4th quarter has always been a safe place to be able to feel comfortable working out at. The coaches and the members push you to keep going and get that last push up in or squat. It is really the best gym!!!

I marched into 4th Quarter six months ago and haven’t looked back. Actually, it was more of a timid tip-toe than a march, but it got me in the door nonetheless. As an overweight, middle-aged woman, I hadn’t exercised seriously in over a decade. I could feel my muscles atrophying, and I knew something had to change. In previous gym memberships, I had never worked up the nerve to try the weights. That was where the incredibly fit, dauntingly-large, loud men held court. And the machines? How on earth did I even use them? How would I know how much weight to use? I would give it up as a bad job and go play racquetball instead. But now I’m an overweight, middle-aged woman, and weights are crucial. So I tip-toed through the door of 4th Quarter, and I fell in love with strength training. The coaches are simply the best. They have encouraged me from Day One, have carefully instructed me every step of the way, and they have taken special care to ensure my form and methods are safe. I am actually learning how to use weights! Thanks to their care, I think, I haven’t yet sustained an injury. And I’m an overweight, middle-aged woman. Though the format is a small group class, we each receive individual attention, and my workout plan is formulated to match what I can handle. When I first started, I could barely even squat. It was something that would have humiliated me before, but there is just NO judgement at 4th Quarter. Only encouragement, from both the coaches and the fellow classmates. Ya gotta start somewhere, they said! 5lb weights and barely a squat were simply my starting point. But now I’ve improved by leaps and bounds, and my movement is sooooooo much better. I am so thankful! If you are looking for friendly and informative coaches, a friendly and supportive atmosphere, and accountability in your workouts, I definitely recommend 4th Quarter Fitness.

I decided to try a 6-week challenge at 4th Quarter for a little extra challenge right before jumping into my 40’s. As someone who has always worked out on my own for years, I didn’t realize how impactful it could be to have someone coaching you and challenging you to push. And to be honest, it’s just what I didn’t know I needed. Not only have I lost inches here, I’m starting to see my body slowly change shape. I feel stronger. And so I decided to join the gym after completing the 6-wk challenge. It’s been the best decision so far! I’ve now lifted heavier than I have ever before, and it feels great. Another bonus is that everyone is so encouraging here. You feel right away like you are a part of a family. Love it here. Here to finish strong!

I absolutely love this gym! It has been a true game changer in my fitness goals. All the coaches are absolutely amazing and modify workouts specific to your needs. I found 4th Quarter Fitness due to being close home, I got my wife to come with me and we talked to John, he was extremely helpful and gave us the whole tour, explained how it works and we decided to try 21 days, after that was up we became full member for a full year, we feel price wise is really good, one of the best decisions we've made, John, his teams and members really makes us feel welcome and the workouts are really good, this is our second home.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a few months now. I started with a 6 week boot camp and before it was over I knew I wanted to keep coming back. Such good vibes, really great community here, and all the coaches are great. They are always enthusiastic, always made me feel like I was immediately part of the family when I was brand new, they bring good energy to every workout all the while staying focused on correcting form, offering modifications that work for me, and maximizing our time we dedicate to getting fit and healthy. Schedule is flexible for my busy life, parking is easy, gym is always clean. Really love it here!

4th Qtr Fitness has changed my life! I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary and I have never felt stronger or more fit. I notice the difference in everyday life, it is easier to climb stairs, squat to pick something up, get up from the floor etc. The coaches are knowledgeable and pay very close attention to you during workouts, making adjustments and encouraging you to push yourself. The atmosphere from the outside looked intimidating with all the free weights and strong members but once you walk through the door you are family to everyone there. The workouts never get easy, they are always challenging but so satisfying! You will walk out of the doors so proud of yourself after each session.

