This gym should be free… it’s a complete dump, the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. The machines are dirty and broken, there’s trash on the floor, and the bathrooms are absolutely horrendous. This place shouldn’t even exist.

This website is misleading. In one spot it says 24 hour access & the hours say it closes at 11pm. This gym is a major disappointment. It's the dirtiest gym I've ever seen, by far The dumbell rack is empty & at 5:30am the weights were all over the floor. The equipment is at least 20 years old. None of the benches have wheels so you can roll them to the cable machine. Did I mention that it's not open 24 hours a day? I was hoping the other 24 hour locations in the city would be better but it looks like none of them are open 24hrs a day & they all have bad reviews. Wow! Also, Im unable to upload pictures here.

After talking many times to the manager, this place is consistently dirty fungus on the walls on the floor mats dirt everywhere. They never clean it. They never steam clean it if the bathroom is dirty then everything else is dirty in this place germs everywhere it’s pretty gross. For years it’s been dirty. I don’t know how they manage this place. It looks like the tenderloin worse it’s already difficult enough, navigating San Francisco and all the dirt in the streets let alone all the dirt in the gym locker and the germs on the equipment which they never washed down with anything

Much better than the protero location, but they have to improve cleaning schedule and standards in the locker room. Urine all over the floor and horrible smell. The locker areas were ok, and showers had doors at least.

Equipment is good here, everything you need. Looking forward to trying yoga too, just hope they improve bathroom cleaning.

For what they charge, youd at least expect some attempt ar upkeep. A good number of machines are busted/missing parts. Dumbbell rack is a disorganized mess (with tons of dirt around it) i know sitting behind a desk is hard but at very minimum checking on paper towels/disinfected every once in awhile could be done. A good number of the spray bottles arent working right, and one day there was a station out of paper towels, and the other nearest one was out of disinfectant. I come back the next day AND NEITHER WAS FILLED STILL.

Got a training package and saw some different trainers and all were really thoughtful and tailored my workouts to the problems and injuries I have, but Paola became my main trainer and she is outstanding. She’s the perfect mix of pushing you to do better and being very mindful of weaknesses and injuries. I felt so weak and hopeless when I came in because kept having setbacks, but Paola really personalized each workout so I was always doing either more weight or more reps even though I felt like I wasn’t doing much. She’s so knowledgeable about the body and really educated me on helpful stretching and workouts I could do on my own without any equipment. I’m so grateful for Paola and hopefully can train with her again in the future.
