A well maintained, fairly clean 24 hour fitness Sport gym. Spin bikes are dated Schwinn models, but also some newer Matrix steppers and bikes. Good gym.

This place is no longer safe because I contracted RINGWORM. General manager was unreceptive to even the thought of checking his cleaning procedures. I got to get another gym were the owners care. They don't deserve even one star but I had to to get this published SCREW YOU 24HR FITNESS

24 hour fitness policy from their website: “Conflicts Regarding Use: Please don't linger on the equipment because other members may want to use it. No member should monopolize the equipment or weights. In short, observe gym etiquette.”

- 24 hour fitness, you may want to start walking around because there is many guests on their cell phones lingering on equipment and some monopolizing different pieces of equipment at the same time, some of them while even lingering. 1-330pm. Check it out same characters every time. Jump roping in a walk way, while holding calf extensions and one other equipment.

Went to use a cable row, someone left their phone and a paper towel. Try to get on another, someone left their towel. Looked at the third one, someone was just sitting looking at their phone. Yikes how does anyone get out of here within a hour with that non sense

Explained that I was here on military orders and just needed a good place to train for a few days. There’s not a 24 fitness near my town so there was no benefit to getting a full membership. The front counter wouldn’t budge. $20 a day is not even reasonable. Sad....

The men’s locker room, rest rooms, and shower at best are disgusting. I hav been coming to this gym for 3 years and the management doesn’t care about the locker rooms, the ladies that worked in the front up to 6 months ago were amazing. Now they are rude and more rude.

Tried this gym for 1st time. Not too crowded. Has most things to get a good workout. I am used to a supersport so it's not as nice. But it was good to get in and out.

This fitness center has a fair amount of equipments for various types of exercises. The area is fully lit and the ventilation temperature is relatively comfortable at all times. Stating the obvious, this place is open 24 hours a day and of course can accommodate everyone's schedule.

On the flip-side, the quality of customer service is inconsistent. There are those that are friendly and others that are just into themselves. The standard should be for the front desk personnel to greet everyone that enters the gym.

The cleanliness in the facility is fairly decent but the amount of debris on the floor and mats are quite apparent. I also see dirty paper towels in the area each time I visit. There should be a custodian that constantly keeps the place clean all the time, including the upkeep of the bathrooms, which for the most part, I find myself not wanting to use the toilets.

Many times, the disinfectant spray bottles are also empty.

It is worth mentioning that by the end of the day, this gym is a comfortable place to work out.

ALERT!!! A family friend was recently robbed at this gym. They broke into the locker and stole her purse. They used her credit cards immediately at the local Target and other stores. According to some staff members, this has been happening a lot. Be careful with your personal belongings!!!

Used to work out here when I was living in the Temecula area. Had all the right equipment I needed, especially on leg days! Good vibe and atmosphere in terms of the crowd you workout with. It's definitely busy during the rush hours (before and after work) but you're still able to find space. Staff was always good to me...no complaints about the gym itself.

I will agree that the locker rooms need an upgrade though...never used the pool or sauna...and neither looked very inviting.

I’ve been a member of 24 hour fitness for 27 years. This is the worse club I’ve ever entered. I had to go to the Temecula club because I needed a sauna that day. I believe it was March 12, 2018. The sign in procedures require you to scan your finger. The reader was filthy. Crusted with something. I asked the person behind the desk if she could clean it for me. She looked at me sort of strange, said yes, took the sleeve of her shirt and wiped the reader. Personally I thought that was just nasty so I asked her if she had disinfectant wipes and I would clean it myself but again she said she would do it. The second time she cleaned it, she did it properly. I was surprised when I went over to the free weight area and seen how old and wicket the machines were around the free weights. Some of them could not be used properly because they need tightening or were just worn. I forgot my water bottle in the car and had to go get it. I asked the same attendant if I had to sign in again when I came back in. She again gave me that strange look and said “ya the sign is on the door that says you have to sign in every time you enter the gym, don’t you see it?” First, I usually don’t read the signs on doors or windows when I enter a facility. Second, the sign she referred to is at the bottom of the door, near your shoes vs your eyes. Third, it would have been better if this person would have simply said yes and left it at that. In my opinion this club is filthy, and the one employee I spoke with was extremely rude.

Have worked out there for years... mainly because we joined at a corporate rate that can't be beat. Luckily, I only go there to get my sweat on, not to socialize. The customer service is lacking, probably due to the high turnover. I have never spoke to the gym manager. Have seen him, walked by him without a greeting, which is markedly different from the past. Staff greeting is hit and miss, if they are not talking to each other when you walk in. And, the facility is a glorified Active club. I travel and work out across the country. The Sport facilities I have seen have basketball courts, some have 2 group rooms, and upgraded equipment. If you are paying top dollar for this facility, you are being ripped off. The only reason why I am still there is it is worth what I pay... $15 a month...

Great gym, great staff, my only advice is that they don't carry Squat belts, kind of weird with them being a gym and all lol. None the less the guy there said they ordered some and should be there soon. Other than that, the gym is huge and has anything and everything you need to get to swole city! Josh was the employee who helped me and he was the man!!! Totally great guy who helped me at his desk and answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the gym when I signed up. I recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.

Since I started going to 24 fitness in Temecula I've had a couch little bag n my Ipod stolen people don't return things that u forget in the lockers as for the staff they need to be more friendly greeting us in n out as for the showers they suck to small not enough hooks to hang ure stuff n dirty with black hairs on the walls the showers they should have employees cleaning 24/7 I went to the gym late at night as I was walking out I noticed 2 employees playing ball instead of being behind the counter they were making sure they got their workout I'm not happy with the gym but other than that people that work out at the gym members are nice n enjoy talking to them in the hot room

Best Gym in Temecula hands down! I've had LA fitness and EOS as well and 24 just feels like home. Even when its busy there are sooo many machines that you can always find something you want. The people that work here are super friendly and always remember you! But my favorite part is the environment of the people around you they are always welcoming and helpful.