After a very very long exercise hiatus, a friend recommended to join her gym that she loved. The day I went to see what it was all about, I was approached by a member who asked if I was planning on joining. She gave such high praise that I signed up that day. It’s been over a month now, and I never thought I would like it as much as I do. I was a little intimidated before I started thinking I would be the biggest and oldest person there. But there are so many different types of people that I feel very comfortable now. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a gym. Everyone from the coaches to the members are so nice and supportive. I was never consistent with a workout program until attending 4th Quarter Fit. The coaches, program, environment, and members are top tier. This place is for everyone! All bodies, men, women, abilities, etc. The owner and coaches truly care about their members and support in every way they can - movements, nutrition, and will even carry a fussy baby around so you can get that workout in! Thank you 4th quarter for helping me achieve my ultimate goal to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight after 2 under 2! I’ve been training here for about 4 weeks now, and it’s been a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging in the small group classes, and I don’t feel out of place. Just starting my fitness journey 8 months postpartum with my 2nd I was intimidated cause of how much my body has changed. Completely love this place. An absolute gem of positivity and encouragement. Wanted to try something new after more than 5 years of doing CrossFit. I needed something a little more…joint-friendly! (And by “joint” I mean knees/shoulders/etc). Well this was definitely the place for me. John (owner and coach) shows an immense amount of pride and dedication to his business and to the well being and progress of its members. He and his coaches, Sheila, Brandon, and Sim hustle everyday to make sure all of us get what we need. I trust each of them to ensure I am doing things correctly so that I can avoid any injury. I have been going to 4th Quarter for nearly 6 months and I have seen results in my physique, stamina, and strength already.
I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking to find a gym that will give you results. There’s something about other members shouting words of encouragement and praise to each other while we all strive for the same thing: Physical health.
There are few to no excuses to not try this place out since they pretty much operate all day during the week (7 classes during the week, 3 on Saturday). Give it a try if you want results.

I’m happy I joined! It’s like working out with friends and that’s something that motivates me. I can see the changes with my body and feel the difference with my clothes, which is great! Really loved my experience at 4th Quarter Fit! I've only ever experienced big gyms like LA Fitness, but this was such a different experience and extremely worth it in my opinion! The smaller gym feel allows you to get to know people and I think that really helps to stay consistent in going to the gym.
The best part is by far the coaches. They know every single person that walks in there and they work really hard to tailor their programs for people of all abilities. I'd highly recommend!

I can honestly say that this gym is the best I have ever been apart of! The coaches are 100% committed to you and your health journey and will definitely keep accountable. They want to see you succeed, however it may look, and will make necessary changes to whatever your needs are to reach your goals. The workouts are definitely challenging but the coaches make it fun, and have the best playlists. They show you how to do everything correctly so you don’t hurt yourself and they push you even when you don’t think you can do it or aren’t strong enough. Everyone there is so supportive and encouraging and also wants to see you succeed, which makes it feel more of a family than just a gym. This is a place for all to join. From folks looking to get an introduction to a healthy routine to those who want serious commitments for a workout challenge, 4th Quarter fitness is more than a gym. That phrase can sound like a cliche, but it truly embodies the spirit of this fitness center.
Coach John, Coach Sheila, Coach Sims, Coach Brandon, and etc. are very knowledgeable on physical fitness training but the key aspect that makes them special is tailoring how to support the members to continue their physical health growth. There is a sign that says: “you did the hard part by showing up, we’ll take it from here!” That is spot on with 4th Quarter Fitness.

Choosing to make 4th Quarter my HOME gym has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I have grown both physically and mentally. Physically I have been challenged and coached by John and his team to push myself to my limits and meet fitness goals I wouldn't have been able to do so on my own. I’ve been to several gyms in Long Beach and finally found one that works for me. The location, class times, coaches and family-vibe are everything I’ve been looking for. I am able to attend two strength classes per week (weight training) and as many sweat (cardio/high intensity) as I want. The coaches are very welcoming, funny and caring. They check-in on your weekly goals, keep you on track and hold you accountable. They also do weigh ins and measurements to check your progress. Meal tracking and text messages also help you stay on track. It’s easy to use the two apps to sign up for classes and also track your workouts. I was out of town for two weeks and coach John customized workouts I can do while on my travels. I am in my 40’s and can say I’ve never felt stronger.

