My first time rebounding. Great class. High energy and a serious work out. I was able to move at my own pace. Sean is a wonderful instructor. Clean, nicely laid out studio. I would go again.

Absolutely love this place!! This is the first time I've tried this type of fitness and I am looking forward to coming back every week! Each class goes through a variety of 9 songs, each filled with various jumping techniques and choreography. The instructor is super helpful, makes sure you know how to be safe and guides you along every step of the way. I've met people who've been doing this everyday for months, and they look so much younger, their skin is glowing and have way more energy. Highly suggest trying out this fun, cardio workout perfect for spicing up your workout routine. The instructor also includes warm up and cool down time to make sure your are taken care of :)
