Paid for a gym that doesn’t function. I submitted a complaint to corporate and got a generic response to my emails that doesn’t address or try to remedy the situation. Been a member since 2007 on/off and within the past few years they have not meet expectations. Shanique M. and Rachesha H. from the member service team… please do better.

I reached out to the corporate office as per the response I have received and have not gotten an email back. Contacted the managers to the gym Steven and Deji and still no response. It’s saddening now it has to come to putting in a google review to get a response. FYI, the corporate phone number is no longer connected too.

This has to be the worst run down gym yet. For example there were about 15 treadmills.. only 3 were working. The weight equipment has nails as pins. The men locker room has a multitude of broken lockers. The floor looks like its not been scrubbed in years. The tile walls, floors and ceilings are just disgusting. If I could have taken pics I would have.
I would not recommend this 24hr to anyone!

Pretty sure this location is playing the game how bad can we make it and still have people come. Worst location I see is the women's locker room where 1/2 the toilets have been out of service for months, there's no to for days on end, lights are out for 1/2 the showers and the ones where the lights are on you can see the ants crawling on the wall and the black mold growing. When telling the front desk the person notes that the cleaner hasn't been in through the weekend and isn't coming in til Tues. 1/2 the pins on machines have been replaced by bolts, at least most of them are working now, and it's certainly quiet.

I used to enjoy coming to this location because of how well it was maintained but lately this has really gone downhill. Most of the The treadmills machine have been out of service, the bathroom are the worst - they have been lack of use care and it’s infested with ants . We as members pay to have the facilities well maintained at all times. I would really love to see this place enhanced their services.

This place SUCKS!!! The entire gym is filthy. And only about 1/4 of the equipment works. The woman’s restroom is always disgusting and not even usable. And the one clean stall doesn’t even have a toilet seat. There’s many staff members but I’ve never personally see anyone clean this place. Once I seen someone walk around with a broom but walking past trash isn’t helping.

Invest in a vacuum and a mop. I regret switching gyms. And I’m planning on canceling my membership. All the 24hrs in the area look like this or worse! Not worth the money. I’d rather pay $15 and go to planet where it’s all purple lol but at least they have standards and clean.

I’ve been coming to this gym for almost 3 years and it’s gotten a lot better than what it used to be 3 years ago. The staff, day crew specifically, have clearly put in hard work to bring this 24 location back to a higher quality gym. While there are many things that could still use improvement (empty paper towel dispensers and cleaning solution, broken equipment), the change and dedication of the staff I have seen over the years is what really deserves the 5 star review.

Shoutout to Javier and Steven, who always greet me and other daily gym goers. You can tell they (and the rest of the day crew) have worked hard to improve customer experience and overall gym quality.

Wow, this gym is terrible. All the 1 star reviews are spot on. Would rate it a 0 if possible.

Only 5 or 6 working treadmills - dozen others have been "temporary" out of order for months and months.

Dozen other exercise equipment has been "temporary" out of order for over a year.

No machine pins - you'll need to bring your own

No wipes/sanitizer - you'll need to bring your own

Half the tvs aren't working.

Dumbells are scattered all over the place. Front desk is busy standing and chatting in the front. Don't bother counting on them to maintain the facility.

You'll have to double check all the machines before using them. Most have issues and could be dangerous if you arent aware of the them.

When I asked why this gym is in such bad shapes. The front desk said that they are aware of the many many issues and corporate will only help if they boost sales.

I probably should have given a 1 star rating but I am adding one star for what this gym used to be (very good - 5 star) and what it potential still has for improvement.

Having using this gym for about 15 years, now is the worst I have even seen in the 24 Hour Fitness family. All equipment are old and over half are not working properly. The men's locker room was trashy and many locker doors are broken. The bathrooms as dirty and all toilet supplies are missing with significant vandalism.

I know the showers were renovated a couple years ago. But it must have been done on the cheap because there is a lot of deterioration. There were no working soap dispensers.

The sauna and wet room was also renovated a couple years ago but today I would not have known this fact because everything is in rough condition now.

Who knows if I will be back. Maybe to just check things out... It is too depressing to stay for a workout.

I’m really disappointed with this 24 Hour Fitness location. The gym is not clean at all — the floors, bathrooms, and equipment are often dirty, and it doesn’t seem like the staff take care of it regularly. For the price we pay, the cleanliness and maintenance should be much better. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the hygiene and overall environment.