I LOVE THIS GYM! I love the coaches and I love the gym mates! I started out with their 21 day SWEAT promotion program which is their bootcamp class almost 2 years ago. It didn't take me long to fully commit to them. After a month into it fully committing I decided to upgrade to their Strength class and that was one of the best decisions I've made for my physical and mental health.
The coaches are motivating, encouraging, caring and fun! They will push you to do more when they believe you have the strength and ability to do so. They are understanding and will work with what you can and cannot. Everyone at the gym is fun and inviting! There are no judgements! When I first started I thought the schedule of classes offered would be a problem but that was not the case. I was able to make it work. They offer morning sessions and evening sessions.
If you're the type of person that needs to be held accountable for or told what to do this is the place to be. We work out in group settings which is fun. The members of 4th Quarter are such strong motivators and encouragers as well. I love this about 4th Quarter!
If you put in the work and time you'll notice the results like I have! Joining this gym was definitely one of the best investment I made for myself!

Been with 4th quarter for 2.5 years and it’s been the longest I’ve ever committed to a gym. I’ve done the public gym, private trainer, peloton, grit, orange theory, but semi-private training seems to work better for me. It’s like conditioning with your team for a final match/game. All the members here are very supportive and encouraging to either lift heavier because they know you can push or love the quality reps you achieved. I started at 4th Quarter almost a year ago and since then I have continued to come back week after week. Why? First, the Coaches(John, Shiela, and Sim), from day 1 has been so positive and supportive throughout my journey. There are days where I go in and I’m not feeling the best mentally, but once I step inside 4th, the Coaches upbeat attitude just HYPED me up to complete the workout! Secondly, I love having all the workout planned out for us. Plus, they show the members the exercise before we jump into any routine. Normally, I would never get how to do the exercise the first time around. So, if I’m doing something wrong, the Coaches are pretty nice/patience when correcting my form. Lastly, 4th members have been pretty AWESOME too. They would cheer and support you on as much as the Coaches!

4th Quarter Fitness is the only gym that I’ve been able to attend consistently. I used to be one of those people that paid monthly on a gym membership but never go or go only for a few weeks and then stop due to boredom and lack of motivation. This gym works for me because it consists of classes on a schedule that you have to sign up for. The idea of being able to go to a gym whenever you want makes it harder to commit to actually going, which is why I fail at other gyms. Having to sign up for classes like they do at this gym helps me commit to actually going. The gym experience you get here is individualized and semi-personal, which makes it worth it. This gym is suitable for beginners like myself and also for those who are experienced. l signed up for this gym and got pregnant shortly after but I have been able to continue to work out while pregnant because the coaches modify my exercises as needed. They take good care of me. The coaches really make this gym because they are funny, entertaining, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, encouraging, and more! The coaches make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and they also change up the workouts often so you don’t get bored. If you’ve struggled to find a gym that you can stick to then join this gym! You will be sure to not only find success here, but also have fun.

This is by far the best Gym! I have never felt more confident in myself nor felt like I can lift heavy weights. It's not your typical commercial gyms (crunch, 24hr fitness, etc...) but a local gym that really cares for you and your journey to fitness.
Walking into the gym you may feel intimidated seeing the members lift heavy. But know this, if you learn, follow what the coaches say and really push yourself, you can too.
I remember walking into the gym my first day. It was bring a buddy and I saw some members swinging kettle bells.
My mind was blown and I wanted to do that, I wanted to be strong enough to swing a kettlebell like nothing. With time and patience, I was definitely able to swing. And I very proud of myself with how the coaches pushed me to lift heavier than I thought I can.
Now, do I think it's worth it? Of course! You owe it to yourself to give it a chance. Talking about finding a gym that you won't feel intimidated walking in having to pick up dumbbells or weights and think if you are doing the workouts correctly. This is the place to start. Not only do you gain the confidence in yourself but also friendships.
I know what you are thinking, how much? Depending on what you are focusing more on will determine your payments. They have a bootcamp program, that is not your ordinary boot camp.
They focus on all parts of your body that leave you dripping in sweat. They also have a strength training that focuses on certain areas.
What are you waiting for? Try it for yourself. Talk to the head Coach John. I promise you will learn a lot from him and the other coaches. They do not disappoint when it comes to your health goal and reaching it!

