24 Hour Fitness Thousand Oaks has been my gym for 25 years. I love this place mainly for the people that go there and for the staff. Daniel, the manager, and Josh, his right hand desk person are both fantastic! I look forward to a pleasant greeting from Josh each morning when I arrive. Josh is super!!!

I am a bit discouraged. I love doing water aerobics there. However, the pool heaters aren't working right. Same problem as last year. 😒 Some of us older people can't use the equipment in the gym due to various reasons. The pool is such a great tool to help us get our excercise in. We can't when the pool heaters are out. 😫

if zero stars were an option I would have chosen that. This is the worst 24hour fitness I have ever gone to, the gym is never maintained and something is almost always broken. The pool heater, the sauna, equipment. The bathrooms are especially gross. When bringing up these concerns to management it always seems like nothing is done. Speaking with Paul the assistant manager is like dragging nails on a chalk board, he is always so rude. He does not care about helping customers.

Just moved to the Thousand Oaks and was hesitant to maintain my membership because of previous experiences with overcrowded and poorly maintained facilities. That is not the case for the Thousand Oaks location. Very well maintained workout areas, newer and functioning workout equipment, and friendly staff. Especially Josh as he went out of his way to greet on my way in and out of the gym and worked hard in between! I look forward to making this my regular gym

Its kind of a shame because this 24-Hour Fitness branch is actually in great condition and it’s clean with a full spectrum of equipment, but they are extremely wishy-washy with their hours and that’s extremely inconvenient. One minute they are open 24 hours, the next only eight, the next 15 or whatever. This still might be manageable if the clerks themselves always knew the hours, but sometimes they give you misinformation about it. Clean or not, a service I can’t count on is no good to me—at any time of day.
I may not like the closing hours of the Inglewood branch, but at least they don’t usually change anything, and they make it very known on those extremely rare occasions when they do. This Thousand Oaks branch isn’t like that. I don’t feel like I can count on them to be open during evening hours no matter what they tell me.

Big health code violation. The sauna has broken tiles. Grimes on gunk. People weae there stank shoes in the pool area. Its a big no .This 24 hrs gym needs a update on some of there equipment. The stair masters are all crikety and old. The staff that work there are very pleasant though.
