If you are thinking of joining this studio, think again. The new ownership that took over in 2024 has destroyed the amazing place this once was. Poor communication. Loss of instructors. Reduced schedule. Cancelled classes. The owner is rude and impersonal. Nickel and diming members. I always looked forward to working out here because of the great people and positive energy. In the last week, so many members have canceled, including myself, because she killed the culture that made this place amazing. Such a bummer after so many years of coming here.

What a terrific studio! A dear friend shared her positive experience here with me, I gave it try, and could not be happier. Small group setting, personalized instruction, caring environment and friendly people. I'm enjoying the Pilates and yoga classes so far, especially the restorative approach and emphasis on strength and flexibility. I am working on recovery from multiple injuries so am moving slowly - but here, it's such a welcoming environment, I simply move at my own pace. What a fantastic find!

Just finished a Tower of Power class with Megan, she’s amazing! Love the small class size, she is so good at correcting your form to make sure you’re doing it right. She is able to modify easily to accommodate any aches or pains.
