Edit: Ontario is closed 4 renovations. They still clean at 1130. There are 10 ppl in sauna that got kicked out. Also they mopped and clean steamroom. Used hose to rine it out and went into jacuzzi. MANAGER needs to use common sense and not clean when alot of ppl are inside pool area.
Why would you shut down sauna and steamroom at 12:30pm to clean? Some of us come on lunch break. Very poor management. 24 is getting as bad as PF

Just started. Looks bigger from the outside. Has pretty good class options. Good level of variety for machines and free weights. Pool, sauna, and steam room are sufficient. Personal trainers are too expensive for me. I will look into getting some direction from staff as I really don't know where to start. Will see how that goes and update later. I paid for any gym option, so I will be visiting several. Wish me luck!

When I go in people are using two machines at one time. And how I can explain that is they leave a tell on one go to another one exercise go back to the one that they left the tail on exercise on that go back to another one which is using two machines at a time and people are always on these machines sitting there on their phones. I never see members at work 24 hours fitness walking around checking these people out. I actually checked in and walked out and there was nobody there so maybe I didn’t even have a membership but I was able to walk in and use your guys’s gym. This has been a complaint for a couple of years and I quit going there a couple years ago I came back and it’s the same thing so after this membership, I will try different gym.

I just moved to Upland and am renting a room, so I signed up for a pass to check out a couple gyms in the area. I had a free pass at Chuze for a week, and also wanted to check if 24 Hour fitness was a better option. The night manager told me I can’t get a pass because the rules are I have to have a bill showing where I am living. I had a couple packages shipped to the address I live at, but said that wouldn’t work. So I asked, “is it work me just choosing Chuze without even letting me try out the gym for a couple days?” She responded, “rules are rules.” As a sales manager myself, I would have maybe found a way to not lose a sale, but guess that’s the service at 24. Getting a membership at Chuze then!

This location seriously needs some work. The bathrooms are always dirty. My husband said the men’s bathroom is always filthy and flooded. They need to hire more custodial staff to keep up with the up keep of the club. Upper management and management in general need some dire changes. I’ve been here when the opening shift has been late multiple times which is very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location.

This is the 3rd time in a month that I'm sitting in front of this location at 5:15am and there is nobody here to open the doors. It's become kind of a joke that the TWENTY FOUR HOUR FITNESS CLOSES AND OPENS. But now they can't even maintain their own posted business hours. To be clear I don't think this is the employees fault. I've seen the guy who opens working the closing shift the following day. It's clear to me this is a result of poor middle management (scheduling) and upper management (employees are overworked and under compensated). I'll be cancelling my membership and taking my business somewhere else.

Upland 24 hr is kept up pretty well --there's quite a bit of space and a good amount of equipment. Aside from the people who like to sit on the leg machines texting for 30 mins, you can usually get in and out of here pretty efficiently. Shower area gets kinda sketchy, but locker room and Sauna are always kept up pretty well. Service team super-friendly, and the trainers talk to you even if you're not training with them. I wish I remembered everyone's names to point them out, but overall this gym does a pretty good job of making an effort to say hello to you. Danny in particular -- every time it's what are you working on today or something along those lines. It's something little, but it's a nice touch.

24 Hrs Upland is always clean. That is a big plus for me. The atmosphere is pleasant. The front desk people are welcoming when you check in. Desiree the GM is knowledgeable, helpful and so nice. I see her often walking through the gym and sometimes picking up the papers that some inconsiderate people leave on the machines. I live close to the Chino location but I drive to Upland because I know the GM takes good care of the gym. I love the store for 24Hrs merchandise. Add some t-shirts with the 24 Hr logo for us members to buy.

From the moment I walked into this beautifully renovated gym, I knew I made the right choice. At the front desk, I was greeted by a super friendly staff member named Desiree (I think that’s her name). She instantly made me feel welcome, which meant a lot since I’m new to the gym scene.

She showed me how to use some of the new machines and even suggested a yoga class to help with my bad back. When it came time to set up my membership, she walked me through everything and helped me download the 24GO app.

Honestly, it was such a great experience from start to finish. 10/10 I’ll be telling my friends to come here and sign up with her. And seriously… whoever her boss is, give this woman a raise!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but this one stands out from the second you walk in. It’s CLEAN, organized, and has a great variety of equipment you could need whether you’re lifting heavy, doing cardio, or focusing on mobility. The staff is what really makes it special! The 24 hour fitness in Upland is chill. Not overwhelming packed like the other nearby 24 hour gyms. Staff here is easy going and when it was time for me to renew my membership their sales manager Jessenia hooked it up with their most recent promotion, which even beat my old membership price. That’s how you keep members from canceling and leaving. Hopefully corporate takes note and stops up charging their members. All in all, cool gym.

When you first enter this gym it always smells musty/dusty. It's always warm like the air is never turned on and needs filtering. It also needs a good cleaning. The management also knew that the Silversneakers instructor was going on vacation 3 months ahead of time and didn't bother to hire a part-time replacement. Instead they canceled the class for 2 months. This is 24 hours bread and butter class because there are always at least 30-40 people attending each class. This class is important for seniors' health and mental and social well-being. It just shows how unimportant 24-hour views our senior community. The best thing is that Anna is the most awesome instructor. She truly cares.

