This is the best, most efficient, full body workout I've ever experienced. My body is in the best shape it has been in over 10 years! The trainers are so helpful, encouraging and fun to spar with. I continue to recommend this gym to everyone.

Your workout begins as soon as you walk in the door...no waiting.
Personal trainers are very hands on with their guidance and constantly give you positive feedback (a great motivator). I definitely consider all of them my friends.
The workouts are no joke...you sweat and burn calories, which lead to immediate results with a proper diet.

I started 9Round in February and I absolutely love it. I canβt say enough great things about it. I Am fully addicted to it. The workouts are intense but also really fun. John and Justin are awesome trainers they help get you through the workout and are super friendly. I go at least 3-4 times a week and I am also very happy with the results I am seeing!

Great workout. You can go at your own pace while strengthening all muscle groups. I love the convenience of being able to come in at any time and being able to jump into my rounds. Helps me destress and sweat off the fat. Every day is a different workout which keeps things existing. I love the challenge of going non stop crazy sometimes. Max out.

Trainer was nice, helps you get started and corrects your forms. Small place but got everything. Not the most thorough workout, still pretty intense though.

It pushes me to workout. I feel like I have to give 100 percent every workout, it motivates me to do more reps in 3 mins. At a regular gym i don't try i just go use the elliptical, the sauna and im done. I don't feel like i have to push myself. Also, one does not have to feel insecure here. There is no body shaming from the others, people come in all shapes and sizes and everyone motivates each other. You don't get weird looks like in the big gyms. And the trainers are there helping you if you need assistance with the workouts you are not alone here.

The 30 minute format that you can start any time you walk in is so great for anyone with a limited schedule. It also never feels like a "cheap" workout - I definitely feel it after 30 minutes, and I feel stronger and stronger the more I do it.

Iβve been going to 9 Round 8 months and still absolutely love every workout. Since Iβve started my strength and endurance have definitely improved. Trainers Jon and Mike know how to motivate and push you just the right amount to get a great workout. I'm a competitive martial artist in training & while on vacation, I joined 9Round in Chino Hills, CA to help maintain my conditioning. I like that it's a fast, convenient, versatile, high intensity workout utilizing kickboxing. The experienced professional coaches there helped me refine my hooks, upper-cuts, & hammer-fists. I learned some practical blocking techniques. After a month, I gained striking distance & power in my knee strikes. My cardio endurance improved. I look forward to training there again during my vacation next year