This 24 Hour Fitness is absolutely disgusting. I’m not posting photos because the ones already online show the exact same conditions I saw today—nothing has changed. It’s obvious the management does nothing to fix or improve this place. Machines are broken, dirty, and missing essential parts. I tried to work out chest and there weren’t even hooks to use the equipment. How can they charge $50 a month for this disaster? This is not a gym—it’s an insult and a total disrespect to paying members.

Every negative review here is real. And any positive review must be from a fake profile because no sane person could think this place is acceptable. I’m traveling for work and came here because it was close to my hotel, and I had to leave out of pure disgust. Do not waste your money. This place should be shut down for health and safety reasons. Worst 24 Hour Fitness in the entire United States. A complete disgrace.

For those wondering, yes the bad reviews in the past have all been true to some extent but recently, the 24 hrs took massive steps in the right direction. First of all, they now have employed cleaners so I see them going about, vacuuming and sweeping. Next, they have started to attach new, nondetachable pins to weight stacks. Not all of the weights have them yet, but they'll get there at I'm sure. Also, they are actively repairing machines and treadmills, and there are plenty to fix. Finally, I noticed the bathrooms are noticeably cleaner. Sounds like management has definitely stepped it up, so I hope this trend continues.

This 24 Hour Fitness deserves a serious wake-up call.

1️⃣ Cleanliness (or lack thereof)
The bathrooms are gross — it honestly feels like you’ll catch a staph infection the second you walk in. The toilets and urinals are unclean, and the faucets (supposed to be stainless steel) are permanently stained. For a place promoting “health and fitness,” this level of hygiene is embarrassing.

2️⃣ Equipment Chaos
Weights are scattered everywhere like a toddler’s playroom. You’d think with the number of front desk staff standing around, they’d have a basic SOP for hourly floor sweeps to return free weights. Nope. Good luck finding a matching pair of dumbbells.

3️⃣ Mismanaged Priorities
Why are there so many salespeople and so few cleaners? Maybe if the bathrooms weren’t disgusting, the memberships would sell themselves. Instead, management seems more focused on upselling than maintaining basic gym standards.

No wonder this company went bankrupt before — this location looks like it’s on its deathbed, just waiting for the final nail in the coffin. And calling it “24 Hour Fitness” is a joke when it’s not even open 24 hours anymore.

This 24 Hour Fitness location is honestly one of the worst gyms in the area. The place is dirty and poorly maintained. A lot of the machines are broken, and several weight machines are even missing the pins needed to adjust the weights, making them completely unusable. The restrooms are especially bad—disgusting to the point where it feels like a health hazard. This gym desperately needs attention from management, if not a visit from the health department, because the sanitary conditions are unacceptable. Definitely not worth the membership.

I haven’t stepped foot in this gym yet, but out of curiosity I’ve been reading through the reviews. A few things stand out that raise red flags for me:

Multiple people describe the same issues: filthy bathrooms (with photos), broken or missing weight pins, cardio equipment down for months, and lack of soap or toilet paper. The consistency and detail across different reviewers makes these complaints hard to dismiss.
• Positive reviews are oddly vague. Many of the 5-star posts don’t mention equipment, cleanliness, or the actual gym experience. Instead, they mostly just call out staff by name (“Steven is great,” “Javi is the best”) or comment on one new piece of equipment.
• Timing looks suspicious. Several positive reviews praising managers dropped within days of clusters of negative reviews complaining about hygiene and broken machines. It looks like an effort to balance the overall score.

Worst possible gym in South Bay, the cardio equipments have been broken for over 5 months now. The staff have mentioned at multiple times that it would get fixed by end of the week.

On following up after a few months on when the treadmills would be fixed, one of the staff chuckled with “lol, not anytime soon”. Out of the 20 odd treadmills available, atleast 15 of them are broken or out for maintenance.