Prior to going to 4th Quarter Fit, I never really lifted weights or did any circuit training. I was a little worried and intimidated at starting at a gym and wasting time & money.
Starting this gym changed my whole mindset.
All the coaches are very welcoming and provided lots of encouragement; something I needed at starting a new thing. I like the fact that the sessions are held in small groups which made it semi-personal. I have been going to this gym for about a year now, and plan on staying for as long as possible. My experience with the coaches and members has definitely been impactful. The coaches are all super friendly and very caring. I had some injuries when I first started, and they modified my workouts to suit what worked best for me/my body. I am naturally an introvert, so I am not easy to get to know; however, everyone I encountered at this gym has made me feel welcome and included. They have MRT classes (which I know as HIIT) and they are brutal. - In a good way!!
The coaches make each class FUN and interactive and ensure it is a different experience each time. I never am bored and know that no matter what, it will be a terrific workout. The coaches take their time to show/explain and actually coach proper positioning, stature and muscle engagement. I feel like they are truly interested in me and my fitness journey.
Alongside the MRT classes, they have Strength classes. The strength class is a limited amount of members and the coaches spend quality time with each attendee individually to ensure we are lifting/bending/pulling/pushing appropriately. I always have struggled with correct breathing and they continue to have patience as I get better and better with my workouts.
I cannot recommend this gym enough! I am a woman over 40 and feel age creeping up slowly but surely. I sometimes feel I am the oldest person at this gym, but I never feel self conscious about my performance. - All because the coaches treat everyone equally and truly care about every single member. This is a fabulous gym and I am blessed to have found a place where I am comfortable and celebrated every time I come in.

I joined in 2018 with no previous training experience. I joined within the first year of being postpartum to ease into exercise and just finding myself again. The difference with this gym to other gyms is that it is small, more personal, and the coaches genuinely care about you and your progress. The members are friendly, supportive, and i never felt intimidated like being in other gyms or classes. Nobody (aside from the coaches) is paying attention to you, your ability, or what you look like. Everyone is in a competition with themselves at whatever level you start at—which is awesome. If you want to try it out, just ask the coaches what they offer whether it is a class, a 6-week challenge, or just going all in and signing up. You won’t regret it!

This is a pretty darn good gym. All the trainers are super nice and really take interest in you regardless of the fitness level you're at. They will make an effort to be personable with you and help you accomplish your fitness goals. All of your exercise regimen are written down for you to follow. You typically get a demonstration of the exercises from your coach first. Then they will watch you to make sure you're performing the correct movements. Sometimes even give you a little nudge to remind you to boost the intensity a little bit.
I've been a long standing member and I've seen a-lot of changes with myself mentally and physically. This place is my safe haven and I look forward to coming in to crush my workouts daily. I've seen changes in my energy levels and my body is shaping up to how I want it to be. But I'm far from where I want to be and I know for certain that 4th Quarter Fitness will help me meet my goals.

Love this gym. It is much more of a community than I have ever experienced at a gym. I see the same faces each week. We all encourage one another and generally just have fun at the gym. The coaches are truly dedicated and clearly love their jobs. We get emails each week filled with education and inspiration. They offer meal planning in addition to training. I am a living witness of the miracles they perform. When I first joined the gym in 2022, I could barely finish the 10 minute stretch and warm-up routine. I would wimp my way through the 45 minute workout only to just sit in my car and cry. I wanted to quit after every workout! My coaches encouraged me to trust the process and stick with it. I am beyond thankful that I listened to them! Now, please don't misunderstand me...I still cry, complain and get discouraged! In these frustrating moments, the coaches seem to know what I need. Sometimes they offer me inspiration. Sometimes encouragement. Most times, they offer me another set of whatever diabolical exercise they conjured up for my daily torture! Either way, they know how to coax me out of my comfort zone and back on track to a healthier life!
The workouts are satisfying and the relationships you form with the other members are gratifying! It's like having a personal cheer squad. The comradery, compassion, respect and support are genuine no matter the age.

People always says “this is the best gym,” I always thought it sounded so cliché.
But having tried both programs, MRT (now called Sweat) and their Semi Personal Strength training, I truly believe THIS IS THE BEST GYM! ClichéI know!! 😬
I started my fitness journey in 2016 with their mommy fit program (6 week program). From that program I learned what proper food nutrition and a good consistent workout routine can do. I was hooked after these 6 weeks. I continued onto their MRT program which was a group workout that was a combination of cardio and weights for a few years. When they offered an upgrade trial to try out the semi personal strength program, I took a chance and tried it out. Needless to say, I LOVE it. Never in my wildest thought that I would be one of those girls who LOVE to lift and feel/see that strength grow.
The thoughtful planning that gets put into each workout/programs shows the knowledge that the coaches have. No matter what level you start at, they will always set you up for success and growth.
Not only does this gym have the most awesome and hilarious coaches but the community it has built is a bonus. Everyone there is super welcoming and friendly.

