I really like the classes and the instructors of Eastridge club. This club is also closed to my workplace. I enjoy work out after working. Recently, this club requires to check reservations' tickets before members get in classes. I think it's good to check reservations to keep classes not to be crowded , but the process here is so complicated. On Wednesday 09/17, when I asked for tickets, unfortunately my 24 app was not working. Even though, I already made reservation and took screen shot it, the staff didn't accept. The female staff said " maybe you get the picture from someone else". I provided my phone number and my ID on the front desk to show my membership account in their system. They check but they still denied. They said "only reservation on the app". Finally, one staff told me to go get line inside without ticket. But the male staff( wearing glasses)standing at the door of class refused me and said " I'm a boss here. No ticket not allowed in" I was very upset and disappointed with the customer service. We pay for memberships. They should help us, not make hard to us. If member cannot use 24 app for some reasons, I think staff can check on their system to see member's reservation. Also please remind staff to respect customers when talking. Thanks

The customer service was really bad. An older guy with a beard and a pot belly and some tattoos on his arms. He worked on the weekend around 4pm. He was rude to me. He swore and used unprofessional language and had a bad attitude when I asked him to explain things about the membership that I was wondering about.
He made me not want to come to this place to work out anymore.
And I think I will CANCEL my membership at 24h fitness. I WILL NOT recommend my family and my friends to sign up here.

The reason for the complaint is that when I arrived to the location I showed him my 3 day pass in which he asked me for my id
And once he saw my age "18" which he asked if I was when I responded with yes he said I'm not gonna let you in unless you buy a membership in which he kept trying to make me buy one even after stating my current situation and after showing him the free 3 day pass he still rejected it saying that he will not let me in
I hope that this worker gets the appropriate punishment for the amount of wasted time and emotional distress he caused me and I wish that this never happens again to anyone else. Please help me prevent this from ever happening again thank you

This is the smallest and most crowded gym in the city. The grass mat area is not that big to do stuff like lunges and looks like people steal the weights cause precisely today they added dumbbells that looked brand new. I have been going to the crane location by 101 highway cause it is big but that gym is disappointing me cause the new guys at front desk are trying to recruit me to personal trainings just by having conversations with me. Also I’ll need to request pins which sucks. That’s why I came here today to the Eastridge location to give it another chance after not coming for a long time. It disappointed me cause it reminded me how crowded it always is and way too many people. I have McKee and park moor locations to try but I’ll probably cancel the membership cause it is overpriced and I can never use all the equipment I want.

God forbid you want to use a machine; there's only one of every machine except for treadmills and leg extensions. The pec deck has been out of service for months, and now the incline chest press too. There's a lack of 10 lb weights that aren't the big ones from the squat racks. There could be a lot more useful machines to add if they'd get rid of the excessive amount of cardio machines. It'd also be nice if all of the dumbbell benches had incline capabilities.

The good: functional exercise equipments at affordable membership. Staff at the front are quick and courteous.
The bad: dirty bathroom. Wet paper towel, discarded underwears on the floor. At least 3 shower stalls are broken with no shower heads. This condition has been brought up with management multiple times during the last 4 months to no avail. Part of the bathroom is not lit (lights not working). The only time I attempted to use the toilet, I saw one of them was clogged and overflowing! Just horrid.
