I never had a personal trainer before and a good friend recommended me to Dan. It’s been a pleasure of getting to know and work with him. I had trouble gaining weight and wasn’t where I wanted to be physically. At first I was pretty timid given it was my first time, but he was patient and put me on a great regime tailored to what I wanted. He’s very passionate about his craft and that shows in his effort. Started training at age 52, now 55yrs old,,weight from 145lbs and now at a steady weight at 126.6lbs. Dan keeps track of me . So glad I started weight train before my menopause hits me at 54. Exercise helps minimize my symptoms. I am really happy with my trainer, though at times its tough, he manage to maintain my current weight and toned body. Not easy with menopause. Weight goes up if you starve and sit around.

Dan is the best! I’ve been seeing him for stretch therapy and personal training for many years already, and it’s honestly been a game changer. He really knows his stuff, but what I appreciate most is how much he actually cares. Every session feels personalized, and he takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense.
I’ve noticed I move better, recover faster, and feel stronger overall since working with him. Plus, he keeps the sessions motivating without ever being pushy. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.
If you’re looking for someone who’s professional but also genuinely invested in your progress, I can’t recommend him enough.

Dan is amazing, he has now worked with me for over 5 years!
When I first met Dan he was really helpful in asking me what my goals were and what I wanted to achieve. At the time I wanted to lose weight and I did lose a lot of weight healthily and even got toned muscles!
Throughout my time with him my goal has changed of course from losing weight, to maintaining my weight, to getting stronger, to fixing my lower back from sitting at the office for hours on end. His physical therapy is always super helpful to get me back on track to work out better and harder. I honestly don’t know where I would be without Dan!

When I first started training with Dan to get ready for my wedding, I was overweight and could barely work out for 10–20 minutes. Dan built a personalized program that combined exercises with diet tips, and over time I lost 30–40 lbs and became fit.
Also, with my long hours of sitting at work, I constantly have back pain and tight muscles. Dan takes the time to understand these issues and incorporates functional training, mobility work, and stretching that keep me moving and recover after a long week of sitting.
