Jess is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. She keeps you motivated with positive feed back and encouragement. Make no mistake she will push you, because she sees potential. My heart rate decreased, lower my blood pressure, increased my mobility, do I need to go on. Jess is great!!

I'm 67. At this point in my life, my goal is to stay strong. I came to Jess from a personal trainer in San Jose. So I was already pretty strong. Since starting with her 6 years ago, I have increased the amount of weight I use by 50% (10 - 15 lbs for curls). Jess pushes us but is always quick with the modification if you're injured or just aren't quite there yet. I particularly like how she mixes up our workouts so you're never bored and I love working out at her home studio and running around outside between sets.

I started seeing Jess for personal training when I found out I had to go through a fire academy. She has helped me so much in getting ready for this huge challenge. Jess developed a personalized training plan along with personal training sessions that have really shown results!! Jess really knows her stuff and I am so thankful for her help.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I feel so lucky to have found Jess. She is VERY knowledgeable as well as compassionate, and has a keen eye for the issues that you bring. I have arthritis, balance issues and several replaced joints, she is mindful of my challenges and also helps to work slowly to alleviate them. I look forward to getting my strength to the point I can go from Individual sessions to classes. You will not go wrong with her, she is excellent!

Part of me wants to write something bad so I can have her all to myself :-) Jessica has a way to continuously motivate me do more then I think I can. She makes our time together fun. The motivation / sympathy pups help with that too. She's super knowledgeable, energetic, driven and punctual. She's good at working with you in your level and pushing you to do more.

I have been going to Jess’s classes for years. That’s the key, I’m still going to her classes 😀 Jess offers a lot of variety and she pushes you to do your very best. I feel I’m stronger, have had more balance and have been able to continue with an active life style. I will continue taking her classes and I encourage others to also! I came to Jess after a referral from my doctor. I was hit by a drunk driver almost head on. When I came to Jess, I could barely get up from a kneeling position or do a lunge. Not only does she provide modifications, you are never left feeling “less than” or “weak”! She is so welcoming and so are all the participants! Now, a few years later, I am strong physically and mentally and have lost quite a bit of weight! I would NEVER use another trainer other than Jess!!

Jess is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever encountered. She puts together classes that have increased my balance and strength. I have had shoulder problems for many years and she has helped me alleviate a lot of my pain. I can’t imagine where I would be without her!
