At the beginning of 2022, I decided to start getting back into exercising - I ran some google searches in my area and was lucky enough to find Farron at 4F Fitness & Wellness. He was the first trainer I had contacted and I have been training with him ever since - 5 months and counting!
He checked all the boxes I was looking for - outdoor sessions, flexible schedule, affordable, and most importantly, innovative and diverse workouts.
Each session is well thought out and planned beforehand so that you can get right to work and maximize your time/results.
He is able to accommodate any level - beginner to intermediate to advanced. Although I had been in great shape in the past, I had definitely fallen out of the routine and boy did I have alot of ground to make up. Farron was able to gradually get me back to feeling comfortable and confident with exercising which has made it SO much easier to stay motivated and consistent.
Can't recommend him enough - if you are looking for a kind, supportive and professional personal trainer, I strongly encourage giving Farron at 4F Fitness & Wellness a try!

I always feel so strong and energized after my sessions with Farron. I’ve had several trainers in the past and have had to do many of the same exercises. Farron, right away, gave me exercises that hit the same muscles in a different way. I love it. If you don’t feel like it, 1 minute with him and you’re ready to go! He is super knowledgeable and shares it openly. He helps steer you towards any specific goals you have and always makes sure you are working safely. His #1 goal is his clients. Such a great and humble personality. I hold zero reservations in recommending him. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been training with Farron at 4F Fitness & Wellness for about four months now. Farron is a professional trainer who provides great quality service. He is punctual - responsive - respectful - knowledgeable - he educates me on nutrition - he tailored an excellent plan specific to my needs and goals. My plan was also developed being mindful of prior injuries and new exercises are gradually introduced. I am new to training but Farron has been patient and thoroughly explains and demonstrates each exercise. My sessions are definitely paying off - I'm healthier, have shedded a few pounds and with increased energy. I recommend Farron as a great trainer to help you loose weight and improve your overall health.

I m just starting my third week with Farron. He's an awesome instructor! Not only because of the Pandemic but personally I have been out of the fitness game for quite a while. He is very patient, Professional, and constantly giving encouragement. His knowledge is superior and I found out he actually has a Masters in Sports Management. I have already started to see some results while I've dropped 5 pounds. I look forward to my next session tonight.

Hello,
My name is Tiphne Brown using my husbands account. 4F Fitness & Wellness is better than going to a gym, especially in our current environment with COVID-19, and meeting a stranger who only would give you a generic workout routine. Not to mention who is not in shape most of the time.
Farron Fowler is very professional, an absolute phenomenal motivator who gets the best out of you that you didn’t know was there, certified, very knowledgeable on how to get you where you want to be, and practices what he preaches!
I am extremely pleased with my sessions at 4F Fitness and Wellness and recommend it for all. So let’s get it!!!!!

After 9 months of working out alone via online classes, I was feeling stuck in a rut and wanted to up my strength training. I started working with Farron via zoom in January on a weekly basis with the weights I have at home. I thought I'd just do a starter pack of 5 sessions for a little boost but several months later, I'm still going! I love that Farron really works to make sure every single workout is different so it never feels old or repetitive. He works me hard but it's always lighthearted and fun. My body is sore after every session and I know I've gotten something out of it! I would highly recommend these training sessions!