I had been coming here since I moved to the area around 2021, and the layout of this location is what had sold me to become a member. Not only is this location the closest to me, but at one point I had become a regular — the added "bonus" room of the for training was basically my second home. I seriously appreciated this layout in comparsion to other other open space concepts in all the nearing locations. I also really appreciated the fact that the women's locker room had their own separate jacuzzi/sauna and steam room from the main one. It is unfortunately that this location does not use these selling points as their advantage anymore, as the jacuzzi hasn't been operant for some months now, and the wooden seats on the sauna room are practically falling apart. To put a cherry on top, the most recent staff (as of the last hiring wave around December/Jan) always have judgemental looks on their face. No matter how friendly I've tried to approach staff for questions (the young ones in particular) I've always been met with some undertones in hostility. They prefer to look down on their phones while sitting on the front desk and talk amongst eachother, and refer members to signs they make and post on the walls. They might as well congregate in the back offices rather than sitting in the front if they don't like to have human interactions outside of their coworkers. I myself have worked retail/customer service roles during college and I don't remember me and my colleagues being this miserable talking to other human beings outside of friends/coworkers. I get that the pandemic probably shifted a lot of social dynamics in customer service roles, but perhaps people who aren't people centered shouldn't work at a front desk.
Its truly disappointing to see how this location has gone down in quality so quickly. I don't see the point of having a membership with this chain anymore.

I recently joined 24 HF and am trying out various locations. Wow, did this one shock me. Went for a spin class and almost all the bikes had broken /inoperable displays. Not a big deal, bikes still usable. However I couldn't make out a word the instructor said bc of the crappy speaker setup. I needed water after. Went to 3 water fountains bc the first 2 had no water. All of them were completely encrusted with mineral buildup. Then I went to check out weight machines and felt really dumb (being new to the gym experience) because I couldn't see how to adjust weights on anything. Finally a random person told me "you have to bring your own pin". Uh, what?? Then I went to have a look at the pool area. Pool was murky. Hot tub was completely out of order and roped off. Steam room door broken such that it wouldn't stay closed (unfortunately a sign saying "keep the door closed" isn't enough to fix the door). Then I went into the ladies' locker room. Ugh....horrors. The shower area floor was completely littered with bottles, plastic wrap, and clumps of hair from the drains (for this I blame disgusting gym-goers. Have some respect, people. This is why we can't have nice things!). Walked by the sinks. Water was pooled all over the countertops, faucets didn't work well, some soap dispensers were empty, and some soap dispensers were broken into pieces which were laying on the counter. I'd seen enough and walked out to find a cleaner bathroom, but only saw one that was closed without explanation. I went back into the locker room because I really felt the need to wash my hands, and found the air hand dryers almost dead. It was about as effective as having someone blow on my hands. I NEVER complain at a business. I've been in customer service my whole life. But I had to say something. Behind the front counter 4 or 5 guys were enjoying conversation and phone time. All but one turned away when I said "um......is it always this dirty everywhere?". I got the excuse that 2 people had called in sick and they had no female janitor. Please figure out how to clean the locker room anyway. And maybe have ANYone regularly clean the water fountains. And maybe just close this location and put the money into the other ones.

People are turning off treadmills to make it look like they’re broken so they can keep them for themselves during peak hours. I saw someone open the panel box and turn one back on, so this is clearly being done on purpose. It’s not fair to people who are waiting or even leaving because they think there aren’t enough treadmills available, when in reality they’re just being hidden. All working treadmills should stay on at all times, and anyone caught doing this should be banned.

Completely disappointed the outcome out of this gym! I have visit at the gym and I have seen it deteriorating. I have brought a lot of issues that men’s locker has to the manager apparently he’s a new manager and it’s completely not doing anything about it.. I brought it up to front desk staff they just don’t seem to care you’ll see 5 to 6 employees in the front gossiping or sitting down when they can easily be taking care of these issues mold growing out of the showers no paper towel No seat covers. I think this is where OSHA needs to come in. And take a look at this building and what standards they’re offering it to the public. I brought it up to the manager two weeks ago and he said ! good thing that your membership will let you explore other 24-hour fitness. He basically told me go to another gym if you don’t like it here Very arrogant and rude no experience to fit a manager position. No game plan for his staff members to do rounds to put the gym back together sanitizer paper towels, etc. there’s no doubt this manager needs to be moved out of this building. Look at the pictures it speaks for itself. I didn’t take more pictures of the men’s locker due to others privacies. Wet floors, slippery gooey floors, trash everywhere that it can easily be a hazard for any kid that walks in there. as a customer for 28yrs ! 24 hour fitness corporate. Please look into this building because it is out controlled . Manager is not doing his JOB ! And this bathrooms will be in this condition up to 6 or seven hours looking like this💯💯💯💯

Sad to see 24 so run down and neglected parking lot looks like homeless shelter and mens locker room looks like a warzonr half the lockers look like they have been ripped off the hinges or broken into with bolt cutters the steam room smells like urine and the walls feel slimey and the hot tub is always broken , the sauna has broken boards and some even have rusted screws sticking out .

