Ace is a true professional. He helped train me after a sprained ankle and was able to adjust the workouts to my body’s needs. As a woman, he made me feel very comfortable and I could tell how knowledgeable he is in his field. I mainly wanted to focus on strengthening my back and he focused the workouts specifically to that want and need. I do not work out normally and am very much a beginner, so learning how to do the workout the right way so I don’t hurt myself, was really important to me and I felt like he did that very well. The app he uses makes things easier as well to be able to do it from your home if need be for traveling or helping do training sessions remotely. He also is certified in cupping which extremely helped with my neck pain as well. More than anything else I have tried. His prices are also fair in comparison to others. Overall great experience with Ace.

So thankful for Ace! Was having so much back pain after a snowboarding fall and just overall lower back pain. I tried physical therapy, acupuncture, nothing worked! Went to Ace and told him my limitations..he modified my workouts a way nobody else had even mentioned. There were so many ways he was able to get me to do workouts I didn’t think I’d even be able to with my back pain. He helped me gain strength and got me ready for police academy, which I didn’t think was possible! So bummed I live far away now but definitely recommend him!

Ace is the one of the best personal trainers in Orange County hands down. I have been working with him for about a year and I am someone that hated going to the gym to now someone that loves to go to the gym. Ace has helped me learn how to use all the machines and most importantly how to perfect my form to prevent injury. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape!

Before I started training with Ace, I was feeling stuck in my fitness journey. I had some experience with working out but lacked consistency and dedication. I was looking for a trainer who could not only challenge me but also understand my goals and limitations as I was dealing with a back injury. Fast forward a year later, Ace’s training has completely changed my life! He has helped me recover from my injury completely and my back feels stronger than ever now. Overall back mobility has improved exponentially and I don’t have any more restrictions or limitations on lifting heavy weights. So to give a little context before I start this review, I have been lifting for about 3 years inconsistently. My diet was never on point and my workouts were poorly driven.
About a year and half or so l began to notice that I was becoming overweight -this being a combination between muscle and fat that I have accumulated through a dirty bulk. Wanting to get my diet and fitness in line I started looking for a trainer that can really help achieve my goals for a better body. After reaching out to Ace I began to understand immediately how dedicated and knowledgeable he was about fitness. We made a plan, he showed me how to properly workout and tracked my progress all the way through. After working out with him for about a year I am now at a healthy medium between bulky and lean and I can't thank him enough for all he's done for me. I am becoming more and more confident as every month goes by and it's really helping my self esteem. I highly recommend anyone wanting to get their life in shape to contact him, Ace is the best there is to help you do it!

I first went to ace about three years ago exploring options other than surgery. When we first met I was very specific about the goals I was trying to meet and what I really wanted to work on. I had always been an active person but unfortunately I had gained about twenty pounds and I had no idea how to navigate through the gym. My experience with ace was extremely pleasant! He was super knowledgeable, very helpful and very patient with me considering I was working full time and a mom of three. I have never felt or looked better than I did working out with ace. I love going to the gym now and I dropped all of the weight I had gained and had muscles I didn’t know I had. I’m very happy with him and continue to work with him.

I’ve been working with Ace for the last 7 years and I recommend him highly.
From our very first session, Ace made me feel comfortable and confident that I could met my goals of losing fat and gaining muscle.
Ace is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. He tailored a program specifically for my goals and fitness level, and was always there to answer any questions I had or to modify exercises as needed.
What I appreciate most is his genuine care and investment in my success. He constantly pushes me to do my best, but in a supportive and encouraging way. I never feel judged or inadequate - just motivated to keep improving.
The results have been incredible. I've lost 8 pounds of fat and gained significant muscle tone. But beyond the physical changes, working with Ace has been a profoundly positive experience for my mental and emotional wellbeing too.

Achal (Ace) is a highly skilled, reliable and dedicated trainer. I've had two major training sessions with him - one after a shoulder injury and later to build strength and endurance. And both times I've come out of these sessions with great results. And I've decided to continue doing periodic sessions with him. Achal is highly skilled with strong fundamentals in muscle and body movements and has very good understanding of diet and nutrition. First he asks what your goals are, understands your lifestyle and builds a workout that will help you progress towards your goal and is sustainable to your lifestyle. He pays great attention during the training session, explains the movements and the techniques and continues to make minor adjustments to minimize injuries and make the workout most efficient. He's very punctual, structured and overall a very kind human being. Put all together and I would actually look forward to going to my training sessions. Whether you need a permanent trainer or need short term, I will strongly recommend training with Achal.

Love working with Ace!!
I began training with Ace over a year ago with the intentions of changing my lifestyle and I absolutely fell in love with training. I have been an athlete for the vast majority of my life but got side tracked as soon as I began college. Over the course of years I knew it was time to get back into training so I decided to come and train with Ace with a goal of losing body fat and gaining muscle. I have officially lost over 24 lbs and dropped a significant amount of body fat. Training with Ace has helped me reach more than what I aspired and has extremely boosted my confidence both physically and mentally. I would most definitely recommend you to come and train with Ace if you are thinking of beginning your fitness journey!!

