I have been doing a group class at this gym for about six months now and see strong results. Coach Dylan is very friendly and supportive and ensures each person is able to do their best. My bench press, squat and deadlift numbers have all gone up by about 50% in this time! I would definitely recommend A-Team to anyone looking for a fun place to workout and get stronger!!

He’s super knowledgeable and encouraging, and really knows how to push me to do my best without overdoing it. Coach Dylan curates strength circuits that are both challenging and variable, keeping every session interesting and engaging. I’ve been training with Coach Dylan and it’s been awesome! I’ve definitely gotten stronger, and he does a great job of pushing me while being supportive. He’s very observant and knowledgeable and really focuses on form, balance, and those smaller muscle groups that usually get ignored. He mixes up the workouts to create more variations and i have an increased muscle awareness over the sessions. I am feel stronger, healthier and look forward to the sessions. I started training with my partner under Coach Dylan to build strength and improve overall fitness. He’s great at personalizing each session to fit my needs, especially since I have some health conditions that limit certain exercises. He always finds smart alternatives so I can still get a solid workout without overdoing it.

After a few months of training with Dylan, I feel stronger, more confident and I’m even back to playing tennis again after a back injury last year. Dylan really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping his clients make real sustainable progress.

I can’t say enough good things about my personal trainer Alesha. She’s incredibly knowledgeable—not just about fitness, but about the body as a whole. From the beginning, she’s taken a holistic approach to my goals, considering everything from posture and mobility to stress levels and sleep, and of course nutrition. She even advises me via text on supplements or treatments for my existing medical problems.

What really stands out is how focused she is on form. She doesn’t just demonstrate the movements—she watches closely, corrects clearly, and ensures I’m doing everything safely and effectively. She almost aleast extends beyond our scheduled session just to make sure I nailed the movement and finished all sets, or understood what to do at home. That level of dedication is truly unparalleled and so appreciated. I’ve learned and progressed so much in the few short months we’ve worked together, where I came in as someone with zero gym or exercise experience.

Working with her has not only made me stronger physically, but also more confident in what my body can do. I cannot recommend her and her team enough to anyone looking for a trainer who truly cares and brings deep expertise to every session.

Great gym where you can achieve all your fitness goals so close to Sunnyvale downtown!
They offer personalized one-on-one or a small group training that still feels almost like a personal training. They have all equipment you would need without weird people sitting on equipment and scrolling on their phones during rest times like you’d see in the big gyms.
They can also help with nutrition which is a huge advantages!

I trained with Tori for almost a year as part of my postpartum recovery journey, and I can’t recommend her enough! She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about helping her clients reach their goals. Alesha and her team are absolutely amazing! I started a fitness journey with them 3 months before my wedding to feel my best. They were flexible with my schedule, energy levels and needs. I felt so confident and beautiful on my wedding day thanks for their coaching and support. After that they transitioned with me into a new fitness journey being pregnant. I'm 7 months pregnant now and can't imagine how I would have gotten this far, moving my body as it grows and changes, without the consistent support and guidance from trainers like Alesha and Ria. Alesha runs one of the best gyms in Sunnyvale. Her passion for helping others is higher than anyone I have seen so far. I’ve been working with Alesha for a year now, and she’s really been able to target our workouts to areas I need to work on. I started training with Alesha to rehab a poorly healed sprain I'd gotten from CrossFit, with the eventual goal of returning to CrossFit once I was able to lift again.
After just a few months with her I realized I never wanted to go back to one-size-fits-all style programming ever again! She not only learned a lot about my injury, taking notes from my physical therapists to help me heal much faster than the initial prognosis, but she also paid real attention to what I liked and didn't like, personalizing the content of my workouts to keep me excited and help me improve.
