Walked in expecting a 4.1 star gym. Found an escape room where the challenge is locating matching dumbbells and functioning equipment.
Treadmills? Mostly decorative. The machines? Ancient relics with faded numbers — I felt like I was deciphering hieroglyphics just to set my weight. Cleanliness? Let's just say if germs paid rent, this place would be profitable.
I couldn't take more than 30 minutes in this place. Canceled faster than you can say "California Civil Code § 1812.85."

Manny offered the new recovery room and how it was 10 a month and I said why not and got the subscription and right after getting the subscription he showed me how it worked it was an amazing experience thank to him let me know about the offer to the get access of the recovery room.

Locker rooms and showers are the worst I have seen from any other 24hr fitness. This place can use a deep power wash. There’s broken shower tiles with plastic on the hole so guest can continue using it cause there is no plan to ever repair it. The lockers with built in locks are never available.
Gym equipment can be broken for months. Treadmills, cable machine, chest supported row etc.
There are missing attachments and not enough barbells for every station.
They put in a new recovery room but don’t make an effort to upkeep the main areas. That does not make sense.
They get a star because they are open 24 hours and I come in to get a work out complete if I wait long enough for an available bar or a working cable machine.

This location is terrible. I drive to an extra 20 minutes in order to avoid this one that is five minutes away. I was in a hurry today so I decided to give it another shot and boy was I disappointed. It's an absolute disaster area. There are used paper towels on the floor. Weights that are just strewn about. About half the weight benches are missing the bars. The equipment is in disrepair. There is dirt and grime in every corner and don't even get me started on the women's dressing room showers. There are at least three hair balls that I counted just today as well as soap scum all over the floor. I don't even know the last time they cleaned it up which really scares me. I used the sauna and the bench seat was loose and rocking back and forth. There was more grime and dirt in the corners. They have a lovely outside area but the chairs are all broken apart so it's hard to find a good place to sit. This is supposed to be a super sport club but but it is so unkempt that it really does make for a harrowing experience. I really wish they would clean it up and take better care of it so that I could actually work out here instead of driving further away to another location

Gym is always dirty. Machines always broken. Everything sticky... if you complain the just ignore you .but they love raising prices and now late fees. Been coming here since it open and each year gets worse. Any other gym is better at this point just sad. What was a super sport once is a super trash now... you been warned ⚠️

I haven’t been here for over a year. The gym was starting to get really dirty. A lot of equipment was broken. They weren’t repairing it. The management didn’t seem to care they would always say yeah yeah we’re gonna fix it and they never did so I stopped coming today is my first day back and the place is very clean. I see two or three guys Going around repairing all the equipment. They have toolboxes parts everything so thanks for doing a great job.

It has been a while since I’ve been to this gym and I visited this morning and was very disappointed with the condition of locker room. The place was a mess and the showers were filthy, there was even mold on one of the showers and the water was boiling hot no matter how much I tried to adjust the temperature. I used to love going to this gym prior to COVID. Not sure what happened with management but it’s definitely not the same experience.

This is the dirtiest 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport I’ve ever been to. I stopped by since I was nearby, and as soon as I walked into the men’s locker room, there was trash all over the floor and even inside many lockers. At first, I thought maybe the janitor hadn’t come yet, but when I asked someone there, he told me it’s always like this. Most of the equipment is old and worn out, the workout area floor looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a week, and there’s lots of dust on the lighting fixtures. The showers are also in horrible condition and clearly not cleaned properly.
I don’t think the problem is just management—it’s also the people who use this gym.

This gym is literally falling apart. Machines are always broken. Total can of sardines. You are paying to be jammed with hundreds of people. You’ll be lucky to get a machine or a set of weights. Never signing up again. 24 hour fitness has fallen hard. Trust me, go anywhere else. It’s not even worth the 30 bucks.
Also don’t sign up to pay for a buddy. They lock in a person and nobody can work out with you. Had they explained that to begin with, I wouldn’t have signed up.

I recently went to check this gym out. It is absolutely disgusting. It is so dirty. Dust bunnies all over the floor. I didn’t see one person wipe down their machine after using it. Free weights aren’t put away and you can’t find a set of dumbbells. Mats are all torn and worn out. It could be such a great gym given the location, size and outdoor pool. So disappointing.

I was a gym manager for 10 years, I have traveled a lot around the world, and without hesitation, this is one of the dirtiest, filthiest gyms I have ever seen in my entire life. When I arrived, the person working at the front desk was sleeping. There were razor blades with blood in the locker room and next to the pool. You should shut down your gym, and I want to inform you that starting Monday morning, I will do everything in my power to transfer the photos I took to the county health department, and I will contact you during the week to speak with the manager. I hope a health inspection will be carried out as soon as possible. You should be ashamed. You just take people’s money, and you don’t even clean your gym. You are disgusting. You are filthy.

I had a great experience visiting this 24 hour fitness for the first time. The gym was very clean and organized. I would like to specifically point out Kimberly E. who was able to answer all my questions. She was very helpful and friendly, unfortunately you don’t get that at any gym you go to.
