filty. after I had been upsent for many years, I went back the other day and is like time stopped !!!! Lots of cross contamination, smell like urine, lots of broken TVs, machines and water's fouces. the funny part is, most of the associates just go around and pretend to clean the facility, they just go around and pick up little papers from the floors and place "Wet Floor signs".
I am afraid to get sick if I will continue to go there. someone need to call DHS and make a report !!!!!!

I like the way the gym has been organized, along with the new equipment and layout. The design and equipment gives it a new feeling.

I also love that you offer message chairs . The only thing I don’t like is that members have to pay more for it, in order to use it.

Guest Pass Visitor here! Very excited to explore the NEW RENOVATIONS as advertised, as my gym has limited hours.

Getting the guest pass was easy enough to do online. Staff was quick and friendly to assist in getting wrapped up! 🌟 for customer service.

The layout is nice! Spacious and spread out with a variety of different stations, equipment, and amenities! 🌟 for offerings.

There is 1 (one) restroom in the facility..... 2 floors 1 bathroom..... I was surprised, but it is a large locker room. The toilets were the worst I've seen in a long time. Resembles that of a public park after a semi-planned 21st birthday party, don't eat the nachos 🤢. -🌟

The sauna, which was my primary reason for enjoying this gym other than the hours, smells. Idk what it is, but you walk in and smell, something. I was able to sweat out the views from my restroom experience.

The other -🌟 came from the experience being somewhat chassis because of the mess. Imagine having a Ferrari (new equipment/layout) but your friends don't ever put the seat back. Those friends stuck.

I'll be more likely to join after a few more months of them getting used to more bodies with fewer toilets. New staff being onboarded. Or another promotion that rectifies me waiting to go home to poop.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would . I have consistently noticed improvement at this gym ever since Eddie Ross became the manager here . He is always present in the operation and the way this gym operates is a true testament of his excellence in management.
With the opening of the newly renovated gym it’s like visiting a high end gym , which it truly is . I am super lucky that this place is close to my house and ever so thankful to 24 hour fitness for all the improvements and new equipment for its members .

Newly remodeled, a lot of space now between machines it doesn't feel crowded. Multiple chest, back, leg machines less waiting. Overall it's very refreshing I already forgot what the old version looked like.

Been coming to this gym since they’ve opened back in 2009. This new remodel was much needed! The amount of equipment and space added to the gym makes a huge difference now! There’s enough machines for everyone even when it’s at its full capacity.

This is how a set up at 24 or any natural gym should be. The cardio machines should have been on the 2nd floor the entire time. Why place squat racks and a basketball court up there? Ridiculous. This new set up is what brought me back and is keeping me for the near future. Great job!

Great 24. They just did a massive renovation with all new equipment. Placed 4 boxing bags up top, new turf, huge upstairs, clean. The GM here is always engaged, takes care of the place & listens to 24 hour member feedback.

upgrade with the remodel! Everything looks great staff is so nice .. training program is super accessible.