Working with Ace has been such a great experience. He’s extremely helpful in breaking down our monthly objectives, eating habits, and great at creating my workout plan for the month. Ace has been such a great impact on my health goals and at helping me reach my milestones. I came from a soccer background and was coming off an ACL reconstruction, and Ace has slowly helped me reach my strength levels and muscle mass that I had pre-surgery over the past 6 months. Before teaming up for fitness, I had a decent level of physical conditioning, but I also had some experience with injuries that made me cautious about pushing myself too hard.

Ace is incredible! I wish there were more than 5 stars. I've been going for a year now and I've already seen such a huge difference in my life.
Before I started I was super scared to sign up for training like this because I had never done it before. Ace is so approachable and instantly put me at ease in our first meeting by really listening to my struggles and goals that led me there in the first place. He created a fully customized exercise and meal plan for me to achieve them and we've been off running since day 1!
I love my meal plans because he makes them foolproof and so easy to execute. Ace makes every workout fun even when he's challenging me. He's so knowledgeable about Physiology that he's been able to teach me the right movement patterns for each exercise and because of that, it's been the first time I've worked out pain free. I honestly see improvement every single week and it makes me excited to come back (which is something I never thought I would say about a gym lol). We do official check ins once a week to track my progress and he's always available to me via text or call for any random questions I come up with.
In our time together I've seen results I honestly thought were impossible because of my age, old injuries and the fact that I've tried several other things and nothing has ever worked for me. But with Ace the impossible has happened: I've consistently lost weight and gained muscle! And as a bonus I never expected; I used to have a ton of back pain and that kept me using advil all the time. That pain has virtually vanished since learning to move my body correctly and get it stronger!
I could not be more excited about our journey so far because Ace is just as committed to my goals as I am. I can't wait to see where we go from here and I'm just so thankful every day that our paths crossed.

Before training with Ace, I spent years on and off the weight loss rollercoaster. I focused primarily on cardio because that's all I knew how to do. I couldn't imagine lifting more than a 5-pound dumbbell as I followed along with a YouTube fitness video. Over the years I gained a significant amount of weight that was refusing to come off due to age, a desk job, lack of movement, and poor diet. I was tired of feeling overweight and weak. I knew it was time for change and was introduced to Ace through a friend who had great results training with him.
I've been training with Ace for almost a year and have lost 30 pounds. I was very nervous and felt overwhelmed on the first day, but we started slow so he could see my capabilities and limitations. Ace knows how to push just enough to help me continue to get stronger. When there is an exercise I don't understand or struggle with, he will patiently explain and show me how to perform it correctly. Ace also provides a comprehensive nutrition plan that I reference daily. Cooking and meal prep has always been a struggle for me, but he makes it very easy and convenient with foods I will actually eat. My physical and mental health have improved more than I could have imagined. I didn't realize how bad I was previously feeling until I was feeling good! I have Ace to thank for that.
I have absolutely no regrets over my decision to start training with Ace. I'm losing body fat (and keeping it off!) while gaining muscle, which I couldn't be happier about. If you are reading this with hope to be motivated and start something new, I would highly recommend you meet Ace.

Before I started working with Ace, I’d already been strength training for 5 years but my strength became stagnant because I stopped pushing myself and wasn’t increasing the weight for my lifts due to a fear of injuring myself. I was in a rut when it came to lifting so I wanted to find a trainer who’d help me continue to improve my mobility, doublecheck my form for movements I wasn’t too confident in, and increase my strength gradually without injury.
I had spoken to several trainers before and after meeting with Ace but I knew during our consult that he was the right fit and someone who’d help me achieve my goals. After our first week of training, he gave me some great cues and form modifications to feel the movement in the proper muscle groups - something I’ve struggled with in the past. It’s been almost six months of training together and he continues to incorporate movements I enjoy along with movements that challenge me and push me out of my comfort zone to help me meet my goals. My mobility, strength, stamina and endurance have increased significantly. I’m also much more confident now performing the lifts I used to constantly second guess myself with. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to train with him.
Ace also offers nutrition guidance. Given my history with disordered eating, I was hesitant to discuss the topic with him but once I did — he calmed my nerves down immediately. He was so mindful and thoughtful in his approach. We both agreed that a meal plan and tracking wasn’t the best route. His goal for me was to enjoy my food and continue eating balanced meals with an adequate protein intake so I could feel satiated and properly fuel my body for my workouts. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my training performance now that I’ve adjusted the amount of protein and carbs I consume.
With his warm demeanor, eagerness to help, and depth of knowledge when it comes to training and nutrition - I cannot recommend him enough! He truly cares about his clients’ wellbeing and it’s evident in his check-ins and timely response to questions.
