I’ve never experienced anything like this. In 30 years of working out Action Fitness Community has been the single greatest place where real transformation happens. This place is more than a workout it’s a hack to living and living well. They have the best trainers, the greatest environment and incredible programming. One thing is for sure…. If you haven’t been here you are missing out!!! Try a class/workout you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

The reason I work out is to feel strong. Meg and her trainers have the ability to hone in on your strengths and where you might need to improve. They do this with professionalism, kindness and humor. I always feel great leaving a workout and hate to miss a session.

Meg’s workout can be customizable for all levels and meet you where you are physically. I was at a very poor state of health, with joint aches and pains that plagued me daily. After three weeks of working out. I sleep better, I feel better and all my joint pains are subsiding.

Megan is top notch!! I love the knowledge she shares, and her advice is invaluable. She spends special attention to your specific needs, if you are a studette or older client and need more care.....she has you covered. I love the range of activities she and her team offer, it never gets old.

This gym may look inconspicuous from the outside, but it truly has everything—weights, floor space, outdoor turf, and even a rock climbing wall! I joined the core/cardio class yesterday and it was both fun and challenging. The group energy was fantastic, and it really felt like a tight-knit community—definitely putting meaning to the name Action Fitness Community! I’d absolutely love to come back for more.

I have been going to Action Fitness Community for at least 10 years, Megan has put great events throughout the years, her classes are always innovative, she is always getting more certificates for her evolving education, she is a great trainer and friend, every year around Christmas she helps the community with fundraising and she is very helpful with other events around town. It is an honor to met a person like her and be trained by her. Jonny is a great, positive teacher as well, I recommend her classes to anyone including if you have an injury, she will modify it for you.

If you are looking for a place that meets you where you are, accepts you as you are, and helps you on your journey to wherever you want to go, Action Fitness Community is the best option out there. I found AFC through the HAES website and feel so lucky I did!
Action Fitness Community is the most accurately named place I've ever been. Meg and her coaches have truly created an inclusive fitness community.
I attend the 5 AM class and have done so for almost 3 years. It's the longest I've ever stuck with an exercise routine and that's because of the accessibility, community, and care I experience there.
Meg and all the coaches go out of their way to make workouts accessible to your current level of fitness. If you're injured or just not feeling sure about a move, they are there with an accommodation to help you get the best workout for YOU.
The sense of community is amazing here. At commercial gyms I have felt overwhelmed, out-of-place, and anonymous. At Action, everyone there knows my name. I feel comfortable enough there to be myself and the sense of belonging I feel is at a level I would never have thought possible at a gym.
Meg and her coaches show so much care for those of us showing up for a workout and for the community as a whole. That is probably the biggest reason that I keep coming back. I couldn't be more grateful to Action Fitness Community and Meg specifically for helping me continue working toward my fitness goals with kindness and compassion.

Full class this morning and such a fun workout! Meg is enthusiastic and so motivating! There’s no pressure to push you beyond your abilities and she always provides modifications for any issues you’re experiencing. This month the focus is on healthy eating habits so we’re getting a lot of information and encouragement to improve our health on many levels!