I would like to add an update. 24 Hour listened and hired a very competent replacement for Anna when she when on vacation, Patricia. Her music is excellent and class is very good. 24 Hour, has also added two exercise water classes and an additional Silversneakers class on Friday which Patricia teaches. All are wonderful. They have made some gym improvements adding personal workout areas and more equipment. The staff is friendly and caring. Thank you 24 Hour for listening and changing for the better.

Its a great place to get a workout and do what u can completely. Except the cardio machines. They all need a major upgrade. Every other machine is broken and unusable. Even the ones that do work are trash. The treadmills dont work, most are broken. The bikes, all loose and old. This building needs a major facelift.

Came today on a Sunday it’s already half an hour and it’s still closed not only does this gym not update any of their machines at any location and their machines are always out of order at every location but the unprofessionalism is just as ridiculous.

This is one of the worst gyms you could possibly find, not just this branch, but 24 hour fitness in general, they charge you a lot if you do a month to month subscription because they know that people tend to realize that 24 hour fitness is wack but they can’t cancel because they have a contract, they charged me 15 dollars fee twice because i had my cash app card locked when they payment was gonna go thru even though i unlocked right after “but their weak system doesn’t realize that now the card is unlocked and they can charge it” however i went to the gym in less than 24 hours to tell them to charge it again, and when the employee saw that i was charged 15 dollars in less than 24 hour she said they can’t do anything about it, same thing happened twice, well then congratulations you lost yourself a customer.
Maybe they should change their brand name from “24 hour fitness” to “less than 24 hour fee”
My advice to people is to go find another gym especially if their month to month subscription is more expensive than a contract subscription.
My advice to 24 hour fitness is that you should work on your system instead of only caring about money.
One more thing, it’s funny how they call themselves 24 hour fitness when they close at 8, if that means anything then it’s their greed to make more money and not caring about customers satisfaction.

This gym is fantastic, equipped with excellent facilities and amenities. The staff is very professional, which adds to the overall experience. Equally important, the gym is clean and features newly installed equipment. I genuinely love this 24-hour fitness center!

The LA F in Upland closed recently, so the hand was forced!...
I think this GYM needs a "MAKE OVER"!...It needs to feel FRESH! The Maintenance "Guy" is not staying on top of things...
The Lockers in the middle section can be ELIMINATED, to create more Flow, Space... "CHI"...

The Floors and Tiles are DECREPIT. The Shower Stalls are NASTY! (We could use a little privacy.) Perhaps, some half-doors, curtains, SOMETHING! Some of us would rather use discretion, and are more MODEST about "LETTING IT ALL HANG OUT!"...(As some of the "OLDER" GENERATION frequently do!)... Gentlemen, PLEASE, WE'RE NOT IN SCHOOL!... EWW!!! YIKES!...

The POOL and Jacuzzi water are kept clean, and everything is functioning. With the exception of the Jacuzzi JETS being WEAK. (I think that is an easy fix!)...

I like the ROCK MUSIC being played, throughout the GYM. It gets me PUMPED UP!... The stretching floor is made of artificial GRASS material, which is ROUGH, not pleasant to be on. I would prefer Soft, RUBBER, Material. Also, perhaps Cordon Off the Area, so people aren't TRAMPELING through it. Or, relocate the Floor Area and Streching Apparatus inside one of the rooms...

Corporate, I invite you to do a WALK-THROUGH, and see for yourselves...

I was about to transfer and end my 17 yr membership. Blake of Arkansas , a rookie employee, changed my mind for a hope of rewriting my membership. Jessica the manager gave options and I finally grabbed the rewriting of my membership.she explained with great candor and confidence even during this economic adversities. Health over anything else. Paying upfront will make sense with greater national access. For Blake and Jessica of upland, job well done

Super friendly staff, great equipment, kept very clean given the amount of people they serve. The General Manager, Des is the sweetest, she was very helpful. You can tell they really care about their members. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

This gym is very poorly managed. The GM (being responsible for the mess of this place) is one of those types that likes to abuse her power and kick members out early (typically 10-15 minutes) nightly. I personally had to call public works of Upland so that a running water fountain could be fixed. A staff member told me it was an issue for "months" and management, even though aware, never did anything to handle the extreme waste of water. When I called the city it was literally fixed the next day. I mention this because it's a great example of the disregard of customer service and overall care of this gym. They are hyper focused on increasing their membership count while neglecting the basic customer service aspects. They have done nothing but milk the Covid clock and continue to say they cannot change their hours. It's "24 hours" but it closes as early as 8pm. After 27 years of membership it's time to find another gym. This is sadly a disaster will child-like managers that aren't fit to hold their positions. The GM is very delicate too so please be careful how you approach her or she will threaten to cancel you. It's like a mob mentality here. You will also NEVER and I mean never get feedback, support or help from corporate if you have any sort of issue. Aside from the utter absence of competent management, the gym is more often than not just very dirty. I hope GM can find herself something more suitable for her skillset and then I would consider going back (granted that they actually begin to clean the lockerooms, bathrooms, sauna, etc.

Recently visited again, great gym. There is no perfect gym. I would watch the front desk i noticed a guy walk in and not check in. I pay to be there hope you feel the same. NEW added equipment. Don't see the old managers :) People openly recording on tripods. As far as safety, hope people are mature enough to act proper. Management enforce the rules. Thank you

My husband and I checked out 24 Hour Fitness' today because the gym we attended for years is closing its doors. We met with Jessica who gave us a tour and answered our questions. She gave us a lot of good information and was extremely kind and patient with us and all of our questions. She signed us up and we will start next Thursday. I’m very excited to be a part of this program.
