As someone over 65 with RA, the trainers, especially Aaron and Brandon, have worked diligently with me on my mobility, flexibility, and strength. Excellent workout in just 30 minutes. I accomplish more here in that time then spending 2 hours in a regular gym. Trainers will guide and accomidate you based on your skill and exercise level. They are encouraging and energetic, really enjoying my time here. Would highly recommend you giving it a try

Started going here and absolutely loved it. The trainers are amazing and workout is great. Before Thanksgiving they had a dry erase board that you could leave a comment what you have gratitude for. So I wrote "I'm grateful to have the wisdom and respect for my body not to consume tortured murdered animals as food. I'm grateful for my health. " Then I put a pretty heart around it wrote in it RAW VEGAN. Next day, today I went back and my comment was erased while all the other comments were still up. Dan (the owner), it's not cool. You lost me as your client. And all the nice things I was telling everyone about you guys. Shame!

I love everything about this gym: I get a great workout, great coaches, hyoi can get an hour workout into half an hour. When u sign up you get a heart rate monitor and that is tracked and you get a report of your workout sent which is very motivating. Highly recommend it!!!

This is the first time that I've found a workout that's fun and works with my schedule. I've been going for a month and I'm already noticing that my conditioning is getting better and my clothes fit better. Plus the trainers are awesome; they modify the exercises based on your ability and encourage you to keep going when you feel like you can't do any more. I'm exhausted after each workout but it's so fun that I look forward to working out again the next day.

I love 9Round!! It's a fun and fast full body workout in 30-40 minutes, and it's different every day. You can easily modify for any injury, and go at your own pace - love cardio, go crazy! Hate cardio - slow down and catch your breath! The trainers are there to encourage and and answer questions but are also all really friendly - it's the best workout in town! Can't beat it!

First of all, I am so lucky to be a member here. Instructors are very friendly and considerate about how they help me do the workout according to my physical strength. I have been a member here more than 2 years. Each time I show up, I get to experience new programs that are never boring. The reason I keep coming here is I keep feeling my physical get stronger. When I saw my 90 year-old mother last time I visited, I realized muscle strength is really an important factor to stay active and healthy. I feel 9Round works out perfect for me. It is a set of cardiovascular and muscle strength program.Being a member here is not just for getting your body exercised, but it also turns the mind positive. All staff and members here are very nice and happy. I always look forward to reading a message on the board hung on the window. I have been exercising at 9Round in Torrance since Nov 2015. Supplemented with low carb diet and three times a week 30-minute workouts, my body literally was reborn into the way I had wished. It took me over a year to see the result visibly. As I continued, my primary doctor told me I can stop taking high blood pressure prescription which I have been taking for 20 years. Since then, I'm not taking any medications probably because I rigidly became cognizant of keeping up with the body conditions along with frequent monitoring of blood tests.The biggest contribution of being able to continue coming to 9 Round is seeing the phenomenal trainers. They are simply naturally genuine. Core and the origin of this comfortable atmosphere comes from the owner, Mr. Dan Hawkins. Mentally pleasant environment is a big factor of being able to continue coming to the gym. The trend of genuineness seems to be contagious. That is why I see so many similar spirited members. I highly recommend 9Round as your life-long exercise pal. The best health insurance your money can buy.

My brother and i love this place. Its a great workout Dan is great and so are all his trainers. They definitely make you feel welcome. My brother has a disability but he tries and they work with him to improve, their is no judgment and even the member are great.

9Round is the best gym experience I have ever had. The trainers (Ceci, Eduardo, Aaron) and the owner (Dan) are wonderful, caring people. I always look forward to my workouts, yes...seriously. The workouts consist of 3-minute rounds with active 30-seconds of rest in between. Every workout is different and the 30 minutes just flies by. I cannot recommend 9Round enough. Thank you to the whole crew for helping me to reach my fitness goals!

Love the convenience of working out when I want and not having to work around a class schedule. Love the variety in work outs, every muscle group is covered plus cardio....even the 30 second active "rest" between stations. Love the positivity of the trainers. Love that the ladies are just as kick butt and it's not just a gym full of meatheads. Love that even tho I don't do competitive sports anymore, I can still challenge myself and feel strong.

Dropped 25.5 lbs and 22% (relative) in body fat percentage (6.8% in absolute value) in approximately 2 short months.
Trend line for body weight and fat percentage are declining at a steady pace with no sign of slowing down.
Iβve tested a lot of workout methods and done too many hours researching the field of fitness. 9Round has the perfect formula and Iβve seen many other 9Rounders achieving their goals through super-helpful and well-educated trainers and adopting cleaner nutritional practices.
The results speak for themselves.

Who doesn't have 1/2 hr? Honestly the calorie burn you get from just 1/2 hr is through the roof. It is very active changing every day and each station is different. All ages are members. Work out at your own pace and modify what you need too. The staff is very supportive, kind and fun to be around. Worth every penny!
