I have been going to Accel Fitness for 5 years and I can’t recommend it enough! The trainers, Gina and Suzy, create challenging and fun workouts that push you to improve, all within a supportive and unintimidating environment. Since I started at Accel, I feel so much stronger and healthier. If you’re looking for a gym that combines expert training with a motivating and positive atmosphere, this is the place!

I was looking for a gym and trainer that I could feel comfortable and excited to go to every week and I found it with Gina and Suzy at Accel Fitness! I feel so much stronger and healthier after a year of coming here. Accel Fitness: Totally, the very best health experience in my life. I fought like heck to ignore my friends and not go -- but Gina Redican, the trainer, is such a sly and skillful inspiration, she made all my excuses meaningless and instilled me with a real passion to be there. I love my workout buddies, too. Gina attracts the coolest, most interesting clients. She has me so excited about being in her gym, I go five days a week. How did she do this to me? I was such a do-it-on-my-own big anonymous gym regular? But, I never got in this good of shape! I've been going for four years now.