The showers are another monster in them selfs they are so neglected by staff that soap doesnt get replenished so uncivilized patrons pry them open and destroy the dispenser. The shower heads are all stolen or broken and the doors are all warped from the water spraying on them , only the handicapped shower stall works but with someone having ran the cleaning hose into another stall all the water pressure is gone .

After i brought up these concerns with the only staff member on site he looked embarrassed and apologized for the condition of it. No blame he cant do what management or corporate cant afford to fix.

There is nothing wrong with the appearance, cleanliness and equipment at this gym. The problem is the Customer Service. Today is 8/22/25 at 2:35pm. My membership is coming up for annual renewal - my first year. I tried explaining to whoever the man was that answered the phone that I had a bad experience when I first signed up. The personal trainer I signed up with cancelled on me at the last minute when I was 5 min away from the gym. We tried getting together a few more times but by then a bad taste was left in my mouth for her. The guy who I was speaking to asked what it was I wanted to do. He had no patience for me and to listen to my story. And when I said, ok nevermind because I was frustrated, he said ok and just hung up.

Go to any other 24 Hour Fitness. Been going here for a few years and it has become impossible to workout. Many machines are broken and have stayed broken for months. They don't have pins to adjust the weight on the machines that do work. You have to "rent" a pin and most of the time they run out of pins to "rent". New management doesn't seem to care about making the gym operational. They make promises to fix machines and order pins but its been several months with no progress. And this is supposed to be a "Super-Sport" gym lol....... I'll await my copy and paste response to this review just like all the other truthful 1 star reviews.

I have been to many 24 hr locations across southern California. This is the worst one I have seen by far. It has a grimy look to it and completely neglected.

Between the broken machines, random sticky floors and missing equipment (no cable rope attachment??) to the torn up leather. Your money is spent better elsewhere.

The new manager makes empty promises. I go to this gym both in the morning (6 AM) and at night (8 PM), and every time the staff are either sitting at the front desk chatting or scrolling on their phones. Meanwhile, the spray bottles and paper towels are always empty, which is unacceptable for a gym environment.

The bathroom are down right disgusting.

I paid for a one-year membership, but the experience has been so disappointing that I decided to join Gold’s instead—even though I still have four months left here. What makes it worse is that the owner copies and pastes the same generic response on every review, rather than taking real accountability.

I’ve been to a lot of 24 hour fitness locations in California and this was most definitely the worst that I’ve ever been to. The amount of machines that are broken is unbelievable. Then I noticed there weren’t pins anywhere, and I was informed that I needed to ask the front desk which at that time I was asked for my car keys or ID. The potential is great because it’s a large location however, it needs some serious work.

I’ve had a great experience at this 24 Hour Fitness, and a big reason is the leadership of the General Manager, Steven. He was professional, approachable, and truly care about both the members and the staff. You can tell he puts a lot of effort into keeping the gym clean, organized, and welcoming.

Steven went out of his way to answer questions, and handle concerns quickly and respectfully. He set a positive tone for the entire facility, and it shows through the friendly atmosphere and smooth day-to-day operations. It’s clear he takes pride in making sure members have the best experience possible.

If you’re looking for a gym where the management team is engaged and genuinely cares about the community, this is the place.

This gym was marked as my favorite gym before Covid. I’ve been bringing my own pin for this gym and the Calaveras one but I stopped going here because more than half the machines are broken and the locker room is disgusting. I have been a customer of 24 hour for many years now since I was in college at SJSU (close to 10 years). I have tried many other 24 gyms in the area and Crane Court has always been my favorite due to it being close to my home, large facility & machines, along with the friendly staff. Currently, I have been training with Ash and he’s been very respectful, helpful and supportive of my fitness goals.

It’s been a very pleasant experience so far with my personal training sessions alongside Ash and I’m looking forward to continuing to work on my health and fitness journey.

I've been to a lot of 24 Hour Fitness locations. Generally the west coast clubs are not great, but this one is terrible. Weights are scattered if not missing entirely. Much of the equipment is out of order and everything is filthy. The worst part is all of the selectorized machines are missing the pins. I think I spent as much time trying to find equipment that worked as I did actually lifting.

I do not know how people are giving this location more than one star.
Machines (cardio & cable) have been broken for over a month.
If you happen to get a cable machine that's not broken good luck finding the pins that go into the weight slots. (Front desk put up a sign that says no pins) That's not a solution.
Gym and locker room are always dirty.
Machine cushions are ripped.
Sauna smells like mildew or mold.
Gym closes at 9 pm most of the days.