I’ve been a member of a number of gyms and 4th Quarter Gym is hands down is one of the best around.
My first encounter with John, owner and head coach, I was skeptical because I come from CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. Bootcamp style training was not my deal. But after injury, I really needed to move my body and I entrusted John and Sheila with learning to move again, properly.
The coaches are knowledgeable especially with certain movements I’m unable to do. There’s always a different variation to a movement which still targets the body part needing work.
The community is amazing. The members are fun inside and outside of the gym. There is so much support in person and on social media.
If you’re looking for a home gym, this is the place.

Where do I even start? Words can’t describe how awesome this gym is. I have been a member at this gym since 2018 and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
I have achieved a lot on my fitness goals along with having the tools to continue to have a fit and healthy lifestyle. I am now definitely a lot more confident, healthy and stronger thanks to the coaches.
Coach John is nothing less of motivating, knowledgeable, positive, caring, and inspiring. He along with his fellow coaching staff are not just trainers they take on a role of being life coaches as well. Pushing you to always be the best version of you physically and mentally, making sure you give 100% every day you step into the gym.
I strongly suggest anyone who wants to train to come to 4th Quarter and give it a shot for themselves. Trust, this gym will help you achieve those weight loss/strength goals you may have. Whether there big or small.

5 freaking ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! I’ve been coming to 4thquarterfitness consistently for 7 or 8 years now. The coaches and members are like family. There are many reasons why I stay but the main one is because it feel like “home”. The coaches consistently check in on you. Even more during the pandemic. It’s the best gym in Long Beach.

I have been a 4th quarter fitness and performance member for over 9 years. I love this place, the entire fitness team, the coaches and of course "John". I’ve been a member at 4QF for about a year and 3months now and I have hit peaks in my personal fitness and nutrition journey while training here. I came from never knowing what the heck macros were and thinking cardio was the only way to work out, to being a pro tracker, lifting weights and staying within my “fat burn” zones 5days a week! To say I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in (being in my 30’s), is a big deal, esp after thinking high school was as good as it got
What I love most about this gym is their core values of creating long term healthy habits. The coaches genuinely want to see you succeed. This gym hits everything. First, it's a small, local, family-owned, minority-owned business....the kind of place you will feel proud to support. Head Coach and owner John Arreaga and his wife Mony (also a coach) have made the place a reflection of who they are. Simply put, they are two of the kindest, most genuine people you will ever meet, and they legitimately want to help and support their members in every way. The vibe is nothing but positive and encouraging, and you feel welcome and wanted the second you step inside. That vibe is reflected in every detail, from the outstanding coaching staff (Shiela and Sim) to the daily/weekly messages in your email and on social media, and, especially in the community-building activities planned (community service, parties, celebrations, outings).
Second, 4Q has whatever you need or want in your particular fitness journey. Wherever you fall on the fitness spectrum, it's there for you. From a hardcore athlete who wants to improve performance to someone who just wants to get moving a couple of times a week, John has what you need and uses his expertise to find the fitness program that is right for you. The members don't compete with each other - whatever your fitness level is, you are encouraged to do the best within your own capabilities and your successes are measured in relation to your unique circumstances. The person next to you, no matter how different or more/less experienced they are, will only encourage and celebrate you.
For me, my journey is three-fold: lose weight, build strength and muscle, and feel better about myself. I have a ton of physical limitations, which have always held me back both physically and mentally, and I was always intimidated and uncomfortable in gyms. Not here. There is no judgment here, and the only competition is with yourself. John and the team have provided me with nutritional support, mental health support, and most important, an individualized program that accommodates my needs but pushes me to my limits every day. Under this incredible team, I have flourished, losing 75 pounds since March 2020 and improving from barely moving at all, to lifting heavy weights 3 times a week and doing bootcamp 4 times a week. I have struggled with weight my entire adult life, and it wasn't until 4Q that I have seen results like these, and more important, been given the tools to understand why I am getting results like these. I'd be in the deep weeds without John, Mony, Sim, Shiela, and my 4Q family. Thank you!

