I struggled for YEARS to be disciplined and consistent as well as confident with an exercise routine! It wasn’t until Coach Nate patiently took me under his wing and began training me! Although we’re not in person we communicate consistently and through his encouragement and push I am on a BEAUTIFUL journey! Coach Nate has been training me through his APP “AJ” Everfit as well as continuously checking on my progress! I’m happy to say that I’ve been working out consistently along with working on my nutrition since April 2025 and have dropped a considerable amount of inches and I’m down 26 lbs! I've hired several trianers in the past and until Coach Nate, I had not seen any results. If you want results while also learning how to adequately exercise then I highly recommend Nate. Fyi: I had been instructed by previous trianers to do certain exercises, like squats, incorrectly which caused me severe knee pain and injuries.

Also, for those who care about good energy, Coach Nate is one of the kindest and most sincere people I've met. Although you'll be challenged by some of the workouts, (hello jump squats) his demeanor and approach are motivating enough to get you through.

It's been a treat to train with Coach Nate, we are at about 50 sessions strong this month and counting. I was only planning on doing like 10 sessions with Nate. Lol

Nate is a great coach and person. He is always super positive. It comes from his soul. He knows your goals and helps you achieve them with gratitude. I never had a personal trainer or even considered that I would ever need one. But due to some unanticipated weight gain from an outstanding injury of my lower back from a car accident, I started to find it difficult to stay committed to a workout regimen to lose weight and could help rehabilitate my injury.

So I decided to search for a personal trainer and that’s how I met, Nate. Nate, from the jump, made it his focus to hone in on my goals and how I could achieve them, while also tailoring our sessions to help me recover from my injury. After completing over 20 sessions with Nate, I was able to drop 40lbs from 245lbs. He really kept me motivated and pushed me on every workout.

If it makes any sense at all, you can tell that he’s going to make sure that you get the results that you want to achieve, even when you may doubt that they are unattainable. I highly recommend!