The one star is for the friendly staff. You can tell this gym is completely understaffed.

Update: 7/8 multiple cars including my own broken into and one car stolen in parking lot. Staff was friendly and offered to help but not much they can do with only one camera by entrance so that was no help to anyone. Makes me question safety there.

I came back to this gym after almost a year, and all I can say is that it’s a total joke. These types of gyms are just designed to take your money without investing a single penny in cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. When I left my last review, the place was already dirty — now it’s worse. It’s disgusting — broken machines are still the same or even worse, the bathrooms are a disaster, the mirrors are filthy, and the whole atmosphere feels depressing.

The worst part is they dare to reply saying they “value your feedback” and are “working on improvements,” but that’s a lie. They’ve done absolutely nothing. It’s disrespectful that they keep charging as if they were providing a quality service.

And the only “improvement”? Now you have to go ask for a pin to use the back machine, and they hold your ID. Seriously? That’s a ridiculous and humiliating system.

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. It’s disgusting. I’m not exaggerating. It’s even filthier than when I left it last year. Let no one say they weren’t warned.

Thought the visit to the San Ramon location was as bad as it got. Sadly, this location lowers the bar further. No pins for the equipment. Need colateral or a screwdriver. Pathetic!!

Stop at the front desk to check out a pin to be able to lift weights and turn over your drivers license or car key as collateral! The gym is large and lots of equipment. They have NO small hand set weights for women. I hadn’t been to this gym for a couple of years and was shocked at the decline. In all my years of gym-hopping, I’ve never seen a fitness center this neglected. It feels like a skeleton crew—maybe one overworked janitor handles the entire place—yet nobody’s ever bothered to deep-clean, not even during COVID’s height. The locker rooms greet you with cracked tiles, mildew streaks, overflowing trash cans and a dank, sour stench that follows you everywhere. The men’s bathroom is virtually unusable—urine pools and trickles across the floor, bleach is MIA unless you grab the cleaning cart yourself, and clogged drains only make the odor worse. The turf zone looks like it’s never been swept: dirt and grime gather at every machine’s feet. Nearly twenty cardio stations are offline today—six of nine StairMasters and four treadmills among them—while weight machines sit idle, hampered by missing pins and mysteriously disappearing 10 lb plates. The basketball court fares no better, with shredded nets overhead and gum littering the floor. Every workout station creaks, upholstery is streaked with old sweat, and a fine layer of dust blankets every handle—as if the whole place has been frozen in time since opening day. Staff rarely venture beyond the front desk, and when they do, their only response is a resigned shoulder-shrug. With rampant maintenance failures, chronic hygiene issues, and a costly membership trapped behind onerous cancellation fees, this gym isn’t just disappointing—it’s utterly intolerable.

Honestly, this gym has gone downhill since I started coming in 2022. Over 60% of the equipment is broken—including the calf press, which hasn’t worked since I joined. While some machines have been repaired over time, it now feels like management is letting the entire gym go. That’s not just on the staff—it’s also a reflection of the inconsiderate members they allow in. There needs to be more accountability across the board. The only thing keeping this gym afloat is its location. If you’re just looking to lift free weights, it might be passable. Otherwise, be ready to MacGyver broken machines just to make them usable.

Don’t drink out of the water fountain, god knows when that was last cleaned with noticeable build up on it. It’s a shame we members pay for a run down facility.

There was a sign at the front desk that says “ask for a pin” and when you ask for it they say they don’t have any. many of the machines are in disrepair or completely unusable. I hate to be that person, but after trying a few gyms across the Bay Area, this one is hands down the worst.

It’s filthy. Easily the dirtiest gym I’ve ever been to. Most of the machines are either broken or missing equipment pins — around 90% of them had none. To make things worse, the front desk hoards the pins. So you have to walk over, ask for one (often after waiting in line), then go back and hope your machine is still free. It’s exhausting and unnecessary.

The employee I asked for help looked like he was completely over it — not rude, but definitely annoyed. And honestly, I get it. It probably happens every day.

24 Hour Fitness clearly doesn’t care. They just want your money.

Filthy gym, equipment has been broken for months (do I need to buy the cables and replace them myself?), hasn’t been cleaned for 10 years around ini side machine frames (been a member that long so I know), and now all the pins are stolen likely from an ex employee and you can’t afford $10 pins from national gym supply in LA to replace them and also order the cables? You ask maintenance and they say they ordered parts mo ths ago and the orders are not approved

This plainly a failure of the gym manager (think he quit) and more so the regaional and national manager of the gym. Then should be terminated. Someone from San Ramon head offices needs to stop by and actually look.

