I was at this gym earlier today and this gym is dirty. I went to use the restroom and there was hair and filth everywhere in the restrooms and the work out machines are out dates and some are not working. I pay good money to go to this gym and I expect it to be clean. If this filth continues I’m going to have to cancel and go back to a different gym!!

Cassandra was great! I just walked in as a novice with hope of a healthier body in mind. She was easily approachable staff member, and her attitude was friendly with a side of positive outlook. She broke down how the membership process was, showed me around the facility, offered me some advice and ideas for how to use my membership wisely, and answered my questions. Definitely one the owners should consider keeping on staff more. I’ll finish with my confession that it is intimidating to trying out new things in life, to walk into a place where your inspired to get where others have already made there home.

We brought our special education class from the Bay University Adult Transition Program to sign up for memberships, and I can’t say enough good things about Cassandra and Sabrina at the front desk.

On our first visit, they took amazing care of us and patiently walked us through how to set up staff memberships and buddy passes. When we came back the next day with all of our students, Sabrina went above and beyond to help sign everyone up.

Both Cassandra and Sabrina were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and excited to help our students. They made our group feel truly welcome and turned what could have been a stressful process into such a positive experience.

This gym has potential, but it’s not living up to it. The layout is great and I love the motorized treadmills—they’re rare to find and make a big difference. I also appreciate how polite and self-aware the members are, which creates a nice workout environment.

The downsides, though, are hard to ignore. The gym is messy and poorly maintained. Weights are scattered everywhere, machines are dusty like they’ve never been wiped, and the spinning bikes are all broken and dirty. For a gym in such a prime location, this is very disappointing. With better cleaning and equipment upkeep, this place could be great—but right now, it’s not.

I really like going to 24. It's not the cleanest gym, but the morning crowd is the best. Super friendly, super large age range, diverse body types, and varying skill levels so it feels really comfortable/non intimidating. Dave's the best trainer I've ever dealt with. He makes going to the gym actually fun. I've seen so much progress since I started working out with him. For 2 years I've relied on this gym to rehab from a bone-stupid maneuver on my bikeride down Bunker Hill Dr. My brutal PT program requires 6+ hours daily here, often when zombies come out at 2am

The entire staff are absolute gems. The environment is safe and welcoming. A common gripe among the regulars, if ever, is over the delays in equipment repairs.

I don't know what journey you're on but all areas for iron, hoop, cardio, open class, pool and amenities are functional and well maintained.

Outside has been safe, well lit and parking is pleasant.

I am so glad that I can update my review of 24 Hour Fitness at Bovet today. I gave its management a one star review back to 11/21/24 and am so happy that I can give a five star review to some of the staffs today. And hopefully the improvements have been done also thanks to the management's efforts made.
First of all, I want to give my biggest gratitude to the cleaning staff, Yanira, for her tireless labors on cleaning and scrubbing the female shower rooms. I actually witnessed her scrubbing down the walls and floors of each stall yesterday probably for at least 2 hours. It's too bad that some of the members there don't have the good habits of cleaning up after themselves, so it does take lots of efforts for the cleaning and maintenance staffs to maintain the environment there. However, thanks to her hard works, we as memebers, certainly have been able to enjoy our workouts much more.
I also want to give thanks to the front desk staffs who have always greeted us with friendly and encouraging spirits. Edlyn, Angelo, Sabrina have always been very pleasant and helpful to us members. In addition, the maintenance staff, Louis, also has always been there for us as long as it's not weekends. I cannot thank all the staffs who have been making our workouts much easier and joyful. We truly are grateful for their professionalism, too.

Bovet 24 Hour Fitness's management has been quite lacking. However, most of the staffs and maintenance personnels have been rather friendly and hard working.
First, we're told that recently the staffs and maintenance workers' working hours have been cut and greatly reduced. And then, the swimming pool heater has been broken for almost one month even though the members were assured that it was going to be fixed at least two weeks ago. And it is still not fixed up till today when we were specifically told that it was going to be fixed yesterday, 11/20/24. It's winter time and the water in the pool has been freezing cold and quite impossible to swim. We're really disappointed by the managements of Bovet's 24 Hour Fitness, not to mention how they need to increase the hours for cleaning.

Trainers are excellent, staff is good to very good, but facility is mediocre, even by 24 Hour standards. Machines, including some very popular ones, are often left broken or degraded for weeks or even months at a time (hip abduction severely reduced ROM going on 3+ months, seated calf press out of service for > 1 year). Training room sometimes unavailable due to management meetings, but apparently the topic of investing in equipment repair/replacement is not on the agenda.