I have been at this gym since 2019 and it has been one of the best investments of my life. The coaches are AMAZING! They are dedicated to your physical/mental health success. I do a combo of bootcamp and strength training classes, and let me say I have gained inches where they should be gained and have leaned out in other areas. The atmosphere is not like any other gym, we are a family here and that is the best part about it. When you have coaches like them, there is no other place you will want to go.

I started this gym a couple of years after having my daughter and joined their Fit Mom challenge. I was ready to get back to the gym and lose the baby weight I gained but prior to having my daughter I was working out at larger gyms (24 hour fitness) and spent hours doing lots of cardio and not knowing too much about weight and strength training.
After the Fit Mom challenge I loved it and made the commitment to join, first to their MRT classes and then eventually did their semi private strength classes. It's a smaller gym where you get more one on one attention. At the larger gyms it can be intimidating not knowing how to use certain machines and not learning proper form first. But at 4QF, they make sure you get down the basics first before you progress and move onto more advanced variations of the workout. I can say that before coming to this gym I never thought I'd be able to do push-ups on my toes or deadlift 215lbs but the coaches are all so motivating and help you achieve your goals (without making you do any crazy diets bc I still love to eat! And the coaches know that lol)
After being here for five years, the gym is like a second family. Some of my closest friends are members and coaches I've met here. They have all watched my daughter grow up. And the energy is unmatched! John, the owner, knows his sh*T and he will make you work hard even when you feel you can't, he'll be there to motivate you. He's also just a genuinely great person who I always call the brother I never wanted
The only con would probably be Coach John's singing lol
I would recommend and have recommended this gym to everyone I know and everyone who has come to give it a try has loved it and become members here.

I can't recommend this gym enough. I have tried going to regular gyms, I've tried personal trainers and I've always been disappointed. 4th quarter was my last hope of finding the right coaches. They have held me accountable, they have motivated me, they have offered support and help throughout my whole journey. I've only been with them for a few months but I've already felt and seen difference in my strength and endurance. I couldn't be happier. 10/10 would recommend.

I found 4th Quarter Fitness while I was scrolling through yelp looking for a gym. After being at Fitness 19, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, and Crunch and getting little to no results and not knowing what in the world I was doing I decided to check it out. I decided to check it out and spoke to Coach John who helped me address my goals and concerns. I tried their 28 Day Trial, loved the environment as well as the support from the coaches and members. All Coaches and members make sure you feel welcomed and included! Being at 4th Quarter Fitness has helped me grow not only with my physical health and fitness goals, but has also helped me grow and improve with my mental health as well! Def would recommenced this gym to anyone who is looking to make those improvements in their lives while being in a supportive environment!

This gym is incredible and I cannot recommend it enough. They genuinely want to see you succeed and you know that you matter to them. The coaches are happy to see you when you arrive, are thorough in their explanations of the workouts and make it a fun atmosphere. Their “tone at the top” puts everyone in a good mood and makes the workouts bearable; even when you are exhausted! I’ll be the first to admit that, in general, I really don’t like working out, am slightly intimidated by weight lifting, and I am FAR from being a “gym rat” but there is something really special about 4th Quarter that makes me want to keep showing up and put in the work, even at 6am! I also appreciate that they do special weight loss challenges, food and toy collections around the holidays and host other member events outside of the gym. Whether you love working out and are an avid health enthusiast or hate working out and think it’s a chore, there is a place for you here and you will be successful!

I love this gym. I love this family. Friends that turn into family. I’m in gratitude that I have a safe environment to work on my health, physically, mentally and have fun at the same time. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again that the coaches here are amazing humans. They reach out and make sure you are seen, heard and supported. This is a small gym but mighty! They want to see you win! They treat people with kindness, integrity and empathy but also motivate and be silly like no other.

I joined for a remote nutrition and training program (I’m out of state) since my sister, who is local, had so much success. After 2 yrs of hiring other coaches near me, I finally found a trainer who can actually help me!! They’re worth the price, especially if u need an individualized plan! My goal is to lose 50lbs in a healthy sustainable way, and I’m finally down 25lbs after about 6 months with 4th Q, and prior to that I had little success on my own and with other coaches over a span of 2yrs.