From what I see and complaints about other gyms in area in poor condition with machines broken, I’m sure the class action lawyers are starting to look into this which is going to cost much more than maintaining a gym.

I’ve tried to be understanding of this gym and its staff. But, recently everything has gone downhill. First and foremost how do you operate as a gym and not have any pins for the equipment. Nobody can use anything and even with checking pins out they don’t have enough. In addition to this, the equipment is never maintained or cleaned. I suggest looking for a different membership or going to a different 24, this one is janky. Good luck!

This gym is absolutely filthy and poorly maintained. The men’s restroom had urine-stained urinals that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days — maybe even weeks. Equipment has been broken for months with no signs of repair. Out of 15 treadmills, only 3 are working. Just 2 out of 10 stairclimbers are functional.

It’s unacceptable. The management should be embarrassed by the state of this facility. Do you even care about providing a decent experience for your members? It certainly doesn’t seem like it. Step it up. Do better.

BE CAREFUL!!!!! I got my car break into, I got my bag pack stolen from the trunk with my work stuff, personal documentation, my work phone and IPad was inside and other stuff from the inside my car. My car was parked right outside the main entrance across the gym. That’s not even the worst part, I went back inside to get help from tge front desk. I was still super scared and no employees around for almost forty minutes, I’m walking around looking for anyone and asking for the employees, while I was going back and forth checking if anyone was back to the front desk and nothing !! When finally an employee came in from outside, I stay calm and relief someone came back. I told employee what happened and ask him if he saw something suspicious or anything, guy didn’t even showed empathy for the my situation and told me that I’m the fifth person this week that their cars get break into, to be careful. That was it…. I know it wasn’t his fault. But he should have have at least make a report or complaint of the robbery and escalate report to the manager to get a security or something. There’s thief’s in that area, be aware.

24 Hour, you keep replying to people but seems like nothing has been changing. How about actually take a real action in improving the gym? Or maybe close it down so something more useful can be there.

I won’t ever return to this nightmare of a gym again unless I see changes.

I go because I know I will always have a machine open . Otherwise it’s always filthy, bathrooms, paper towels left by people who have memberships makes it sad.

Workers play toss the rolled up paper towels in garbage can game, or whatever else.

Bring your own screwdriver to gym, very ghetto.

Don't bother coming here if you're only looking to use the workout machines. No pins for the weights on any of them. Had to ask an employee what to look for online to find the pins at a gym that I already pay a membership to. Recurring payments. I will give it a few more sessions before cancelling my membership and look for a mom/pop gym or literally anything else.

This is one of the most poorly managed gyms I have ever been to. There appears to be only one janitor on staff, the place has never once been deep cleaned (not even during or after peak Covid) and the equipment is in disrepair. The bathrooms often reek of urine, which is usually pooled on or running across the men’s bathroom floor. I have seldom smelled the sweet aroma of bleach in the bathroom area. I would be shocked if the turf area has ever been cleaned and there are also clumps of dirt and grime at the foot of nearly every machine.

Today, six out of nine stair masters are broken, as are at least four of the treadmills. Weights such as 10lb plates seem to disappear and are seemingly never replaced.

Edit: one year later, and things somehow continue to get worse. The equipment continues to deteriorate without even an attempt being made at fixing anything. All the weight pins have been stolen and you therefore you have to bring your own. They also seem to have to fired the janitor because it gets more and more gross by the day. I literally found a mushroom (fungus) growing in one of the sinks.

This gym was good at one time know I don't recommend the men's bathroom smells very bad it's always very dirty. The machines are broken they been broken for I don't know how long all the machines keep keep getting broken and don't get fix they just sit there and they keep removing machines and don't replace them this is a waste of money for this membership. Absolutely pathetic.
1. The floor, locker rooms are covered with dirty used paper towels.
2. Half the machines and cables are broken.
3. The broken machines never get fixed.
4. NO PINS
5. Few machines have pins stuck in them which cannot be removed.
6. Cushions on the machines are ripped/broken.
These are the BASICS.
I don't even want to get to - non functional screens, lack of cleanliness in the gym & in the parking, non-existent hand sanitizers-soaps, broken water fountains.
