Calling all yoga beginners!

I've always felt apprehensive about yoga because of past experiences at different studios, until I found Aasana!

In a one-to-one session with Swaroop, I've felt safe to explore the yoga positions flow and breathe work knowing that Swaroop supports me and will guide me to ensure I use proper technique.

The sessions can vary from challenging to slower pace but I always feel at peace at the end of each session.

The view is stunning, and it's such a peaceful place to practice yoga.

If you're interested in building a yoga practice to heal your body and mind, and if you want to get out the hustle and bustle of the bay area I highly recommend Aasana Yoga!

Ms. Swaroop is a very skilled dancer, a great teacher and incredibly patient, kind and super approachable to students and parents!
She creates a welcoming and supportive environment in her classes, kids feel comfortable and encouraged to try their best. She goes above and beyond to ensure kids are well prepared for their performances!

My daughter loves Swaroop’s dance class! She is oly 4 but Swaroop manages all the kids well building their enthusiasm and love for dance . Her energy is contagious! Love it!
